Quinn made a wheezy laughing sound once the thugs were gone, "Not you, though you can go too, if you want." With a shrug, Quinn pulled off her jacket, the close quarters and electricity sparkling around her made it too hot and stuffy. "See ya." She did a little salute with two fingers, then made her way through the crowd and away from the too hot people.

In all honesty, Jack was rather confused why the girl had helped him. No one ever did that. Especially here, where money was power. He didn't stay around to wait for her to ask for money. Jack just disappeared, taking shortcuts to his favorite areas of the Outskirts where large gardens had been planted for food.

Quinn looked at her split knuckles, and used the last of her gauze to wrap them real quick. She scowled at herself. Whatever had possed her to get involved! Now, in her weakest moment, they would be back.

As Jack wandered, he gave credits to those who truly needed it. And after a little while, he figured out who the girl was that had helped him. After finding that out, he sent 200 credits her way. With an attached note that said thank you. Satisfied with what he had done in the Outskirts, he began making way towards the Unknown. He liked exploring there, and his parents weren't here to tell him not to or to take someone with him.

Her band beeped. Once more, Quinn debated tearing it out of her wrist, but decided against it. When she saw why her annoying thing had beeped, her eyes almost popped out of her skull. She growled under her breath as she returned the credits, with a note saying, "Keep your money. I don't want it."

Jack ignored the beep that came out of his wristband as he snuck out into the Unknown. A weird feeling coming over him as he escaped the barrier's firm grasp. Like he was being hung upside down. He navigated through the wilderness with a happy glimmer in his eyes.

Quinn muted her band -her favorite feature- and made her way along to the Sea.

Jack slipped through the damp forest, his powers being surprisingly quiet today. Maybe it had something to do with the Mer fire. Maybe.. It wasn't possible. Could he possibly go to the beach? No, it would be too much right now. He could tell. That didn't mean he wasn't going to do it though. Jack began to make his way over to the beach.

She rolled up her shredded pants, and held her shoes and socks as she walked in the water. The waves didn't push her around, so it looked graceful, almost.

As Jack approached the beach, a familiar tug pulled at his stomach. It was the feeling of his powers trying to power up. He stopped in his tracks, Jack had never seen the beach, he'd been to a lake and had not only frozen the whole thing, Jack had passed out for a full 3 weeks. Now he was feeling the same nauseous pang of power. After leaning up against a tree for a few minutes, Jack walked steadily towards the beach. As soon as he saw the water he began to cough, his breath coming out as white clouds. The temperature dropped at least 7 degrees and Jack turned right back around as one of the waves froze. "Oops," he said quietly as he disappeared back into the tree line before falling to the ground with a thud.
