She has a light shimmer like sparkly snow over all of her scales. Most of her scales are white, but a few are a sky blue or pastel baby blue color. She has a long slender body, that is lithe and flexible. It can twist and turn in the air. Her scales are hard and jagged, but they are small and neat similar to little ice crystals. They are layered in a predictable pattern. She has a large wingspan for her small body.
She stands roughly around 8 feet tall at the shoulders. Her legs are slender and not as muscular as her strong wing and shoulder muscles. She has a wide broad head with a few small six inch spikes coming out the back of her head and down her back. Her nose is pointed and helps create an aerodynamic body structure.
Her feet are clawed, and appear similar to a bird of prey. Wickedly sharp and dangerous. They are a steel gray, which appears very similar to the color of swords. Her neck is medium and muscular. She can turn her head a good 135 degrees. She has round light sky blue eyes. She has a thick scaled white eyelid, and underneath, she has a secondary clear eyelid, which protects her eyes, but she can see through it.
The majority of her wings are white, but the part where the bone is and has scales has blue scattered in it. Her wings are leathery and without the protective armor of scales. Her tail is long and slender, even though it is strong and acts as a rudder steering the rest of her along. Her chest, belly, and undersides are white. She has four legs. She has sail like tail parts made up of the same leathery stuff as her wings. She has badly disguised ear holes on the side of her head covered by a small flap of skin. She has little claws or a protruding bone on the edge of her wings.
Personality [Detailed Description]
She is very nice and sweet. She is a little slow, and takes a while to take hints. She is easily peer pressured and she likes to follow the group. At the same time she is a very calm, gentle and steady person. She can be a very loud person. She has a repuation for being curious. At first she can appear quiet, timid and shy. Once she becomes comfortable she is talkative and bold. She can be a weird goofball. She is super random and she is brutally honest. She hardly ever means to be mean, but her filter is limited. She likes to eat, and she is protective.
Things come out of her mouth, and often they aren't true, they are rude, or they are plain confusing. She isn't very eloquent, or succint, and she uses filler words a lot. She often says the first thing that comes to mind, and she is super awkward. She is known for randomly laughing so hard, and she can't stop. She can be on the quiet shy side. She likes having friends, but she has a hard time making new ones. She can totally miss social queues, and she often doesn't get jokes. Sometimes she swallows her ambitions, because of her fear of failure, but it is a struggle against her instinct to want to be the best.
She is generally ready with a friendly expression. She tries to encourage and lift those who feel sad. She tends to be quiet, and totally oblivious. She has a vivid imagination and feels sympathy easier. She doesn't like to see anyone hurt when she could help, so she is known for her caring spirit. She has a kind easy going personality, and she attracts people with her charisma and appearance. She often is quiet, but she knows when to reach out to others.
She is very empathetic. She can be very emotional, and it is easy to make her cry. She goes out of her way to help others even though she doesn't always go about it the right way. She is a tough girl physically and emotionally even though it's easy to make her cry. She doesn't mind pain too much, and she lets insults blow right over her. Even so she isn't super confident, and doesn't like branching out of her comfort zone. She will happily talk to anyone who talks to her first, but she doesn't like making the first move.

Not to mistaken for Ice Breath, which is the Breating of Ice, Air Dragon's have Breath so cold it freezes things. They obviously don't always use it, so it is an elective power they have control over. Like the others, this requires energy, the more they use it, the more tired they become and less effective it is.
Freezing breath - She can make her breath cold.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Her lungs are more efficient and made to filter oxygen better. She can fly higher for longer amounts of time. She is resistant to cold, and is used to being up in the sky. She can alter the temperature of her breath from normal to cold. She doesn't handle warm temperatures well. She is a fast flyer and few larger dragons can keep up She's a bit awkward on the ground, and much prefers to be in the air. She has excellent flying prowess, and she is very flexible. She is amazing at aerial acrobatics. She is easily presssured to do things. She has excellent eye sight. Her hearing isn't as good, but she has a good sense of smell. Her scales trap in heat and she can't feel textures or other things very well through them.

She is claustrophobic. She hates when her scales are dirty. Fish are nasty and slimy and stinky. She dislikes crows and other blackbirds of a similar kind. She dislikes being underground or down.
