Jack turned around slowly his ears pinned, he saw a massive wolf behind him. Out of the corner of his eye he also saw Violet submit. Jack still hated the idea but was already injured and couldn't fight, but he told himeslef that if he wasn't injured he would already be fighting. Slowly he lay down and rolled onto his belly. He could still hear the wold growling and it was making him nervous, and annoyed, He also felt stupid submitting! "Rise and follow me," the large wolf snarled, his cold icy stare never leaving them. Jack slowly arose, his ears still pinned, boy he really wanted to attack this wolf right now.

Violet flipped over, and followed the wolf. She whined softly, also dreading the fact that she couldn't take down the wolf.

The wolf led them to a small encampment, Jack noticed that there was around 20 wolves here all with cold icy gazes staring at them. He also noticed some pups, playing under their mother's watchful eyes, he saw elders with sunken eyes looking tired and defeated, and in the middle of all the wolves he saw a cruel harsh gaze, The alpha. When the alpha stood and walked forward Jack could already sense something wasn't going to go well for him and Violet. The alpha wolf seemed to be even bigger than the wolf that led them here, and his voice was calm but menacing. "I see we have trespassers," the alpha locked his gaze with Jack's. "They smell like the city, also." The large wolf that led them here replied. The alpha flicked his tail summing four large wolves all black. "Guard them all night," he commanded, "and as for you," he regarded the wolf that brought them there, "get something to eat then rest." For a moment Jack thought he saw some kindness in the alpha's gaze, but it soon disappeared to that cold hard stare again.

Violet stared in disbelief. "Let us go this instant!" She snapped at the wolves, letting out what would sound like a ferocious growl if she hadn't have made a whine in the middle. With a few quickly movements, Violet tried to dash away. The look of peril on her face didnt let long, as it soon turned to oure and utter fear.

Jack saw Violet try to get away, please don't get hurt he prayed silently. Two of the black wolves leaped after her, catching up to her in a few small bounds, grabbing her by her neck they dragged her back. "You trespassed, I will not let you go yet.." the alpha snarled, sending shivers down Jack's spine. Jack was led into a cave, he didn't know what happend to Violet but all he knew was it probably wasn't something good.

Violet yelps as she was dragged back by the wolves. She whined. "Why cant we just leave? I'm just trying to get back to the city so I can find my family.." She sighed and sat down in the grass where she had been out by the two wolves. Fear. The scent of fear, held by both Jack and Violet, herself. I hope you dont get hurt as well.. Stay safe, She whined quietly to herself, before laying down. Violet put her head ontop of her paws and waited to see what happened next. One of the three walked onto the cave after Jack, nipping at his heels to make sure that he knew he couldn't escape.

Jack desperately paced the cave, why are they keeping me here? He thought angrily. He was a worried, extremely worried, about Violet, and his sister. Great lupus what happend to her? Jack whimpered and lay down. The cave smelled damp like somewhere in it water was dripping. It was very dark also and the only light came from the entrance. Jack noticed that two wolves guarded the caves at all times. He only saw them switch about once. Maybe I can run out while they are switching.. No to risky, especially with his shoulder, it still hurt. Jack sighed heavily and closed his eyes, soon drifting off into an uneasy sleep.

Violet waited until one of them left, and sprinted off towards a rock. She was then able to scrabble up into a tree. "You are going to have to be a lot quicker than that, wolves!" She snapped loudly down at them. Violet was soon pushed out of the tree, by a younger female wolf who seemed to be a spy of some sort. She landed on her paws luckily, but one of the wolves snatched her up again. They took her to a cave, the same place they had taken Jack. Violet was set on the ground, and two other wolves joining the wolves who were guarding the entrance. "Jack?" She whined, her barks echoing through the cave. The female dog scrambled over to the sleeping male dog, creating unnerving sounds as her claws scraped on the stone.

Jack awoke to some awful sounds on the stone floor, he groaned and lifted his head, spying Violet. He slowly moved to a sitting position, wincing as he moved his shoulder. "So what do we do now?" Jack asked Violet hesitantly. He stood up now, padding around he cave nervously. Ack.. I feel so stupid He pawed the ground. "I was worried about you.." Jack muttered, feeling stupid the minute he said it. This is going to be awkward He sighed. Jack contained to pace about the cave, unsure of what to do while he awaited the reply of Violet.

Violet sighed. " I was worried about you! You cant fight a fly without getting hurt," She huffed. "Well.. We can try and find a way out, or possibly sneak past the guards.. Maybe we should talk with the alpha and see why we are here first," Violet continued. She got up and walked over to the wolves who were guarding the entrance. "Excuse me, may we speak with your.. alpha is it?" She asked, trying to be as polite as she could. Violet watched as one of the wolves walked away, and walked back, this time accompanied with their alpha.
