"Have fun, Alphas." He'd said as a goodbye till they were were home, followed by a gentle nod directed to all of them, and another to the rest of the strays as they left.

He was walking firmer than he had been, though that probably wouldn't last long, but he'd enjoy it while that lasted. He was at Bardou's hip, an uneven but smooth gait he'd picked up to keep with her.

He slowed as she stopped, he lowered his nose to sniff the ground. He turned his ear to show that he was listening. Ahh, more walking. Well I am here to examine traps and good paths am I not? He lifted his head to nod, catching her gaze, his green eyes narrowed slightly. He glanced at his leg with her nod. "It's fine, just cold aches. Not the first time I've walked." He joked a little as they began to walk again, but he was distracted soon enough.

His eyes were all over the ground, to their sides, above them. He looked like a paranoid deer or something but he had no idea where these foxes hid their trechery and traps. He supposed that was the point but they weren't the intended targets and he didn't particularly want to be a victim.

Sorrel sat down hard as they finally made it so camp. She squirmed a little moving her aches around. Her tail wagged, her mood was very lifted by Marbled's. "I had fun! Thank you for taking me with you." Her voice was genuine, excited and proud. She was amazed at her own performance.

"We totally beat them!" Just as she said that, Aster had come through the trees. She'd jinxed it. Oh well, they were still here first. She looked at Marbled who seemed in pain. She looked at Kestrel, he was busy. Her eyes narrowed after a moment. "Don't do too much, I can get you a poppy seed when you're back if Kestrel's still busy." Her voice was full of concern, but surely Marbled would be okay! She was super strong. She took a whole deer down while wounded!

Her back didn't hurt anymore so she was happy. She glanced around after Marbled had left, giving a teasing glance toward Aster, who'd rolled her eyes and sat at the entrance of a den. She trotted over and walked in, turned and layed down just inside the den. She yawned and with a small conversation, she was into a nap. Hauling a deer took too much effort.

Apollo gave him an appreciative expression. "It'd be an honor Alpha Killjoy." His tail wagged. Oh! It appears he needs to go. "I'm glad to have met you." He said, standing to nod respectfully. He nodded at the patrol of wolves. Sitting down again. He was thoroughly pleased to have met an alpha. Especially a wolf, who was interested! He looked at his brother.

Comanche was a bit more unnerved about the wolves than Apollo, still standing to nod in the same manner as his brother, then sitting down as they left. He waited for them to leave before he moved off from infront of Kaara and off to Apollo. He sat down. Was he feeling ..jealousy of Apollo liking the company of Killjoy? Anger that he'd trusted so fast? Envy that he'd chosen Apollo instead? Worry that he was in danger? He said nothing though, so Apollo said nothing also. Watching the pack. Mainly Harry and Alha speak. Both were still processing the visit.

Makena was glad she could atleast remember to sweet talk. Well, slightly. It didn't work in the beginning. She nodded her 'your welcome' to Loki before stopping when the group did. She peered through the trees, confused of why Frost was upset. Just to be on the safe side though, she also bristled her fur. Just then she finally found a break in the trees and was able to see what was going on. Her eyes immediately narrowed at the sight of not just Shadow, but two other wolves. She vaguely remembered Frost telling her that wolves would be accompanying them. But still, that didn't mean she had to like them.

The young female vaguely smelled like shadow, causing Makena to be even more wary. She listened to the conversation below her, not even sure if the wolves knew she was there. She could definitely use this against them if they didn't know she was there. It wouldn't hurt to have just a tiny bit of fun. She quietly made her way over to where Mist was, making sure to stay out of sight. "Come." She whispered with a smirk on her face. Whe then went behind a bush that was close to Loki. Frost and Shadow were gone and she had Mist so now she just had to deal Loki. "Pst." She whispered so quietly only Loki and Mist could hear. Just to be on the safe side, she also chucked a pinecone on him. "What to have some fun?" She whispered once he came over with a sly grin on her face.

"I dont think they know im here." She began, glancing at the wolves who were conversing. "I was in a thick part of the trees. Sure, they might be able to smell me, but Mist is here as well so they wont no the difference...hopefully. Anyways, i think we should scare them a bit. My plan includes all of us so i need your help. So, Mist will tell them she needs to go do something real quick and then will join me in the trees. Meanwhile, Loki will slip away from veiw. He will hide behind some bushes and once i give the signal, he will let out a cackle, i mean howl, or whatever you call it and be pretending to be in trouble and call for help. At that, me and Mist will jump for branch to branch, out veiw, shaking the branches. The two will surely come to supposedly save Loki and once they find him, me and Mist will jump out and scare them. Sure, it's childish but it wont hurt anything, right?"

Makena knew Loki would surely join, but she wasn't sure about Mist. "So, are you in?" She asked, mostly talking to Mist. "It will be fun." She added, an evil grin on her face. "And we will have to be quick, otherwise Frost and Shadow will catch us. I dont know about you, but i dont want to be pummeled by Shadow." She added again, this time her face going serious.

Arashi gazed down at the town, a small peice of memory sparking her brain. This place was the first time she truly realized she had liked Noctus. Not that she let him know that, but it stayed with her forever. They're mentors, for a treat, had taken them to see the view. They seemed slightly nervous to be there but Arashi had loved it. Their mentors had went to do something, of which Arashi forgot, and left the two alone. Noctus had taken the opportunity and sat by the female. Arashi wrapped her tail around his and leaned against him happily. They sat like that for a while, but Noctus eventually decided it was time to play some more. Arashi didn't object but soon their mentors came back and they had to leave.A shiver ran down Arashi's spine as she recalled the memory, a soft smile appearing on her face. She couldn't believe she had forgotten about this place.

Just then Noctus' voice broke her thoughts. She just couldn't bring herself to roll her eyes after the memory she just had. Maybe they could do that again? But that would be silly, and then her acting routine wouldn't work. Unless Noctus did it on his own. Then she could say she decided she would let it slide just this one time. But that would take alot of chance, since Noctus probably didn't remember it. Hopefully he didn't, otherwise she would have to make up an excuse of why she wrapped her tail around his and leaned against him all those years ago. Ugh! Why does things have to be so complicated? Arashi wondering before realizing it was sunhigh. "This is my favorite place in the world and i don't wanna leave" She murmured, not being able to move quite yet.

Storm finished hauling the deer with Aster, and finally reached their camp. He sat down and flicked his tail at Aster to say bye before looking at Sorrel and Marbled."Hi." He said giving them a friendly smile before standing up to walk- more like prance away. "Soo... Veracious." He said and slowed his pace down to match the she wolf's. When she caught up, he continued, "What do you think of the pack so far?" He asked, curiously tilting his head.

Veracious sighed as she walked next to Storm, thinking of a way to reply to that without upsetting him. "It's... different from what I've experienced. They definitely seem nicer here, but," She paused to scratch her ear, "I will always feel weird being in a pack again, ya know?" She finished, lowering her ears and slightly wagging her tail when she saw her spot. She gestured to Storm to go over there, so they made a quick turn and trotted over there. When they reached the spot, they both sat down.

Storm sat down next to Veracious in her favorite corner before he began to lick her ears. "...You never cleaned yourself, did you?" He chuckled as she gently batted him away with her paw. "No no, hold still. You got to look presentable, remember?" He said and tried to pin her with his paws before receiving a real snarl from her.

Veracious was pinned by a big black loaf known as Storm, who was a clean freak. She knew sooner or later he would notice the dirt matted in her thick brown-orange coat. "Storm, I swear I will fight you over this," She growled and wriggled out from underneath him. ", and I will win this time."

Storm smirked at the she-wolf. "Oh, you wanna? Try me! We'll see how fast you lose!" He taunted and got in a battle position. Time for a nice duel! He growled and she stood up to return the snarl.

Then, they lunged.

Both of them immediately stood up on their hind legs and crashed into each other, snapping at each other's muzzles with their sharp teeth. Naturally, the bigger wolf, Storm manged to overpower her and send her tumbling away, only for her to pounce back at him, sending them both tumbling out of their spot. Both of them quickly got to their feet and snarled before lunging back at each other. Storm grabbed a hold of Veracious' shoulder and thrusted her away a bit, only for her to charge back at him. He dodged her pounce and lept on her back, pinning her front paws to the ground. "What was that again? About you beating me?" He chuckled and got off of her.

"Yeah, yeah, I get it." She said and stood up before looking around, noticing they were in the middle of the camp. "Well," She started with her neck fur bristled in surprise. "Yeah. We may have disturbed the peace around here. Let's just hope- no one noticed that!"

Arashi couldn't believe it when Noctus actually came closer. Just a hair away, nothing stopping her from scooting over just an inch. Did he remember what happened all those years ago? Arashi glanced at Noctus, their eyes meeting for a second before they both turned back to the view. If she remembered correctly it was summer when she was last here, and it was probably a bit nicer to look at back then. Her eyes then fell on the town. Was it just her, or was it pretty big? Arashi could vaguely see the construction sight, making her shiver.

After sitting there for a couple more seconds, Arashi glanced over at Noctus again. Mustering up all her courage, she scooted over an inch to where they were touching. She then wrapped her tail around his and leaned against him. She let out a content sigh, turning her focus back to the view. "Do you remember this place?" Arashi asked quietly, her voice barely above a whisper. After asking that, she layed her head against him. For that moment, it's like nothing mattered. It was like she was invincible. It was definitely a feeling she liked, but dont forget, she also liked playing hard to get too. Still, this was pretty nice too.

Kimulimuli rolled around in the dirt, causing dust to go flying around. It was boring. Very boring. When would Kena be back? He was an inch away before leaving to go get water for himself, but he was still too afraid to leave. Everything was strange around him, and a type of strange he didn't like.

Makena was gone for too long, possibly trying to replace him with that other fox, Frost. It doesn't matter anyway... He thought sadly before letting out a snort and standing up slowly to not hurt his chest. She doesn't actually love me. It was a flower makin' her say all of that. He snorted angrily before taking some small steps towards the exit. A flower!

Kimu stepped outside. "It was... All because of a flower!" He snarled before swiftly walking away from the den into the nearby forest. "A flower!" He loudly cackled when he was in the forest. An urge to go back immediately tugged at the fox's chest, but he ignored it. "She doesn't actually like me. Stop it, Muli. She won't even care." He whispered to himself before sighing. "I don't need friends anymore. She was usin' me for protection." He swallowed and tears began to form in his eyes. He was regretting this already. Maybe she does still like me? He ignored the thought and closed his eyes at an attempt to stop the tears, but they still managed to escape and run down his fluffy cheeks. 'If you're cryin' so much, why don't you go back?' His mind said multiple times, but he still managed to ignore it.

Pain seared into his chest from him overworking it, and he barely managed to hold his yelp back, but he didn't manage to not fall on his stomach and grip the dirt with his claws. But after that, he didn't even realize how far away he'd walked.
