Name: Kavik Forger Age: 18 Gender: Male Credits to me. 161425. Appearance Kavik is a young man with quite an intimidating stature. Standing at 6'4 tall, this young Fae sports a muscular, athletic build with a triangle torso and prominent arm and back muscles due to his profession as a near-graduated apprentice blacksmith. Several years in the metallurgy field have refined and defined his upper body, though his lower half is not lacking in strength either. His body is quite proportional overall, though. His face holds the refined features that are typical to see in a human: rounded eyes, a well-placed nose, and a defined jawline. His lips are not full, but they are not thin, either. His once-straight nose has a slight crook to it from an old breakage that never healed correctly. Kavik's eyebrows are straight and set in such a way that his relaxed facial expression appears serious -- almost somber, as though he has seen too much. His complexion is a bronze tanned one, though the tightened skin around scars show up much paler. He has several of these marks along his arms, a few on his face, and one long scar running across his left shoulder and pectoral from a runaway sword. He's obviously had his fair share of run-ins with blades and other sharp bits and bobs, though most of them have been through creating the pieces rather than having them used against him. However, he is not a stranger to swordsmanship. Kavik's eyes are a burning brown with amber flecks and his short hair is a deep black that catches a gray sheen in sunlight -- when it ever sees sunlight. In the fires of the forges, however, his entire being has a red and yellow sheen to it. He walks upright and carries himself in a dignified manner. His long strides and confident movements add to a more dominant feel to him; he certainly makes no effort to dissuade such a notion, as it seems that, this way, people leave him alone. Kavik has a fairly deep voice, not quite a bass but lower than a tenor. It's smooth and soft enough to be considered a loud murmur. It's a voice that is easy to listen to, lulling and deceptively soft. Hypnotic in the same way as the vibrant, pulsating colors on a deadly animal. He smells of ore and hot metal, but there is a hint of coldness to it as well. Somehow, he always seems to draw the shadows to him, adding a sense of mystery to this young man. Personality He is a slow burner -- the coldest kind of the fiery personalities. He does not simply erupt, nor does he build up to an eruption. Kavik's boiling point skips over the theatrics and goes straight to the part where someone gets burned -- but there was never any warning. Kavik will be calm and collected throughout the whole ordeal, seemingly unbothered by any fear or havoc he may have wrought. He is a solitary creature, avoiding others at all costs. While he will do as he is told when it comes to his profession, such as "make So-And-So a sword and deliver it," he will not add any unnecessary chatter. Kavik is the type to pour his soul into a piece, present it to the owner, and leave without another word. However, he has been known to snap at said owner if he catches them handling their piece "wrong" or without "proper" care. Kavik is more attached to what he creates than he is to anyone else. He uses his more intimidating stature and surly appearance to ward off any idle chatters -- you know the kind. The ones who pop up in the middle of a particularly difficult project to talk for hours in a one-sided conversation over dragons or the weather or some other irritating subject that Kavik has no interest in. This young man rarely expresses interest in anything or anyone outside of animals and his work, really. Then again, those two latter things are all he really knows. They are his life. He has no time for legends and weather predictions, nor does he have an ear for the latest gossip on what the baker's daughter is up to. He. Does. Not. Care. Kavik is quite happy to be on his lonesome. Nobody gets hurt that way, and he is relatively free to do as he pleases. There is no chatter, no bustling crowds, no merchants screaming about their cheap trinkets. It's usually just him, the forge, and the clumps of ore just dying to be shaped into something magnificent. In this state, he loses some of his scary exterior and becomes quite eager. He can be almost friendly in this state, if caught at the right moment. He isn't against company if they're silent. He is not a bad guy, no matter how hard he tries to portray himself as such. Kavik is just... very... particular, if you will, with his surroundings. He doesn't want drama or attention, and the way to avoid both of those is to avoid people entirely. Thus, that is exactly what he does. Dragon: Cernunnos Capakan Strengths + Physical strength -- due to the nature of his apprenticeship, he has plenty of opportunity to stay active and maintain muscle. + Archery and swordsmanship -- making weapons means he gets to wield them as well; while he is nothing fancy, he is deadly accurate with a bow and not too shabby in close combat. + Making people uneasy -- this is more an evasion tactic for him, as he wants to avoid others as much as possible. So, he acts as cold and scary as possible to deter this unwanted attention -- and it works. Weaknesses - Social interaction -- he wants nothing to do with it and keeps his social life limited to customers and those who work alongside him. He cannot stand large crowds or babbling chatter; it's too overwhelming. - Short temper -- Kavik lacks patience. While he may not become violent, it will be painfully obvious that he is at the end of his rope and it takes a long while to get that rope lengthened. - Hearing -- he does not have the best of hearing, being slightly below average due to the constant clangs, metallic screeches, and cursing he hears on the daily. Likes + Working with his hands, and working alone. + Dealing with animals -- they are so much better than people. + Singing -- he only does it when he is alone, but he has a good voice and it passes the time. Dislikes - Human interaction -- people wear him thin very quickly. He can only stand so much of them before his social battery is out and he is left drowning in the sea of reality. - The topic of dragons -- it's such an overused topic. Name: Terra Wild-Heart Age: 17 Gender: female Appearance: Terra is rather pretty, in a wild, untamed sort of way. She isn't afraid to get dirty, and so is often covered in dirt. Her face is heart shaped, with a plethora of freckles, especially over her nose. Terra is small for a female, being only 4'9 with a thin frame. Terra's hair is cropped below her shoulders, and coppery in color. Terra's hair is very thick, and often simply worn down or in a low braid. Terra's eyes are likely the only thing on her body that are constantly clear and clean. They are bright green, like two small emeralds. As of right now, Terra is unscarred, but there have been plenty of close calls. I feel like I should mention that Terra is very left hand dominant. Personality: Aggressive | fiery | loyal | hot-headed | selfless | need to impress | extrovert Terra is quite the charecter. If she were a dragon, no doubt she would be a fire dragon. She is as aggressive as the day is long, and so hot-headed that she may one day burst into flames. Terra feeds off of others, so if they're angry, you can bet that Terra is too. But, Terra will also calm down just as fast. Just don't expect her to apologize for anything.
To friends, you will never have a more loyal companion. She might tease you, or loose her cool, but Terra would rather die than see her friends hurt. I'm not talking about Terra's friends, as in the people she is nice to, but her true, unrequiting friends, those she considers family.
Terra had a need to impress others. She always has to show off, which hints at a rougher past. If Terra isn't the best, she will train day in and day out until she has mastered the skill in question. Dragon: Isabel Stengths: smart - Due to Terra's size, she can't rely on size or strength to win a battle. Instead, she likes to outsmart her opponents, and let them do all the heavy lifting. loyal - Once you win over Terra's heart, there is nothing she won't do for you. Terra would quite literally jump into a flaming volcano for those she loves. This is especially true for her dragon. agility - Terra is very good at rolling with the punches. One of her favorite activities are obstacle courses, where she can test and train her agility. Weaknesses: overly-aggressive - To say Terra has a short fuse is an understatement. More like, Terra has no fuse and will spontaneously combust. Don't worry, she usually calms down just as quickly.
head strong - Try to tell Terra no, I dare you. If you do, it will only provoke Terra to do it more. Terra will keep doing the same thing until it works, and won't change her strategy. physical strength - Terra doesn't have a lot of muscle, and she knows it. She will never win a one on one with a larger student with brute strength. Name: Aeolus Meaning "wind". Aeolus was the Greek God of wind, considered King of the wind Age: 250 Gender: Male Class: Air Appearance: This male is a handsome dragon. He bears snowy white scales that are soft and smooth as the clouds themselves. The male has a medium sized cranium with an enlongated face. His face has a long and slender muzzle, and if he opens his mouth you can see several rows of sharp teeth. They are almost shark-like with the amount and if not careful he can have a terrible toothache. So his rider must be conscious of his dental health. His head is connected to his long and slender neck that is quite flexible. If you look closer however you can spot the light undertone of powder blue and even some lavender undertones as well. There are several large fan-like skin and bone structures that runs down the sides of each of his jaw line. On top of his head are large and long spikes as a natural armor. They can close and expand and are almost fan-like. They appear opalescent and are crystal-like in appearance and texture. He has small crystals on the bottom of chin in a sort of 'beard'. Aeolus has large, tranquil appearing sapphire eyes set upon his skull which give him a wise and peaceful appearance, but if grows angry or upset they can become cold as ice. This male stands at 10ft so he's a sizable beast, but not the biggest out there. He is a well-built beast with a slender and muscular build to him. His legs are long and slender which give him a powerful and graceful tone to him. Along the back of his spine their are sharp crystal spikes that range in length. Some are smaller then others and some are quite large as well. On each of his elbows is one large spike that he can use to stab or fend off himself if needed. The scales along his arms, underside, and legs are a bit thicker than other parts of his body. He has large claws that are glass like in appearance and they are very sharp which makes them very powerful if he chooses to swipe them at someone. Aeolus, only does this when he is in an extremely irritable mood or he is defending someone he loves . This male walks with a graceful and dignified manner, as if he was walking on air itself. His muscular tone can be seen when he's flying at quick speeds.
This male has large and magnificent wings. They are large and graceful in appearance, and covering his wing bones are small and sharp crystals that can be quite painful if one cut themself on it. Their are also large scythe-like hooks at the tip that if dug into something he can stay motionless. It is also good for keeping a strong grip, and can be quite deadly if he swung them at someone. Since he is quite agile and flexible , it makes it easy for him to fold and unfold his wings. He can pack quite the punch if he chose to do so as he can knock the air out of someone with the hit from his wings. Not to mention his long and flexible whip-like tail which makes it easy to pick this up and or pick someone up. His tail has small spikes at the end which can inflict harm on someone and have quite painful affects. This tail also be used if he's curled up for a nap. He usually drapes his tail over his nose when he curls up with his wings folded around him, and small streams of frozen air comes out of his nostril.
Personality: This male is a mischievous creature always finding himself in some sort of trouble. Aeolus is quite the prankster, and likes to lighten the mood by cracking a joke or start a conversation . He especially loves pranking his rider, by hiding their favorite object, sitting on them, or just plain annoying them. When he talks it's always light-hearted and happy. He has a deep and smooth baratone vocals . When he laughs it comes deep from within his chest and can resemble a loud rumble. He loves having a good laugh and making others laugh as well. He is highly inquisitive and playful. He just loves finding new things, especially shiny things that he seems to have an affinity for. If he sees something shiny expect him to be drawn to it and want to have it. He has a slight bit of an obessession with shiny things and may or may not hoard a small large collection. He loves playing with others, especially his Rider and can be trained to do tricks in the air and just plain tricks as well. However, he will not fetch anything for you as it is beneath him. He loves being around other dragons and couldn't imagine being without them no matter how intolerable they may be. He's a social creature and finds being alone isn't for him, but if need be he doesn't mind being alone. Aeolus wants to be their for others when they're down, and if he views you as a friend he'll always be by your side. Through thick and thin, through trials and tribulations he'll stick by your side no matter what. If you try and push him away it'll make him want to find out what's wrong. He's stubborn in this way and won't rest until you're better, but he does understand that you have boundaries and limits like he does himself. He's a compassionate soul with a big heart and loves finding ways to make others laugh or smile, and he can offer moral support if your feeeling down. Whether he just lays his head beside you or attempts to be 'cute' . If you're feeling down he'll just cuddle up to you, try and give you something shiny or just rest his head on your leg to be there for you. He may be a mostly peaceful dragon and dislikes fights, but if need be he can and will stand up for himself. He's not like other Air Dragons that just let themselves be pushed around. He is not a weakling and so he won't be treated like one. He is very obedient to his rider and easy to handle, but he can be quite mischievous toward his Rider. He loves annoying them and teasing them. This dragon loves his rider, and would die for them proudly. He also is very protective of them and dare you insult or lay a finger on them then this little guy turns into a unhappy dragon. The way you know he's angry is if he tries to slap you with his sharp whip-like tail, and he rarely if ever does this, but if you've made him beyond angry to the point of being livid he will try and freeze your ass. Now when it comes to siblings and possibly children of his this dragon is extremely protective of his own, and wants nothing but the best for thems. If you treat them badly then he won't like you one bit. This aggressive side to him is only shown if one annoys him or brings him to his breaking point. This dragon, however , is mostly a clam soul who enjoys a good rainstorm and flying in said storms. He also loves mid so if there is a mud puddle anywhere expect him to be splashing in it. Rider: Open Ability: Freeze Breath Strengths & Weaknesses: Strengths: Scaling Heights: Due to being able to filter oxygen better than most dragons he can fly higher in the Sky than most. This also means he has to be careful with his rider due to humans having a certain amount of oxygen they require. Speed and Agility: Due to being small and having his large wings it makes it easier for him to make those sharp turns, and if his rider trains him to be able to do stunts in the air. He's a harder target to hit due to his smaller size as well. Cold Resistance: Due to being able to climb higher in the sky it means that he goes up where the air is colder as well. Due to this he as a higher tolerance and resistance to cold. Weaknesses Hot Temperatures: Due to preferring the cold and being more resistant to it this means he has a weakness to fire as it absolutely drains him. His Size: His size does make him quick and harder to hit. However it also makes him not as strong as his brethren. He can pack a punch but not as hard as those bigger than him or stronger than him. Cernunnos is a unique dragon, to put it simply. This applies to every aspect of the male, from his name to his personality, and his appearance is no different. While many dragons are tall with long legs and sweeping wings, Cer is, well, the exact opposite. He has a build that is more similar to that of a lizard's or a crocodillian. The male has a lower stance, with shorter, but extremely powerful legs, making him appear smaller than he truly is. He only stands at about 8 ft tall, two feet shorter than your average Earth Dragon, however, what he lacks in height he makes up for in length. The male is easily about 17 feet or so in length, with a bit over half being his actual body, and the other half being all tail. Truthfully, his tail is almost exactly the same length as his body, coming in about a foot shorter, but it makes up greatly for his lack of height. Not that he's really short to be honest. He's still eight feet tall at the shoulder (which makes little difference since his head is rarely above his shoulders).
True to the Lizard like appearance, Cernunnos has shorter legs, not built at all for speed or agility, though he has decent movement in them. However, they are extremely well muscled, making them useful for the things he can do, which is digging and climbing. While he can lift himself up a bit to run from time to time, he's relatively a slower moving animal most of the time. And he is okay with this. His feet are large with long toes on them, each ending in long claws that are sharp and hook backwards. Their designed to not only be excellent for climbing and digging, but also lethal when used in fights. The heavy male, and believe me, he is heavy, has the body of something akin to a monitor lizard or an alligator, with it not being super wide or flare, more tubular truthfully. His tail is like the rest of the male, heavy and thick. At the base it's about the width of his body, and like an alligators, only narrows to an extent as it reaches the tip. It doesn't come to a thin point like other dragon tail do, instead it's more paddle like in it's design. He can use this tail of his to not only swim, but if he whacks something with it full force, he's probably breaking bones. He also has fat resevoirs in his tail, so if he hasn't eaten enough or recently, he will start to burn through that before he starts to starve.
For his head, Cernunnos has a more traingular shaped head, though his muzzle doesn't narrow to a sharp point. Instead it stays relatively short and blunt, with a wider set jaw. Think something similar to a bearded dragon if it helps, but bigger and thicker, more muscular. His jaw alone gives him a nasty bite, able to bite down with enough force to crush some of nature's hardest substances. Even a nip from the male would be incredibly painful, and not just because the sheer amount of force he can apply with his jaws. But because of his teeth as well. See, inside of that shorter snout is rows of shorter, but sharp teeth with serrated edges, something that lies between a shark's teeth and a lizard's, that are designed for shredding and tearing anything he sinks them into. These type of teeth combined with the strength to penetrate, makes for one hell of a nasty bite. And if he death rolls, which he does do, he will rip limbs from bodies with a blink of an eye. It's also important to note that, because Cernunnos does break or lose his teeth regularly, he replaces them frequently like a shark, hence the multiple rows of teeth in his mouth. At the back of his mouth, typically too far in for anyone to see without examining his mouth, are molar like teeth that allow him to not only crush rocks and trees, things like that, but they also allow him to eat vegetation and fruit. This allows him to be an Omnivore, though he is primarily Carnivorous in diet due to the sheer amount of intake he needs because of his mass.
On his head are a set of horns, as is pretty typical for dragons of all types. They are angels backwards so that they run parallel with the direction of his head, and their base is set just behind his eyes so that the ridges of above them seem to transition into the horns themselves. The horns are relatively thick, above the diameter of a human forearm, and about a foot or so in length. They end in a tapered point, but aren't as sharp as other dragons, having a bit of a blunt edge. On his snout he holds a pair of wide nostrils that he can close to keep debris and dirt from entering them whenever he needs to. His cheeks are also spiked slightly, protecting his face a bit.
While most Dragons are scaled on their bodies, the earth dragon has a bit of a differnce. Instead of those protective scales, he instead has an extremely thick hide, skin so touch and hard that it protects him like scales and can be difficult to penetrate too. While this hide is still thick on his belly, it is softer and easier to penetrate than anywhere else on him. It's weakest there, and directly behind his mandible. The only place the male has trule scaling is on the outside of his legs. These scales seem harmless enough, but truthfully, it's best to be careful when touching them. As long as someone goes with the grain of the scales, they'll be fine, but if they were to accidentally rub up against them, or pet them, against the grain, they will slice them open like razor blades. These scales help his when tunneling, allowing him to maneuver better in the tunnels and prevent him from getting stuck, so just be careful with them.These scales do get replaced regularly as well, as they dull, a scale beneath them will push up and push them out, allowing him to shed them as they lose their use.
While he doesn't have scales, what Cernunnos does have is extremely thick ridging all along his back and tail. The ridges lengthen into sharp spikes on his back, resembling jagged peaks and cliffs. These are both for protective purposes, but he also can use them in his day to day life. Due to constantly traveling through the ground, they will erode and change shape regularly, but rarely ever will they dull. They run down his spine to the tip of his tail, reaching down on either side of him to about mid shoulder and flank, though they don't reach as far on his sides. This makes the male difficult to pin, and attacks from above can be incredibly difficult to make successful. It also means if he's underground, but just beneath the surface, and someone steps on him who's heavy enough, they're going to get a foot full of sharp spikes. It would be unpleasant. He also doesn't really have nerve endings passed the base of these ridges, so he can't always tell when he's caught something in them, nor can he feel when something is trying to bite or claw them unless they go deep enough.
Of course the earth dragon has one disadvantage that isn't a stranger to most earth dragons: he cannot fly. He was born without wings, therefore unable to take flight, and he doesn't have any frills on his body that would allow him to glide. He's an excellent climber and swimmer, as well as he can burrow into the earth and travel underground, but he isn't capable of using flight. Sometimes this works in his favor, as anything attacking him would have to come to his level to do anything, and he has the advantage on the ground. However, this also means that he cannot just take off via flight to escape a situation, he has to find other means to leave a less than ideal situation which is, sometimes, well, less than ideal. Cern can also jump relatively well, however, it puts a strain on his legs and bothers them, so he doesn't do it often.
The earth dragon also has the disadvantage of not having the best eye sight in the world. He's learned to pretty much not rely on his sense of sight, instead preferring to use his sense of smell or hearing. These two senses are far more superior and sensitive, allowing him to hear and smell creatures who are underground, but also those above him when he himself his beneath the surface. He also has receptors on his nose, that allow him to feel vibrations when he's underground, so he can basically feel when there is something walking atop the surface within a certain range of where he's at. He can tell a lot from these vibrations, like how big something is, and how fast their moving, and if they're limping, but it isn't like he can actually see them.
For his coloration, Cernunnos has pretty stereotypical colors for an earth dragon. His primary color is that of a sandy tan color, similar to the color of beach sand rather than the color of dirt. However, he does have darker tan and mocha brown markings. The ridges along his back start at a medium brown color, darkening as they lengthen until they become that dark mocha color. The horns on his head start at the tan color, transitioning to the mocha brown as they lengthen as well. The tan color of his horns travels down his forehead before ending just before the last few inches of his snout. Oddly enough, the end of the male's muzzle has a black shadow to it. This is the only part of his body, save his eyes, that isn't a shade of brown or tan. His markings are pretty simplistic too, with the most noticeable actually occuring over the line of is mouth. On either side of his mouth there are four mocha brown lines that cross over his mouth and end just before the bottom of his jaw. He does have some faint darker tan markings that travel down from his shoulders to before fading out completely above his wrists, but there isn't any identifiable pattern to them.
Lastly, the earth dragon holds a pair of vibrantly colored orange eyes. They resemble the angry glow of a fire's ember, but more rich in their orange hue. His voice is something gruff or coarse, with a raspyness to it.

Cernunnos is a male who is unlike many of the other grumpier dragons around. He's unique in the idea that he isn't a difficult creature to get on with. Calm and easy going are the two main facets of his personality, making him someone who is pleasurable company to be around. He doesn't have a fierce temper that is explosive and violent, nor is he over protective or argumenative. Can he be aggressive when he needs to be? Yes, but if he doesn't absolutely have to, he isn't going to.
Level headed and calm, as mentioned, Cernunnons is the kind of dragon who fits well into any environment, and is an asset to have around. He doesn't take things personally, and prefers to avoid drama and conflict when it arises. Not only does he not enjoy it, but he's likely to lazy to really do anything. Insult him? He's going to shrug it off. Challenge him? He's not going to even bother rising up to it. He prefers a simple, drama-free life that consists of napping and food. That isn't to say he can't throw his weight around when it wants to, but he has to actually have a good reason to.
About the only time that anyone will see Cern get actually aggressive is when it comes to three things: Food, Naps, and his Tunnels. He guards his food, and isn't the type to share with anyone once he's started eating. It's an instinctual response to protect his food and make sure he eats enough, and while it might not be personal, he will absolutely take a bite out of someone if they come for his food while he's eating. Just don't do it. It's similar for his tunnels. They're his. He doesn't like when anyone is in them, are he views them like territory, and he will defend them heatedly. It also stresses him out, because they might ruin them. Besides those two things, the other thing the male gets aggressive over is his naps. He likes them, okay? Just don't wake him up unless it's a life or death situaton, otherwise you're going to have one on your hands.
Other than that, Cernunnos is easy to get along with. He's a social creature, who enjoys being carefree about things. Not the type to stress out about anything (except his tunnels) he isn't going to be found taking part in anything that could change that about his life. While some dragons avoid the company of others though, Cernunnos tends to seek it out, finding he enjoys the company of others over being alone most of the time. Is he okay being alone? Yes. He's quite comfortable with it, but he like good conversation and company. He likes to think he's pretty good company as well, finding himself to be a bit of a jokester with a good sense of humor. Truthfully, Cern LOVES to laugh and have a good time, he loves good jokes, and fun little pranks, though he's careful to make sure things never go to far. He doesn't like to see others hurt. But he loves light hearted times and conversation, and just being able to bask in the glow of social interaction. If it starts to turn negative or heated, he's going to simply leave the interaction for a calmer environment.
The earth dragon is also someone who can be incredibly lazy, quite a bit of the time. He really only likes to get up and do things when they're something he wants to do. Is he a kind and helpful dragon? Yes. And he will absolutely help others, but he's really not going to get up and do anything, like fighting, unless he absolutely has to. And believe me, if he doesn't think a fight is going to go well for him, he will straight up just burrow down and leave. He isn't one to fret over pride, and if the wise decision is just to tuck tail and leave, he's going to. He will choose life every time, because dying just sounds like a bad time.
Of course, there are some beneficial things that he brings to the table. The first being that he can, surprisingly, be a rather resourceful dragon. If there is a challenge in front of him, he will find some way to get through it, even if he has to go under it. Literally. He also can be rather intelligent when he wants to be. Of course, that is when he wants to be. Again: Lazy dragon.
Overall, Cernunnos is a goofy thing who enjoys a simple, conflict free life.

Acid Spit
This is an ability that's primary function is to air in burrowing. The spit has a mild decaying aspect, and soften hardened ground to make digging easier. It's relatively harmless to dragons, though irritating to them and more so humans, however, it's entirely painful and can cause terrible damage if taken to the eyes. They have acid glands, which have a limited quantity that replenish over time (talking hours).
Strengths & Weaknesses: Strengths
Movement Versatility - He may not be able to fly, but he is able to get around in a variety of different ways. These include: Climbing, Swimming, and Traveling Underground.
Stronk Boi - He's an extremely muscular and strong male from head to toe. Getting hit by any part of him is going to hurt.
Superior Sense of Smell and Hearing - The Earth Dragon has an Incredibly Sense of Smell and Hearing. He relies on them a lot, so they're much more superior than his other ones.
Big Lungs - He has large lungs, and can hold his breath for a couple of hours at a time both underground and under water when needed. He doesn't like to do this, but he can.
Weaknesses
Cannot Fly - He, like many Earth Dragons, cannot fly. He can't even glide. Pretty self explanatory.
Doesn't Have Great Eye Sight - Truthfully, Cernunnos can't really see much when it's far away, everything after a certain point is pretty blurry. This is worse at night, even though he has night vision. His vision in general is pretty fuzzy, but after a certain distance that's when it affects him even more.
Not Great in the Cold - The male doesn't have a good constitution for the cold. It makes him sleepy, and he will try to hibernate once he starts getting too cold. It won't necessarily kill him until it's too cold, but he gets cold easily, and just wants to sleep when he does. Plus it's annoying.
Being on His Back - He can't get stuck on his back like a turtle, but it does take some effort to flip over, and he doesn't like the vulnerability it give him when he is. That being said, flipping him over without his permission is something that is difficult to do considering his low profile.

Name: Kieran Carter Age: 17 Gender: Female Appearance: Being half Korean (mom’s side) and half caucasian (dad’s side), this young woman has the striking mix of pale skin and warm, dark brown hair like many Koreans, but a sharper shape to her face and features due to her dad. A faint dusting of freckles covers her nose and the top of her cheeks. She has a straight nose with a slight curve upwards at the end, though hardly noticeable. Her cheeks aren’t too high, but moderate, and her jaw has a soft square shape to it. Her chin is round with a slight square to it. Her eyes are almond-shaped, being on the thinner side, and they’re usually lowered in a thoughtful, determined, or angry stare. Her eyebrows are slightly arched with a downward slope towards her eyes. Her full lips are a pale pink with a slight, but not too pronounced, cupid’s bow. Her figure is tall and slim, being an rectangle shape with an ectomorph body type and sports about 20% body fat. She stands at 5’10”, rather tall for a woman. This gives her a lithe appearance. Her gait, smooth and graceful, almost a stalking motion, making her seem somewhat predatory. Her resting bitch face doesn’t help this appearance in the slightest. Her legs make up a lot of her height, being a bit more than half of her body length. She has a smaller bust, making athletics easier for her. Her hips aren’t too wide, either. She is dusted with small nicks here and there from small incidents (climbing trees, tripping, playing with knives… etc.) However, there is a 3 inch scar, very faded rosy pink, on her left cheek. It’s in the shape of a line, and it’s from a run-in with a fish hook on one of many failed attempts by her father to get her into fishing. Song is usually found in an off white, plain, comfortably loose shirt, a size or two too large for her. She typically has this loosely tucked in to a pair of pants, made of tough material. Her shoes are always comfortable, she always has a dark pair of boots underneath her pants. Her hair she keeps up in a sloppy bun, typically with strands falling out of it, which she often doesn't bother to tuck back in. Personality: Intelligent, intimidating, defensive, protective, natural-born leader, teasing, playful, (unwittingly) flirtatious. This woman is intelligent, this is something few can deny. While she is quiet often, which results in the occassional assumtion that she is confused and keeps to herself for fear of saying something dumb, it's completely wrong. She is merely quiet due to her observance and thoughtfulness. If anybody were to challenge her on this, she would typically let it lie and shrug it off, but she'd make a point of proving them wrong daily from then on. Especially if this involves making the individual in question look dumb. Intimidating. That's how those who don't know her would describe her in one word. To be fair, she is tall, she is quiet (when she does speak, she had a deep voice), she's got a resting bitch face, and a somewhat intense aura. However, she just acts this way as a protective mechanism. If people are intimidated or simply put-off by her attitude, they can't approach her in order to hurt her emotionally or threaten her physically. It's a win-win. While this woman can be defensive, as part of protective mechanism, this shell drops as soon as she realizes you don't want to be a threat or you don't have the capacity to be one. So, if you align yourself with her or are just plain dumb, then she'll be on of the biggest mocking, teasing, and playful individuals you'll meet. Yes, she's protective. She has to be. She's good at fighting, and she cares too much about people, so she has every right to be protective of her loved ones. This does, however, mean that getting on the wrong side of her or someone she cares for could result in losing a digit or two. Song is a natural-born leader. This is probably obvious due to the fact that she's managed to become second-in-command. However, even being around her will make it evident. She has a commanding air, even when she's being playful. She tries not to be rude or unnecessarily mean, but she will be very firm and might bully those who aren't behaving a little bit. To elaborate further on what was stated earlier, she is very playful and teasing. She was raised in a family where playful roasts are a sign of affection rather than bullying, and she doesn't attempt to filter it now that it's been trained into her. So, if you're a sensitive soul that doesn't understand a joke, a relationship with her won't work out. Lastly, this poor woman is unwittingly flirtatious sometimes. She doesn't mean it most the time, she really doesn't. She doesn't consider herself especially attractive, but she's had guys ask her out after she's been subconsciously flirting and had to apologize about a million times in such instances. So... she might flirt with you without meaning it, but this could also be a subconscious portrayal or her feelings for you, who knows? Dragon: Open Stengths: - She is athletic and graceful. - Extremely talented with knives, but rather well-rounded in all fighting styles. - She has a silver tongue, though she isn’t always quite sure how she wound up with that ability Weaknesses: - asthma, while not extreme, it affects her and she has the occasional attack. - awkward in emotional situations. - She isn’t naturally likeable to most, and often has to put in an effort to have people like her Likes: - respect - feeling heard - being in a leadership role Dislikes: - feeling ignored - being overcrowded - being taken for granted - feeling patronized - overuse of sarcasm - idiots/ haughty people Affiliations: Open Other: I'm a major How to Train your Dragon stan :)
