Illusion watched Malicia stumble to her feet. He didn't know that it was possible to stumble like that while not quite standing yet. He shot the medic a worried look, before padding after the queen.

He followed her very closely, wanting to be there if she fell. His ear's flicked back and forth, listening for anything behind, or on the side of him that would be a threat for the weakened female.

He stood outside of her den while she flopped down. He hadn't liked the way she'd held herself while walking. Worry possessed him. It seemed to come in waves, each one getting bigger and bigger. He took a deep breath. His panic wouldn't help.

He looked around camp. There were a couple of deer, and some smaller things in the food pile. He looked at the forest, and then back at the resting queen. His mind told him to hunt, while his heart said to stay with female that was holding his pups. His ears went back, and silently entered the den.

Killjoy can replace me. I don't care. She, Looking at Malicia, Is far more important to me. Oh, how he'd changed.

He nudged her gently with his nose, warning her that he was going to lay down next to her. He had a soft look in his eye, and tried really hard to not disturb her while she slept. Once he was in his place, he ran his nose through the fur on her scruff, taking in her scent. He then laid his large head on her's, and closed his eyes.

"It's going to be okay..." He whispered, to no one really. Mostly himself though. Nice words to hear in a time of stress and worry.

Killjoy watched Frost leave, he began to follow him before something stopped him. He wasn't sure what, or why he'd stopped, but a feeling told him to not follow.

Instead, he waiting where Frost had left him. He gave him a puzzled look at the sight of flower. He gave the dog a look of "What are flowers for?".

He followed Frost and the dog, he hadn't gotten a name... to the birch area of town. He stopped, and smiled at Frost... until he heard what he had to say. "Hello Hornets. Care for a ride?"

His eyes went wide, and he gulped nervously. He hated any bugs with stingers. His face always swelled, and he felt as if he couldn't breath.

He sighed to himself.

He hid in the bushes with Loki, and watched, nerves hitting him all over.

"What are they doin-" His muttering to himself got cut off as the buzzing stopped.

D-did they kill the bees? His eyes seemed to just be getting wider by the second.

"Mine is asleep, reach up and grab the top of it. Make sure you have a good grip before you follow me." Killjoy reached up to get the nest, unsure of what he ever did to get to this point in his life. He double checked that his grip was good before following Frost. There wasn't time for a slip up. Or was there? Just kidding, there wasn't.

"The last time we did this, we did it with a simple bee's nest. However, bee's can only sting once. A hornet can sting multiple times without dying. The humans will have a hard time getting rid of them. That should buy us some time to set more traps."

"I'm amazed by your knowledge on wasps-hornets- whatever they are." He spoke around the nest, trying to not sneeze as the smell of the nest tickled his nose.

When they got to the site, Killjoy sat down next to Frost, afrid to put the nest down.

"Keep up and stay quiet. The humans are currently out working in the area, so we have a small window to get in and out. Follow me." He nodded, and stalked after Frost. He stopped when they reached a house, and Frost went through a window. How was he so confident in the humans? He stepped back in shock as the door swung open, scared that a human was there. His fur stood on it's end, and he pulled his lips back in snarl, before relaxing when he saw Frost.

He stepped in, eyes tearing up at the awful scent.

"Can we hurry? The smell is going to make me sick." He spoke, blinking the tears out of his vision. He gazed at the wall where Frost wanted the nest, and nodded. He could do that. He carefully stepped up t the cranny, and worked to put in place. After that was done, he blindly followed Frost back out of the hut and into the woods, gulping in the fresh air.

He sat down next to Frost, grumbling about how long it would take to get the smell out of his pelt.

"So, remind me, what is the dog's name?" He asked, scanning the forest for the female fox and said dog, hoping it all went well.

Makena was quite confused as they turned a different direction than where the bees were. Was there another hive place she didn't know about? It was highly likely since she didn't necessarily live here. But then Muli came along, so the vixen wasn't quite sure where she lived anymore. One thing she did know was that she had to stay put atleast for a little while until Muli got better. Makena once again found herself missing Muli. She knew she could easily go back but at the same time she was pretty sure the group needed her help. The female took on her surroundings and tried to focus on finding out where she was going. Turns out it worked very well. After a while Makena forgot about Muli and even realized where they were going.

A shiver ran down Makena's spine as they got closer to their destination. She didn't necessarily hate hornets but she didn't love them either. She couldn't help but roll her eyes at Frost's comment when they finally got there. Not needing instructions from the male fox, Makena quickly grabbed a flower and went to another hive nearby while Frost instructed the large canines. She turned to Frost with a smug smile on her face when he began instructing her even though she was already ready. Or atleast, almost ready. She knew it didn't necessarily matter but Frost had pointed to a different tree so she quickly repositioned herself. Then without further wait, she carefully sliced the flower before throwing it up to the nest.

.

As the hornets calmed down, Makena covered the flower with dirt just as Frost had done before looking back up at the hive. She waited a moment more until she could no longer hear their movements before slipping out of Loki's way. Once he had the hive she turned and went to catch up with Frost and Killjoy, yet she made sure Loki didn't fall behind. She caught up just in time to hear Frost's explanation of why they were using hornets instead of bees. She nodded slowly, slightly wishing they still could've used the bees. Bee's were definitely safer for them. But then again, she understood the plan. When they got to the construction site Makena stood tensely as she waited for Frost's instructions, not liking this situation very much. However, when he didn't give it, she guessed she was on her own for this one. Well, not totally alone, Loki was still here.

"Uhhh, follow me i guess." Makena said to Loki before taking cautious steps forward. Frost was already in the human's den but the vixen wasn't even sure which den to pick. Finally she picked one of the largest dens that was a bit away from Frost. The vixen glanced around to make sure everything was clear before cautiously jumping through an open window. When she landed, she realized Loki couldn't get through that. Makena quickly looked around before realizing she had to open the door. It took alot of failed attempts but she finally got it open. She then looked around again, wondering where to put the hive. "Uhh, just put it where you want. Your the one with the hive afterall."

.

Once Loki had put it whenever he wanted, Makena heard the sound of footsteps. And they definitely didn't belong to a fox or a wolf, they belonged to a human. "Hide! A human is coming! Keep low to the ground!" She whispered before doing exactly that. She crouched under a table, her heart beating fast. Luckily though the human just got something and left, not noticing anything. The vixen let out a breath of air before crawling out. "Lets go." She said to Loki, her breath a bit shaky. Makena then darted out of the den and into the forest. Only when she was safe in the cover of the forest did she stop.

Makena waited for Loki to catch up before sniffing the air. She picked up Frost's and Killjoy's sent and headed that way. "You did a good job." She told Loki before focusing back on the sent. A second later they reached the two. Releaved, the vixen sat down beside Frost. "The hive is planted." She informed him, her demeanor alot more calm than before in the hut.

Anya would have fallen asleep in her hiding spot if it hadn't been for a faint howl. It was enough to rouse her from her dozing. The young female blinked a couple of times before lifting her head to look around. The howl sounded like Night's but she couldn't be for sure. It also sounded a bit like a warning... Anya shook her head, getting rid of the thought. She then crawled out of her hiding spot before doing a huge stretch. She was feeling alot calmer now so she guessed it would be okay to go back. Just then Anya realized how late it was. Holy smokes! It was a bit past sunhigh! Surely Shadow was waiting for her back at camp this very moment. The young female took off in the direction of Shiva, planning to tell her she had to go.

When Shiva and Rowan came into sight, Anya slowed down to a trot. Panting lightly she approached them. "I have to go. Shadow is probably waiting for me at camp." She said, forgetting all about calling him alpha. She held Rowan's gaze for a split second before turning towards camp. "Bye! Have fun." She called, remembering why she had left in the first place. Rowan wasn't his normal self and to be real, Anya hated it. She wanted the old Rowan back. The one she was friends with. The young female then took off in the direction of camp as fast as she could. She didn't want to let Shadow down or anything afterall. Half way there she had to stop in her tracks. In front of her stood a small bear-like thing with some meat. It actually looked kind of cute. But Anya was worried it's mother would be coming back soon.

As Anya was about to go around it the thing began growling and lunged forward. Anya jumped back, surprised at how much confidence was in this little guy. When it lunged again it almost bit her, making the female whine. Her heart pounded as she kept jumping back and away from the little beast. At that moment all she wanted was the calm of a nice cave. She wanted somewhere safe where nothing could hurt her. Seeing no other option, Anya flinged a paw out to try and hit it so she could escape. Except she missed and almost got ger paw eaten off. The last of her idea's was to jump over the thing and then run, so that's what she did. She managed to get over the creature but a patch of fur on the side of her stomach was ripped off in return. She then took off running as fast as she could.

Panting heavily she felt herself getting close to camp. Except once again she wasn't looking where she was going. Luckily this time she caught herself at the last second and came to a crashing halt. Anya was all too glad to see who was infront of her. Flame! River! Anya crawled under Flame, not caring how stupid she looked. Flame could protect her from the scary things out there. Her body shaking, her ears flattened and her tail tucked, she let out a little whimper/whine. "There's scary things everywhere!" She whined. Again, she didn't care how stupid, silly or pup-like she looked. She was just glad to be somewhere safe. Flame and River were definitely somewhere safe to be.

Astronomy walked around the forest aimlessly. His ears flicked at the beat of life around him. He wasn't sure what he was doing out here, but yet here he was. His lifted his nose to the air for what must have been the 20th time.

I smell...His eyes were closed, taking in the scent and smells around him without his sight taking away, and controling what he could smell, River! His ears perked, and his large body build picked up a trot, tail low, but wagging slightly.

He came to a clearing, but knowing where he was, he went right for the river. He let out his breath as he slowed to a walk as he approched. He saw that the elder was with her. He sighed, and stepped out from behind bushes. Astro then went bounding towards River. He pounced on her.

"Suprise attack!" He howled happily, gently grabbing her scruff, and shaking her around.

At the next course of action, Makena couldn't help but grin. She would love to see the humans act like she did. They would trip all over themselves and maybe even be lovesick. Or of course they could either be fine or fall asleep like sleepy fox kits. Personally, the vixen liked the first option better. The first option was wayyy more entertaining. Makena grabbed the flowers before following Frost up a tree. Excitement course through her with every step closer. She was ready to do this thing! And more specifically, she was ready to watch how silly the humans would hopefully be.

After what seemed like hours to Makena, she finally reached the construction site. Frost was waiting for her on a branch. She jumped over to the branch, joining the male. "I hope they act like...well me. That will be a show." She replied with a grin before sliding down the tree as well. As Frost waited for a human to look away, the vixen slipped away and to a unoccupied machine. She slit the flower before placing it by the wheel. She then jumped out of that one and went to another. She countinued the work until she had one flower left, placing them in different locations across the construction site. However, she had a purpose for the last flower.

Makena darted stealthily around the equipment as fast as she could. While she was putting the other flowers in place she had noticed a human eating lunch. However, that human got up and left a minute ago. The vixen reached the half-eaten lunch in no time before quickly checking her surroundings. No one was watching, perfect. Makena took the bread off the sandwich and quickly slid the flower onto the sandwich's contents. She then put the bread back on and darted away. She left just in time because a second later, the human came back. The vixen jumped into a tree before proceeding to look for Frost. Once she found him she gave him a grin. "I put a flower in one of the human's food. Surely that will give us a show... We're staying to see what happens, right?"

Anya stopped whining long enough to look up at River when she began talking. Only to be frightened again, im afraid. The young female let out a small scream before jumping into a nearby bush. Shaking like a mad dog, she closed her eyes tight and let her ears listen. She was shaking so much the bush probably was too. If it had been a real attacking predator, she probably would have been dead. Well, if the girls didn't save her that is. When Anya heard it was only Astro, she let out a shaky breath. She then gained enough courage to climb out of the bush. With the mud that caked her paws and belly along with the various plants and sticks in her fur, she looked like something a human would call a wild beast. But in reality, she was just a scared little puppy.

Even though she crawled out of the bush, she was still in a crouching position as Flame approached. For some reason, the elder's touched comforted the female. Reluctantly, Anya got to her feet like Flame wanted. However, she was still shaking slightly as she scanned the horizon with both her eyes and ears. Perhaps one of the first times she used her eyes and ears together. Its a miracle what you can do when your scared. The female gave Astronomy a small glare. He definitely wasn't good for Ash to be around. Anya then began walking in time with both Flame and River. She was secretly glad to have a protective barrier around her.

With River's question, realization dawned on the young female. "Where's Night? And perhaps Shadow? I need to tell them!" Anya said urgently, straining to see camp. Despite her urgency, she dared not venture away from the dou. "Alot of things scared me but two things are important. First i saw a loner wolf. She didn't actually hurt me though. She just ran away. And then i ran into this little creature. I dont know what it is but it kinda looks like a bear cub. It was about the size of a skunk. Except it's no baby because it literally attacked me! It ripped out some of my fur." She said, shivering at the memory. Anya pressed into Flame slightly, seeking confort from the elder.
