Jack took one large leap and missed, I was sure I calculated that right! he thought his paws hit the sides of the railing on the building, he scrambled up he shoulder ached and he felt like passing out.

Sage whined when she saw her brother didn't make it. She ran over to him and grabbed his front paw in her jaws, trying to pull him up.

Violet had already gone for the last jump. She ran, clambering onto the already shaky building. The female then ran to Sage. "Let go of his paw.. Let me try something." She tried to grab Jack's scruff, but instead she was left hanging off a light. A drop that far into the water would being injuries.

Jack yelped as he struggled to get up, he did not have a death wish. He and Violet were both hanging now. "Not cool not cool at all..." he murmured looking down at the drop, that drop could mean serious injuries or worse... Death. Jack struggled once more, trying to make the attempt to get up. But it was no use.

Sage tried to grab onto jack again but couldn't, he and Violet had both fallen down to much. And the building was starting to shake.
"we should try to get down!" Sage suggested, as much as she hated to leave her brother she knew if they didn't try to leave now they could all die.

Violet let out a whine of fear. "Jack! If I am correct, you can grab onto that satellite and pull yourself up!" She gasp, as she was starting to loosen her grip.. It was no use even trying to stop it. "Help!" She howled out, before the light she was hanging on snapped off of the building, causing her to plummet down into water below..

"But what about you!" Jack protested, not wanting to lose her. Before he got an answer he heard violets cry for help, "Violet! NO!" He cried as he watched her plummet into the water. Jack was tempted to jump after her. They had been through so much together in the past few days, and now he lost her. With the help of his sister he lifted himself on to the building. "I will go down there and find her" he whispered.

Violet was tossed about in the water, surfacing every-so often. Then, she didnt. Blood could then be seen in the water..

Apex looked down, a horrified look on his face. "No.." He seemed to think that Violet had drown.

Just then, a wounded body floated to the surface. Violet wasnt dead, but she was in such critical condition death could soon come..

Jack saw her broken body floating at the surface. "I'm going after her! She won't die!" He ran to the edge of the building. "No Jack!" Sage bit his leg pulling him backwards. He yanked out of her grasp, desperate to see if Violet was all right. "I have to get down there I have to!" He murmured over and over.

Apex sighed. "Jack, If you go down there you will be the same. Go down the staircase!" He huffed at him.

Jack blinked, "Staircase?? What staircase?" He walked over to the staircase and started to sprint down. Well I'm stupid!! He thought sighing. He soon reached Violets body, he nudged her, but she was out cold. Not dead yet.. Jack carefully grabbed her scruff and tried to get her somewhere dry. He looked up at the building he was just on. It didn't look that stable, which could be dangerous for the dogs up there. As he dragged her further trying to find a dry place he could smell a gas leak. Something better not explode.. Jack thought feeling annoyed, he just wanted he and Violet to be safe!

Apex and the other dogs rushed down, to the bottom on the staircase.

Violet had two major wounds, one bash on her head from the fall, and a puncture wound on her right hind leg. She must likely had some sort of head trauma, it wouldn't be surprising if amnesia soon followed her awakening.
