Amara looked at Elara. "I know James wont go after he eats. And with this scouting being in the imediate area just to make sure there are no more, unexpected guests, hanging around" she said as she wondered who else to send. *Iris is still too skittish of everything, though maybe Alex can go with him* she thought as she glanced around a bit more. *Yeah, she will have to do.* "Alex! Go scout with James in the vacinity. By the time you both come back breakfast will be ready" she told them.

Elara nodded to Amara and then moved off to go start getting breakfast ready. She knew how to cook the dandelions and meet just fine, the only problem was the skinning. It wasn't her strong suit but she wasn't the worst at it. Although with how little they currently had she didn't want to waste any of it. Elara took another glance back at the male. She would be damned if she asked him to help her, besides, Amara said he wasn't allowed to help with the cooking anyways. As she grabbed up the two rocks that they used to start fires, she place some dry grass that they had collected a few days ago and placed it in the small pit that they had dug. Carefully hitting the two rocks against each other, she pushed her worries aside to focus on starting the fire first. Amara was also good at skinning, but she seemed busy and she didn't wish to give Amara another task to worry about. Her job was leading the group and keeping them alive, Elara's was to listen and try and help however she could. No one was meant to lead alone, but poor Amara had no one else, so Elara simply stuck to the side lines and did what she was told. It may not make much of a difference, but she hoped it took a little stress off of the poor woman's shoulders.

Alastor watched as the two women conversed with each other. His eyes watching carefully as the bright haired belle fiddled around with the knife in her hands. The two were looking around the camp as they spoke and every time the little darling looked his way, he turned to look somewhere else, but he could still feel her eyes on him even when he wasn't looking. He turned to look at them again when he heard the blonde call out to someone named Alex to go scout with someone named James. Assuming James was the one that was currently grabbing a sack, he was also the one who went through his bag earlier. Alastor then turned his attention back to the little spitfire as she turned to go make her way towards a small pit. He watched from a distance as she began to try and get a spark to start a fire. Seeing as he had nothing else better to do, he began to make his way over to the blue haired belle, hoping to at least get her name.

As she just managed to get a spark to light the bundle of dry grass ablaze, she could swear she felt a pair of eyes on the back of her head. Turning to see who it could be, her heart stopped at the sight of the newcomer making his way directly towards her. No NO NO! She did NOT need him over here, he's not even suppose to be allowed near the food right?! Why on earth was he even coming towards her?! There were plenty of other people to bother so why couldn't he go pester them?! She groaned as he continued to get closer and eventually turned back to put some small pieces of wood on the fire to help get it going more. It was no doubt going to be a long morning. She was in no mood for whatever was running through that stupid head of his! If he pissed her off enough, then she may just have to reconsider hurting him.

He couldn't help but chuckle slightly as he watched her turn around and her eyes landed on him. She seemed to look rather annoyed already and he wasn't even near her yet. As she turned back he couldn't help but feel slightly dissapointed, he liked seeing her mismatched eyes, they were quite....unique. Finally drawing nearer to her, he could see her placing more kindling on the small fire she had managed to start. She didn't seem to know that he now stood just a mere few feet behind her. It was either that or she did know and simply didn't care. Either way, he was determined to speak to her, and if he was going to leave with just one thing from this conversation then he would be damned if it wasn't her name. So, with a smirk on his face and a determined look in his eyes, he spoke up. "Hello darling...."

Hope let out a small growl-like warning at the man. Elara clearly didn't want to speak to him or have him anywhere near her. Hope walked over and began to skin one of the racoons, one of the things she was alright at doing when it came to cooking. She made sure to get all of the meat of the skin, setting the fur and the meat in separate piles. She kept one eye on the man, watching as he alked over to Elara and said "Hello darling...." and she let out another low growl. She knew Elara could hold her own, but this man was not to be trusted, not to Hope anyway. Her grip on her knife tightened as she glared at the man. She continued to grab the other racoon and start to skin it. Luke went up then started to help Elara gather some wood for the fire, not being very talkative, since he had just woken up.

Elara muttered a small thank you and gave a small smile to Luke as he helped her collect wood for the fire. She liked Luke, he wasn't nearly as loud as the newcomer, but then again no one was loud compared to the newcomer. He seemed sweet, and she had to admit, he didn't look half bad either. Elara shot Hope a grateful smile along with a slight nod as she grabbed some of the meat that she had finished skinning. Grabbing one of the flat pieces of metal that they had found, she set three rocks around the edges of the small pit, and place the metal ontop of them. She then carefully placed the large pieces of meat on a flat clean stone and started cutting it into smaller pieces with the small knife on her old multitool. Elara never really used it for anything else other than the knife that was on it. Once she finished chopping up the meat she placed the pieces onto the flat metal over the fire and moved to start chopping up the dandelions. "Could you make sure the meat doesn't burn for me?" She asked Luke as she handed him a short wooden rod she normally used to move things around without accidentally burning herself on the metal. Elara completely ignored the newcomer in hopes that he would eventually get the hint that she was not interested in speaking to him.

Alastor glanced over at the other woman who seemed to growl at him and simply gave her a smirk as he turned his attention back to the little belle. He felt his blood boil slightly as she interacted with the young man, giving him a smile and asking him to help her with the cooking. While he on the other hand was being completely ignored! Well that simply wouldn't do, he was trying to start a friendly conversation with her and she seemed fully intent on paying him no attention at all, as if he didn’t exist! He couldn’t have that now could he? Keeping his eyes on her, he slowly moved to where was more visible, and slightly closer as he spoke a little louder this time in hopes of getting her attention. “Darling…?”

Luke took the rod and nodded. "Sure." he said, with a smile. He kept an eye on the meat, using the rod from time to time to move the meat around. Hope smiled back at Elara, then rolled her eyes when the man kept trying to get Elara's attention. "Can't you see she doesn't want to talk to you?" she muttered under her breath. She then walked over, grabbing a knife to help Elara chop up some of the dandelions, with another glare at the man. Luke watched the man carefully, figuring he was up to no good, before turning back ot the meat.

The feeling of his eyes on her made her feel unnerved. She felt like a deer being watched by a wolf. As he moved more into her sight line, and called out to her again, she simply huffed and kept her focus on the task at hand. The fact that he kept calling her darling gave her a weird feeling aswell. She could see Luke eyeing the man suspisciously, and Hope was just as clear of her dislike of him as she was. It was nice knowing that she wasn't the only one that got a bad feeling from this guy. Once she felt as though they had chopped enough dandelions throughly enough, she gave Hope a slight nod and started scooping up the chopped up dandelions, and placing them on the metal with the meat. It likely wouldn't be the tastiest breakfast, but it was certainly better then starving. Now moving to turn completely away from the newcomer, she grabbed another one of the small rods and carefully helped Luke stir the meat and dandelions together. She gave him a small smile as she sat next to him, and continued to ignore the newcomer. He was nothing but a nucsiance to her, and she hoped that he took the hint soon.
