Introduction and Overview

Go Go Gatsby Designs, LLC (“GGGD”, “us”, “we” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of any Personal Information (as defined below) that we may collect. We have designed this GGGD Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) to help you better understand the information we collect and the different ways we may use or share it.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our websites, games, including Horse Eden Eventing, Draconis Theory, and WolfPlayGame, or other products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (the “GGGD Services”). This Privacy Policy is to be read and understood in conjunction with the GGGD Terms of Use, of which this Privacy Policy is a part.

Information We Collect

We only collect, use, share, store, or otherwise process your Personal Information when we have an appropriate basis. Additionally, we may, in certain cases, ask you for your consent for certain processing of your Personal Information. We generally collect information in three ways: (1) information you voluntarily provide to us, such as by creating an account or making purchases; (2) information we collect automatically, such as through cookies or our games and other software; and (3) information from other parties, such as social networks. Information You Provide

We receive and store information you provide directly to us. The personal information we collect from you will vary depending on the GGGD Services you are using and how you interact with them. The information you provide to us may include your name, display name, email address(es), IP Address, date of birth, security questions and answers, password, transactional information, and any other contact or other information you choose to provide us or upload to our systems in connection with the use of our services (collectively, “Personal Information”).

You also may provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the GGGD Services or transmitted to other users of the GGGD Services or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the GGGD Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Automatically Collect

We collect some information automatically when you visit the GGGD Services. If a combination of information that we collect does identify you as an individual, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information.

We collect information automatically through technologies such as web browsers, cookies, log files, web beacons, and our back-end servers collect usage data transmitted from our games and other software. We use the information for purposes such as modifying or improving features, managing advertising, addressing technical issues, preventing fraud or misuse of our services, and conducting data analytics. The type of information that we automatically collect may vary, but generally includes:

Technical information about your computer, device, hardware, or software you use to access the Internet or the GGGD Services, such as IP address or other transactional or identifier information for your device (such as device make and model, information about device operating systems and browsers, or other device or system related specifications); Usage information and statistics about your interaction with the GGGD Services, which may include the URLs of our websites that you have visited, URLs of referring and exiting pages, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, platform type, the game you played, how long you used or played it and when, and other usage statistics; Crash reports, which may be automatically generated when a game or application crashes and includes information about your system and the crash; Information that facilitates a safer and more personalized experience, such as your display name or other user identification provided in connection with your application use or game play, saved preferences, game progress, and device identifiers or usage information for authentication and fraud prevention purposes; The location of your device, such as may be derived from your device’s IP address.

Please note that if certain features on the GGGD Services are provided by third parties, those third parties may also use automated means of data collection and may record information about your use of the GGGD Services or others’ websites over time. These features are subject to those third parties’ privacy notices and policies.

Information We Receive from Others

We may collect information, including Personal Information, that others provide about you when they use the GGGD Services, or obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the GGGD Services. We do not control, supervise or respond for how the third parties providing your information process your Personal Information, and any information request regarding the disclosure of your personal information to us should be directed to such third parties. These third-party sources generally include service providers that may collect any of the categories of personal information described above to provide services on our behalf, including to help us determine your device's general location based on its IP address to customize certain products for you, provide you a more convenient experience, and provide additional security measures to protect our Services; and social networks where the information you post is publicly available to us.

How We Use and Share Information

As a general matter, we use your information to provide the services, experiences, or information you request. We also may use your information for the following purposes.

We also provide services that allow our users to communicate with us, in which case personal information may be shared and account IDs may be displayed.

We may also disclose information about you: (i) if we are required to do so by law, legal process, or a reasonable request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials, (ii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity, (iii) as necessary, to assert our rights provided in the GGGD Terms of Use, or (iv) if necessary to protect the vital interests of another individual (such as to prevent death, bodily harm, or serious damage to property). We reserve the right to transfer information about our users in the event we sell or transfer all or substantially all our business or assets.

Retention of Your Information

We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we collected it and in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.

We provide you with choices about whether to provide us with Personal Information and whether it is shared. For example, we may seek your prior consent for certain processing. We are required to seek your consent before we use your Personal Information for any purpose incompatible with the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. Any withdrawal of consent is only effective on a going-forward basis and will not impact processing we undertook while relying on your consent.

However, in some cases, if you decide not to provide the Personal Information we request, we will not be able to provide the game, application, service, information, or features you requested.

Third-Party Services

The GGGD Services may link to or integrate with other websites or content provided by third parties, and such other websites may link to this website. We have no control over any such other websites or their content and will have no liability arising out of or related to such websites or their content. The existence of any such link does not constitute an endorsement of such websites, the content of the websites, or the operators of the websites. Your interactions with these websites are governed by the privacy policy of the third-party service that provides the service.

Do Not Track

While some internet browsers offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked, these features are not yet uniform and there is no common standard that has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators. Therefore, we do not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to our websites.

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below.

Children’s Privacy The GGGD Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware of individuals who have provided us with Personal Information and are under the age of 13, we will take steps to deactivate the account and delete the Personal Information. If you become aware of information from individuals under the age of 16 which has been provided to us, please contact us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below. By using our service you agree that you are responsible for knowing your country's privacy laws and if you will leave this website if your laws require you be over the age of 13.

Updates to Our Privacy Policy

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website homepage).
