When Frost tapped on Makena's shoulder she turned to look at him. As soon as she realized what he wanted, she nodded and did it. She then followed Frost over to Loki. If they weren't in human territory, she would have been inspecting him some more. But they were, so she kept her eyes on Frost. However, she did momentarily look away from Frost when a loud sound echoed. She jumped too, but it was barely noticeable. When she realized who the sound was coming from, and what was happening she pinned herself to the ground, joining Frost. As the two males made their way into the human den thing, Makena wondered what to do. It didn't take long for her to make up her mind and she was soon on one of the human's tree destroyer's. No one was in it and there was an opening, a perfect distraction. She was pretty sure humans didn't like animals messing with their stuff, so that's exactly what she did.

Only one human saw her though, not very productive. Alot of humans were focused on Mist, but a couple had spotted Frost and Loki. Knowing that was a bad thing, Makena let out the loudest cackle she had ever done. It was so loud it was almost like a scream. Luckily, that got the other human's attention. Three humans now were crouding around the machine, trying to get Makena out. Except Makena wasn't getting out, instead she began trying to bite the humans. She actually succeeded in getting one, but she let go when she heard a fox like scream. It definitely wasn't Mist, so it had to be Frost. As she jumped out of the destroyer and onto a human she saw Frost and was instantly relieved. He was okay.

Makena scrambled on the human as it tryed to grab her before jumping to the ground. Another jumped at her but she jumped onto a tree branch just in time. The human ended up ramming into the tree, making Makena cackle. Just as the third human was coming, she disappeared into the trees. After making sure none of the humans knew where she was, she caught up to Mist. As Frost spoke to Mist, Makena flicked an ear and turned to see Loki coming up beside her. She was reluctant to speak but finally she sighed. What would one little conversation do? Besides, maybe if she played the right cards, she could get more information about dogs.

"Im Makena...Me and Frost have been..friends for a while. Something happened that made me run into him and now were here today. Speaking of friends, do you have any? I bet someone like yourself would have lots of friends." Makena said, answering Loki's question the most vague she could. The compliment rolled off her tongue like rolling water, seemingly the most natural thing she could do, but she actually hated it. She didn't just compliment anyone, especially things that looked like wolves, but she learned it's easiest to get information when your opponent has a big head.

Sky looked at Orien, a weird look on her face.
"Scare the animal to death...?" She asked, her ears going back.

"Isn't that just a way to slowly kill the deer, might at well kill her on sight. It'll take forever! And I don't think you have forever." She said, looking around.

I'm not going to let this poor doe suffer slowly. She thought, eyes narrowed.

She turned her head in the way that the deer were coming from, moving out of their path.

She heard the older doe come behind, and Orien's jaw snap.

She sniffed the air. No fresh blood, so he didn't make contact.

Maybe scaring to death is way to kill a mouse, but a deer will kill you! She thought, hearing the snorts.

Sky came up next to Orien, stalking. Her fur was bristled, and her teeth were bared. Ears were back, blind eyes set on the target.

"So, one last chance...what are we doing with this doe?" She asked, not taking her ears off it.

Sundown followed River out of the den, eyeing Ash as he went and laid down. He nodded to himself, and smiled.

He buffered when he saw the Yak in camp. His paw was frozen mid air, his tail out, and yellow eyes wide.

"Uhh-" He looked at the beast for a bit longer.

"That's huge!" He said, sprinting a few paces over to it.

He ran his nose through the long, tough hair on it.

"Is it's hide tough? Do you think I could get the long hair off of it? How about the horns? This animal is amazing!" He said, going in a circle around it.

He stopped and looked at River, eyes bright with excitment.

"I've never seen anything this amazing! Wow!" He said, bending down to take in it weird scent.

There are so many things you could do with this thing! Just image.. He spaced out, before bringing his focus back.

"How do you think it taste's?"

Orien gritted his teeth, knowing this wasn't the best time to have a fight. Still, this was how he does things, and Sky was questioning that. "Im not exactly scaring it to death, just scaring it so it will run. It may be a slowish tactic but it's probably the safest." He answered Sky, his eyes glued to the deer. He then snapped at the hurt leg one more time and the deer took off. Orien gave Sky a raised eyebrows look before taking off after the deer.

He chased and chased the deer until it stumbled. That's when he went in for the hurt leg, bitting down hard. The deer let out a hurt sound but Orien kept holding on. He hoped Sky was helping, but he needed to focus on what he was doing so he had no idea what she was doing. The deer tryed to run but at that moment a loud cracking sound filled the air. Perfect, he had broken it's leg. Orien finally let go of that leg but then moved onto its side, bitting that instead.

"Just keep telling yourself that!" Arashi called over her shoulder to Noctus in reply to his comment. She then began her strong and steady run as he slowly began catching up to her. While they ran, Arashi slowly tuned out her mind and just relaxed, even if she was running. For some reason, running always made her relax and feel better. She barely noticed as the land that was once forest slowly turned into open space. And that the sound of leaves crunching slowly left. Arashi loved the wind in her fur as she ran. She loved how it seemed she was part of the wind itself.

Just then Noctus' voice cut her out of her daydreaming. She was a bit upset that he interrupted her fun time, but he had a point. Also, in a race, you usually pay attention, and she definitely wasn't doing that. She needed to get her head in the game. Arashi looked around, they had been running for a while and to be honest, she had no idea where they were exactly. On top of that she began slowing down, tired. As she was about to admit they were somewhat lost, Arashi had to skid to a stop. Her eyes went wide as she looked out. They had come to a ledge in the mountains which looked out above the town.

"Woahhh." Arashi panted. The sight was beautiful. The morning light looked amazing on the town below and everything around it. She took a step back just to be safe before sitting down. After drinking up the view for a couple seconds she finally pryed her eyes away to locate Noctus. "It's beautiful, isn't it?" She asked once she was looking into his eyes.

Storm dragged the doe, gripping his teeth harder into it's shoulder. He was quite tired, how was Aster still not tired looking? A sudden slope snapped the brute back into focus, and he took a nice big whiff of air. The smell of wolves was strong, were they close?

Anya giggled at Icicle's reply. She then began moving her tail when the little fox pounced on it. Anya isnt a fan of ruff play, but she was fine with this. It actually kinda tickled. And it was definitely fun, even if Anya was just moving her tail back and forth. Just then Icicle came to a halt and whispered. Anya listened to Icicle, glancing at Flame with curious eyes. She just watched Flame intently for a minute before Icicle snapped her back into reality when she began playing with her tail. Anya had stopped moving her tail but began again as she turned to look at Icicle.

"That's so cool It's almost like a super power." Anya whispered, glancing at Flame again. "What do you think she's listening too? Do you think she knows if Rowan is done with his meeting with Ni- i mean alpha Night, yet? I dont want to make him think i disappeared again." She whispered before turning back to Icicle with a worried expression. Anya hadn't meant to mention Rowan but it just slipped out. She wasn't sure if Icicle was still feeling left out and didn't want to make it worse. At the same time though, she wanted to talk to her old friend.
