Jack thought for a moment, shaking his head softly. "I'm not allowed anywhere near the ocean but I'll say hello to the stars if I can see them. I can't normally since the smog is so strong at night. Maybe one day I'll be able to free you though. Free all the mers." That was one of his wishes, to make sure everyone got what they deserved in the end.

Jack nodded in agreement, looking at his bracelet his eyes widened. "I have to go. Liam will kill me if I don't take the history audio course. I'm so sorry that I have to leave all of a sudden. I'll try to come back later okay?"

A soft almost laugh like huff came out of Jack's mouth yet still no smile appeared. "I'm not being serious Kiache. Liam can't kill me but he can restrict me to my room for multiple days and I have to come and see you right?" This question had layers, Jack was asking if he was allowed to come back later.
