Amara made her way over to Elara, her head held high before she shook her head. "Next time I tell you to stand down, you need to do so. I dont need everyone at each other's throats when we need to work together to survive" she said before she let out a sharp whistle, allowing the group to know it was time to eat. She looked at Alastor. "You eat last" she said as she motioned for a few others to eat before herself. *I will need to head out later to see what I cant find, but who do I leave in charge until I'm back* she thought.

Elara allowed her eyes to lower as she simply nodded and muttered."I'm sorry.... I won't let it happen again." She knew better then to fight with Amara on the matter, she had acted out despite Amara's order to back off. There was no one else to blame but herself for that. As Amara signaled for the others to come eat, she couldn't help but feel a slight twinge of joy at the thought of Alastor eating last. The cocky bastard deserved it for walking in and pestering her the way he did. Although she kept her expression the same, she didn't need to get on Amara's bad side more that day when she had likely already pissed her off enough. So, she simply began to dish up food for the others.

Alastor watched as Elara seemed to back down to the blonde. He had to admit that he found it strange watching her act submissive. While he may not have been watching her for long, he was already use to her fiesty attitude and fiery spirit. Seeing her backing down was certainly a sight though, considering that she refused to back down to others, the fact that she backed down to the blonde said something. She clearly respected her quite a bit if it was enough to get her to not even look the blonde in the eyes. Alastor simply continued to watch as the blonde signaled for others to come eat, and then stating clearly that he would be eating last. He didn't mind however, if anything he expected it. So, Alastor simply waited, and watched from afar as he waited for his turn to go up.

Tristan was still with Iris as they were told about it being time to eat. so he spoke softly to her, hoping she was becoming calmer. "would you like me to help you get something to eat?" he asked in a gentle tone. he was going to allow her to eat before him. he wasnt all that hungry at the moment anyway.
he did his best to ignore the pain of his leg as he interacted with her. he didnt want to scare her, and he also didnt really think there was much else to be done about the wound.__________________________________________________________
Alex put herself very close to the back of the line for breakfast. she knew it was more important for some of the others to get food before her. she was healthy and strong, so she would not need it as much as some of the people who may be injured or sick. she was used to eating every few days by now anyway.

Hope stood there, stunned, and Luke walked over to Elara to help her dish out the food. "You alright?" he asked softly, looking at her. Hope felt numb. Another. She had lost yet another person. She should be used to it by now, but it happened so quickly. Sure, James had it coming, he should have done SOMETHING to help the group, but exile? It was a death sentence, plain as that. Maybe if he was really lucky he would find another group, but chances are, he would be dead by the next week. She made her way into the line, her tongue feeling dry in her mouth, but other than that, she felt completely numb.

Elara simply kept her head down, not bothering to look Luke in the eyes. She was already on Amara's bad side, she didn't need to see the look of dissapointment on Luke's face aswell. While she was normally good at controling her temper, the way Arya behaved always managed to piss her off one way or another. The young female was to hopeful and happy, she didn't seem to understand that the world was always broken, the only difference now was that they could actually see it. Elara allowed a moment to pass before finally muttering a small "I'm fine..." Then she simply continued to dish up the food.

Arya

She didn't respond to Killian's words about James. She was too far down the rabbit hole of disparity and deep brooding. Once Killian finished his revealing of James' various sins, all Arya could do is sigh before her distraught confusion shifted to anger. Narrowing in on Killian, she began to rant with bitterness.

"You knew this all along, yet when I'm speaking out to protect Him, the potential danger, you do nothing! No one did! You all made me look like some ignorant Child!", she said her voice mildly hoarse from arguing with Elara, "Why? Do you really think I'm that fragile? That I-...", she cut herself off before looking away. Her eyes said it all though, she felt betrayed.

'Of course they think your weak, Arya. You rely on the others to much. You hold out hope that the World will return to normal soon, but everyone else has already come to terms with the World. You know that if something goes wrong, if someone attacks, you would be next to useless... Your the one who just made a fool of themselves in front of everyone. Your the one who stood up for the one who wanted to leave the injured behin-...', her thoughts suddenly ceased as her lost gaze settled on Elara, the source of all her problems. She, the Saint, oh how good she must feel for knocking Arya down a peg?... Arya growled to herself, "What a bunch of damn hypocrites".

How dare they support Elara, after all her outburst flat-out revealed that she too was much like James. Kill or be killed, leave the lost and dead behind. The only difference was she worked, and submitted to Amara... Of course Amara wouldn't get rid of her Mad Dog, the Dog was the one who chased away Dangers and Weaklings. Arya huffed to herself in anger and confusion, as she shook her head. She needed to calm down. Being angry was doing weird things to her thought process...

Clarity. It was something she really loathed. Whenever her thoughts drifted like this what always followed was shame, and that meant regrets. Her hateful gaze softened and her eyes drifted towards Killian.

"Sorry for...", she paused looking for words, "Going at you like that... But you should have told me sooner, Killian".

She hung her head slightly, her gaze finally resting on Killian's shoes. She could hear the breakfast rush beginning, but she didn't feel very hungry. Did she regret her disdain for Amara and Elara, no... But to Killian, every second she looked at him like he was scum hurt, it hurt worse than anything she could imagine. Killian was nothing but kind to her, he didn't deserve her hatred for one mere mistake... Mistakes happen, we are all human.

"You should probably go get something to eat, you've been running around and working since the break of dawn", she said softly.

Killian placed his hand on Arya's shoulder. "Don't be sorry. You believed he could be different, and a few of us hoped he could be as well. You didn't know because Amara hoped he would change for the better as the group got bigger. She wouldn't let us tell anyone to give them a feel for how bad he was when she hoped he could change." He watched her before he walked over to Elara and grabbed two plates and carried one back to Arya. "You need to eat" he said. "Especially if Amara plans to send out more groups later."

Aria looked at Tristan before she gave a small nod. "Thank you" she said as she looked back at her feet. She worried about what would happen next with the group. From the corner of her eye she watched Amara grab a smaller portion than the day before and head towards her rock to eat.

Luke nodded, even though he knew she wasn't fine. She obviously didn't want to say anything, and he wouldn't force her to. He just stayed sitting beside her and continued to help her dish out the food. Hope got her food and sat down on a fallen tree. She began to eat, having to swallow past the lump forming in her throat. It wasn't terribly flavorful. She could sometimes lose her sense of taste when something even mildly distressing happened, but it would keep her alive. When she was done, she just sat there, thinking and wondering. Would life ever return to normal? Even if it did eventually, it would never replace those they all had lost.

Arya

She tensed up slightly at his touch once Killian placed a hand on her shoulder, but immediately relaxed afterwards. As Killian spoke she nodded slowly, taking in his words. James was a confusing man, who seemed very apathetic and distant, even from the start. He made many mistakes, and Amara offered him numerous attempts to rectify them. She looked back up to Killian, but by then he was already walking away. It seems he took her advice and was going to eat.

Arya found a pile of rubble to sit upon, and allowed her mind to wander, 'What type of things did they suffer in the beginning?'. Everyone had seen many horrible things in the opening days of the Ring of Fire, anyone who survives now is living without a family, and has to suffer the World alone. Elara's rant, James' history, and the mystery behind everyone else... They all suffered something different when the fire claimed Earth.

"What happened to them?", she asked herself, as she got into a thinking posture. Her eyes widened in surprise, seeing Killian return with two bowls of food. Arya offered him a puzzled look, till Killian offered a bowl. She took it from him gingerly.

"I... Thank you", she said quietly. She looked into his sea green eyes for a moment, and smiled once more. It was small but she was regaining some of her joy once more. Arya felt lucky that Killian was here, if he wasn't she was sure she would have been completely broken by now.

Killian was her only friend, and the only person she knew for a fact she could rely on. Everyone else... They made her nervous, and slightly paranoid with all honesty. She often didn't sleep well because she was nervous someone would put a knife in her back. But that didn't matter now...

Arya felt safe in Killian's presence.

"Do you have any plans for today?", she asked, genuine curiosity in her voice. Gone was her anger, and once again she seemed to hold a calm joy within her.
