"No! More flooding! The storm in going to wreck the buildings-" Violet pulled herself out of the mud and started pacing back and forth. That head wound really was starting to get to her.. Or she was having visions that would soon become true. "The wolves.." Violet whined, before she sat down, scattered around to a lay.

"Nothing is comming! Calm down!" Exclaimed Sage, quite annoyed at this. Why can't me and jack leave! Why does he insist on staying with this dog! Sighing heavily Sage stood up and walked outside for a breath of fresh air.

Violet whined, laying her head on her paws. "I'm telling you, its coming." She huffed. The female then curled up, needed to get more rest herself. Soon, it had to be the middle of the night. What Violet had been dreading had started to happen., "Told you," She grumbled.

Sage felt extremely annoyed now, what did she mean told you? There was nothing out there! Nothing was happening! She's delusional! Sage thought shaking her head.

Violet got up and walked outside. She sat right on the edge of the water, staring out into the dark abyss of an empty city. The pouring rain soaked her pelt, chilling her to the bone. But, she didnt mind. Something is out there.. Its calling out to me. I'm sure of it, Violet thought. She didnt like the fact tha she was being annoying, or the fact that she was stuck with a bunch of dogs she would rather just leave behind now. Without saying anything, the canine set off west, following the waterline. I'm coming.

Jack awoke from his sleep with the feeling that something was slightly off. I must check on Violet! Quietly he ran to where the rest of the dogs were. She gone! "Wheres violet? He asked, worry filled his voice. "No idea!" Sage replied, she sounded very annoyed. But Jack didn't have time to put up with that, he needed to find Violet, he couldn't lose her. He tracked her scent the waterline, now where is she! He thought nervously looking around. There! Jack saw her silhouette in the distance. "Don't leave me!" Jack choked back a whimper. Quickly he bunched his muscles and sprang after her, sprinting as fast as he could, hoping to catch up.

Violet stopped, waiting for Jack. "I'm leaving.. Take your sister, I dont like her anyways.." She grumbled, before setting off again. She knew what was coming, she could feel the tension in the ground beneath her PAWS. But, no, she was wrong. They would know, and wish she hadn't have left.. At least it sounded good in her head. "Oh, also I suggest you get to high ground. The flooding is coming," She sighed, but didnt slow down from her trot.

"Violet please let me come with you!" Jack begged, the truth was he liked Violet more then he had ever liked anyone before, and he didn't want to lose her. "I believe you, and I don't want to leave you.." he murmured, holding back a whimper. Jack knew he was going to lose her, she was going to leave him alone.. he wanted to tell her that he loved her, that he couldn't live without her. But every time he tried it didn't feel right. "If you want me to go I will, juts stay safe..." he whispered before turning away to leave.

Violet stopped again. "Let me tell you why I'm going. I feel that something is out there, by the mountains. Its pulling me closer and I cant seem to figure out what it is.. You can come with me if you want, I could use the company," She looked over at Jack, giving him a smile in the moonlight. "You can bring your sister too if you want," Saying that brought a creepy, eerie tone with it. Edited at June 5, 2021 11:15 PM by Intergalactic Sunset

Jack didn't seem to notice the eerie tone, but instead replied, "I want it to be just you and me," He wanted to spend more time alone with Violet, and he regretted ever leaving to go sleep. Plus a journey to the mountains would be quite nice, especially with violet. Jack smiled thinking of how wonderful it would be to be with violet.
