Mircea Cryolar | Male | Dragon Rider | Mentions: Troy, Julien, Nirmala & Sezeryn

Mircea was immersed in watching the Water Dragon and Light Dragon do a lovely display. The theatrics with the steam and soft glowing light was quite beautiful, but it didn't strike him like the Air Dragon did. Actually, he wanted to find the air dragon, but then he heard the teasing voice of an old friend.

"You finally arrived, eh Troy?" he said sassily as he stuck his tongue out at the male, "I can swoon over a dragon if I like it's my right." and he raised his head a bit.

He was feeling bold today. Not his usually crabbiness or moodiness but actually happy. He was bouncing right beside Julien as he went on about the Water Dragon, and Mircea was shaking his head in agreement. He opened his mouth with a wide grin saying, "Yes she's quite beautiful. The scale coloration, the flukes, the fins, everything about her is just stunning. I just know whoever get's her will have an excellent dragon. Where do you think she's from? Maybe a beach? Or a lagoon or lake." he wrinkled his nose saying, "she's much too pretty to stay in a lagoon, I'm gonna guess shes from a lovely beachy area."

As Julien took a step forward, Mircea was right their with him. He felt a creeping excitement in his chest as they moved. He then heard him whispering about getting closer to the dragon and he nodded. He felt their arms unlink and he followed Jules in stealthy and curious manner. He wanted to see this specimen of a Water Dragon close, his Aunt wouldn't believe this. And then he watched as Julien knelt down and he followed. A more softer smile on his face as he watched him try and creep up on the dragon. He followed Julien, because he wanted to be here with him through this experience.

It wasn't every day you saw a dragon, up-close and personal. And Mircea quite wanted his friend to come back alive. He soon caught up and stood beside Julien, in what he would guess be the safe field. The young boy had a relaxed look about him, one showing normality around dragons. Yes, he had been around them , studied them , but he had never ridden them. So this would be an experience for him as well. He then got himself out his thoughts when he heard Julien call out to the dragon.

"My, my getting bold are we?" Mircea teased him a bit, "calling out to one of the more territorial dragons are we now?" and he said this in a soft joking manner, but Mircea knew he'd fight a dragon and lose if he had to so Julien didn't get eaten.

"I'm here so you don't get eaten alone." Mircea said teasing him some more a lazy grin on his face and then a thought crossed his mind as he looked at Julien, "did you bring your dragon a gift?"

Persephone De Clare | Female | Squad Leader | Mentions: Brontes, Dragon Riders

The young female sighed content with just staying her and talking with her dragon. She only laughed as Brontes began a "mock lecture" on her sarcasm. He knew she was being dead sarcastic and that she spoke fluent sarcasm. But then she had to supress a small giggle as he growled, obviously affected by the mention of the Water Dragon, Ticali as he found out her name was.

Ohhhh she said in an even more teasing tone through the link. You could see her wiggle her eyebrows and elbows a bit, you're playing the she's just a friend card. Well, you knew her favorite fish, her favorite flowers , her favorite place to sleep,a and almost everthing that one would describe as intimate about her like her secrets and such. And you still say she was just a friend and not a crush? she then put on a fake face of hurt saying , you think I would forget your weeping , you being sulking in the lake , not wanting to go swimming or flying. You nearly gave me a heart attack, not to mention you almost got me in trouble with the school because of your mopiness. And she said this again to tease him, not to make him feel bad. However, one would be able to discearn she had been deeply concearned for him during this time and higly attentive.

The female snickered at Brontes little growl of mock annoyance. Your so cute when you're flustered she said through the mindlink a mischevious grin on her face. She then had to supress a fit of laughter as he played dead. " Oh no, he's dead- does this mean i get a new dragon? " she said outloud tapping her chin while side-eyeing him deviously.

And she gave a fake gasp of horror when he "woke up". "He's alive!" she whisper-shouted. Then she perked her ears at the mention of him wanting to refill. They were under strict orders to not make an appearance until the newbies had completed their First Ride. It's gonna be a while before we can refill, we'll at least have to wait until the newbies beign with their horrible flight off the grounds. And she stepped forward to peer from their little area, and using the tree as a mount tried to get a good view. Hmm, it looks like some dragons are beginning to find their Riders. Hopefully it won't take too long for the dragons to collect their Riders and they begin to fly.

And then she hopped back down, and plopped next her dragon who was talking about their entrance. And she nodded in agreement. It must be an extravogent entrance, and we definetly will show off our skill and bond. And she smiled at the thought of that. Her face scrunched up as she felt a puff of his mist slightly dampen it, and she rolled her eyes in mock annoyance saying , Duh it's always the tree's fault. And her face held a skeptical look as he mentioned himself being a "god". You ? A god ? she mused , no wonder you have such a big ego. Might need to work on that buddy, and she gave a small cackle through the link.

Squishy Augustus, Squishy Agustus she chanted through the link. I wonder if Ticali and him ever made it decently as Riders. And she shrugged the though off as her dragon spoke out loud about how riders and dragons should handle each other and she nodded mostly in agreement. She shook her head amused at the mention of "spicy rides" and throwing their rider off.

She wasn't comfortable just lying on the grass, and she found herself gently lifting Brontes small wing and hiding herself within the space their. Becase she was of smaller stature she could do that, and it was a quite cozy spot and a good hiding one as well. I mean who would approach a territorial Water Dragon all by itself and not get their faces boiled off? From her little spot she rested her head on where his thigh was. The darkness under it was also another bonus.

No eating children Brontes , she said through the link scowling at him from her little spot.

Troy Droit
Male | 18 | Rider
Mentions: Mircea, Aeolus
Indirectly: Everyone in the group, some other dragons

Troy chuckled as Mircea gave him a reply. When he stuck his tongue out at Troy, he smiled brighter before shaking his head. "When I arrive, it's finally a party," he said, giving a playful wink. "Plus, I just make everything better, couldn't you tell?" He added before scoffing. "You're right to be considered weird for swooning over a dragon of all things."

Troy huffed as he then watched Mircea and Julien discuss the other dragons, and he would become lost in his own thoughts before something felt slightly off. Not off in a bad way though - in a good, unexpected sort of way. He huffed, trying to put his finger on it, but he couldn't. It was odd, and yet his curiosity peeked.

Above was a shadow that would allow Troy to look up, seeing what appeared to be an Air Dragon. He felt attracted to the dragon, and without a doubt, felt as if they were connected. He watched as the dragon observed from above, looking at the other riders before he would look a Troy. Troy winced slightly, feeling as though the link had been made. This dragon was his, and this was his lucky day. A day he would tell to his children... if he had any, that was.

Troy immediately felt comfort around this dragon as he gently pushed the others away. "Oh shit," he said, his eyes slightly widening in astonishment and awe. He looked up at the Air Dragon, taking his appearance, and how elegant a dragon such as him looked up close. Troy chuckled out of excitement and slight nervousness before he would hear the dragon's deep voice in his head.

The connection was something of telepathic, and Troy couldn't be more excited and interested in however this was working. He wouldn't be surprised if nobody knew exactly how this bond thing worked, but either way, Troy was for sure intrigued by not only what was happening to him, but his new companion for life. This bond would never be broken, like a marriage in the way - till death do them apart. Troy chuckled at the thought. Troy was 'married' to a dragon.

Troy smiled as the dragon talked to him through the link. He nodded, trying to get a glimpse at the others as if to say 'Look at how awesome I am, I'm literally talking to my dragon with my mind,' but he couldn't see them at all as Aeolus blocked his view from them. Which was fine, cause to be fair, this was all he wanted to focus on right now.

Troy's gaze landed back on the dragon in front of him. Troy. Troy is my name, Mr. Aeolus. He smiled at the mention of gifts, seeing Aeolus motion the necklace of fangs on his sharp, long claws that Troy would carefully take and put around his own neck, slipping it over his head. Thank you, he would add before laughing audibly. Who do think I am? Some bitch? Yes, I love heights, and yes, I thrive off of adrenaline, Troy replied excitedly through the mind link.

What. A. Day.

Agneya | Fire Dragon | Female | Mentions: Kianna

The female dragon was quite pleased with who her rider was. She seemed to be quite...how do you say...quirky? The young female was absolutely adorable in her eyes, and if anyone said otherwise she'd send them flying off a cliff. She felt satisfaction as her human began to examine how she looked. Yes, now this was how it was supposed to be. Her human adoring her and not some other dragon she just saw even if he seemed to be a nice looking male. She then watched the girl curiously look at the oranges in wonder.

And then she heard her voice through the link. It was music to her ears. Kianna was her name. What a pretty name, the young draconia spoke through the link , does it have any symbolic meaning among you humans? Like my name means Born Of Fire or Gifted With Fire. My mother liked to give us quite ironic names. And she gave a small chuckle through the link. Going to another human? No, you are my human Kia. And she paused for a second grimacing her her pronunciation of her name. No, I'm not calling you that, others call you that. As your dragon, I must have a unique name for you. I'll just call you Ann or Anna.

A small rumble of approval came from her chest. You could see the scarlet scales on her chest light up a bit due to the fire within her. If I'm being honest, I was quite jealous with the way you were gawking at that Air Dragon. And then the fact he was in my way of seeing you. A slight hiss of dissproval could be heard as she glared in the general direction of the dragon, but sighed and let the feeling go. Turning her head back towards Kia she spoke telapathically, I am territorial as you may see. You as my rider are my territory. I also didn't want to risk the factor of another dragon being around when we were bonding. Because I know if I was interrupted, it wasn't going to be a a pretty sight.

And she could feel a happiness rise within her chest as her human said she was pleased to meet her. She then watched Kia begin to eat the orange. She didn't peel it like most humans, she had observed do but insead...ate the peel as well? Well orange peels were good for health..the female thought to herself. But then again she was curious, You eat the peel? a midly concearned expression on her face.

Nirmala
Water Dragon | Female | Mentions: Julien, Mircea

The water dragon took a few steps away from her companion, gaze drifting across the crowd, searching for something to signify the bond. It was tugging her in a certain direction, definitely, but she wanted an idea of who her rider was before she was simply upon them. She wanted an idea of what she was dealing with. She wanted to know what the bond snapping into place would feel like.

How would she tell who her human was? Would she just know? Would seeing them be enough for her to tell who it was? Would she have to talk to them? Would she have to be within a certain distance?

The water dragon moved to sit up on her hind legs, forelegs hanging somewhat limply on her chest and stomach, surveying her surroundings. She felt an odd little feeling to the side of her, something drawing her attention, wanting her gaze to move and track something moving through the crowd.

Her eyes locked onto two humans, slowly approaching her.

One of them, she felt indifferent with. The other, the first one to kneel somewhat nearby, was one that she was interested in. The interesting one, the one that had knelt first, called out to her, and she angled her head to be directly looking at the pair, showing them that they had her full attention. Something in her pulled her to go closer, to approach, to touch one of the humans.

With almost lazy grace, Nirmala dropped back onto all fours, swinging her spiked tail in a small arc behind her, almost out of second nature, just to make sure nothing was behind her.

Her face pulled into a snarl as she came closer, eyes narrowing, sharpening, towards the creature that she was indifferent towards. A low, bubbling hiss came from the back of her throat, and she was tempted to simply snatch the first one she had noticed away from the other.

Instead, she merely moved her leg to shove it between them, careful not to jostle the human she liked, her human, but not caring whether or not she pushed the other over. In the same moment, she swung her head around to look down at the one she felt a connection with, snarl dropping and noise ceasing.

You. She said through the bond that snapped into place with her will. Are mine.

Orva
Light Dragon || Feminine || Mentions: Nirmala, Sindri, Sezyryn, Asmodeus
Indirectly Mentions: None

"Good luck to you as well, Nirmala."

While the other dragons began to seek their humans, Orva simply stood in the middle of the valley.

She was meant to be a wise and intelligent creature, yet she didn't feel very smart at the moment. How was she meant to find her person among everyone? She wasn't worried, simply unsure, but Orva was a patient thing. If she had to pick through each individual to find her rider, she would.

Her long tail swung behind her, waving around before coming to a rest at her side. She had caught the compliment from Aeolus, offering him a warm smile before he scurried off. She would speak with him later, besides, that was, it seemed, not the only interaction Orva had. The earlier fire dragon had been staring at herself and Nirmala, his gaze far from welcoming. The light dragon thought nothing of it, especially not when he suddenly spoke. She picked up rudeness, mockery, and displeasure in his tone and words, but Orva never did encourage that form of behaviour. It was expected from a fire dragon. So, when he spoke, Orva simply offered a serene expression. "I enjoyed your entrance," was all she said, giving him a compliment before turning away, not truly bothered by his words.

Perhaps she'd wait just a little bit longer to find her human, she was, after all, curious about the other dragons as well.

Her eyes had briefly skimmed the crowd, settling upon Nirmala, who had begun searching. After, they rested upon the sky, where a roar that drew even her attention was sounded. She thought nothing of it, until small droplets of frozen water fell from the clouds. The sound of them hitting her scales satisfied the light dragon, the brightness between her scales lighting up into a soft glow out of content.

When the frozen rain halted, so did her light, but not her fascination.
From the skies fell an air dragon, who had landed as effortlessly as he entered. Her eyes were drawn to him and his frozen rain. She liked how it bounced off of her scales and made small noises. And she especially liked how they sparkled when the light reflected off of them. So, rather than finding her human immediately, she found herself towering over the air dragon, her shadows casting over him.

"Do it again."

Orva's tone wasn't demanding, but more soft spoken, as if requesting it. She wanted to hear and see the frozen rain sparkle and tap against her. They looked like diamonds. Small, tiny diamonds. She knew that she should have waited before conversing, but she couldn't contain her excitement. It was clear with how amused she appeared, her eyes widened with interest. Not only from conversing with the air dragon, but because she had suddenly felt the pull grow stronger.

Her human was near, or so she felt. Breaking eye contact with the air dragon, she turned to the humans, glancing and studying each one in the vicinity until the pull felt particularly strong when she espied a boy with light hair and a warm aura. He wasn't short, though stood below six feet in height, and he had a rugged look. However, Orva didn't care much for appearances. It was his kindness that she sensed all at once.

Her gift for him tightened around her tail, and she suddenly crept forwards. Orva moved in an odd manner, her neck slithering and weaving around the air while her body walked forwards. She stood before the crowd of humans before, quite literally, shoving past them at a rapid speed, her feet nearly crushing some in the process.

All at once, she halted.

A deep growl formed within her throat, her eyes staring at her human. Her neck weaved around the air slowly as if it were dancing before she opened her mouth. It was quite a menacing sight, and if one didn't know better, they may think that she was about to eat him. Teeth being exposed, Orva stared at her human with adoration before she glanced to the side, seeing the looks of horrified people staring back at her.

Confused, she turned to her human. Is this not how your kind smiles? Her lips closed over her teeth, her mouth no longer in a "smile" when looking at him, but she wasn't offended. No, she had found her human! And the bond had fallen in place! You. She began, You are my human, and I have a gift for you. Without a further word, her tail had whipped forwards, shoving the crystal and pressing it against her humans chest.

Don't just stand there, boy, tell me your name.

Tyrus Rafferty
Male || Rider || Mentions: Mircea, Alexa, Julien, Troy
Indirectly Mentions: Dragons

“Don’t even joke about that.” Tyrus hissed between clenched teeth.

A dragon drop him off a cliff? He would never allow himself to get into that situation. “First of all, I wouldn’t let those beastly things near me, second, you’re an asshole, Mircea.” He grew rather serious for a moment, using his friend’s first name. He had but a few fears and disliked any being teased about. They made him feel inferior and weak, especially his one associated with dragons. So, when Mircea complained about his slaps leaving a bruise, Tyrus hit him once more on purpose. Call it vengeance.

“I hope that one leaves a mark then.” Then, out of pure spite, he slapped his arm again. “And I hope that one does as well.” Another pause before a series of slaps was heard. “And I hope that leaves a mark, and that one, and that one.” Slap. “And that one.” Slap. “And this one, and..” Even when released, Tyrus continued slapping Mircea. They were small taps moreso than actual, physical snacks, and while they didn’t hurt, they were annoying.

“If I ever try to run you’ll knock me down?” Repeating what Mirceas said, a grin formed upon his own face. “I doubt you’d even be able to catch me. Better increase that time you spend working out,” he shrugged before he himself grew quieter, a soft sigh escaping his lips. While conversing with Mircea for the most part was frustrating, it was a good distraction from why everyone was actually here. The dragons. Besides, while his relationship with Mir was a confusing one, Tyrus wouldn't trade it for anything. The man was like a brother to him, and Mircea knew it.

Crossing his arms, Tyrus stared at his friends. “Not you too, Julien.” Pah, what people did he hang around with? They were all so infatuated with dragons, it was unbelievable! Preparing to say something witty or spitball a tease, he was forced to shut his mouth when Mircea’s eyes seemed to light up with fascination. Following them, his expression, once playful, turned into one full of horror and fear.

A dragon. Not just one, but several. Emerging. Crawling out from the darkness. A fire dragon, a light, a water, and- Gah! How many were there? While the audience gasped with amusement, Tyrus found himself nearly paralyzed, and soon, hiding behind Alexa, Julien, and Mircea. Of course, he sauntered behind them in a casual manner, not wanting to draw attention to himself.

In the short while the dragons had emerged, his face had grown an odd shade of white, most likely from a short scream he had let out when the first dragon emerged. Tyrus wasn’t a religious man, but suddenly he found himself praying to a random deity as the dragons began to choose their riders. “Can we leave?” He asked Mircea, Alexa, Julien, anyone. Even Troy, who had sauntered up to them within moments. “Do you mind standing here?” He asked, pointing near Mircea. Tyrus was in the process of building a wall to shield himself against the dragons. A human one, that is.

Then, the sky released frozen rain. While everybody was mesmerized, Tyrus was hopping around brushing off any that landed on him, cursing and running around while a look of horror and disgust twisted on his face. It was as if it were raining bugs, only Tyrus would have much preferred that and-

"Why are you near it?! They're dangerous!" He hissed at Julien and Mircea, who wished to get a closer look at the water dragon. "Troy," he began, preparing to rant, only to pause, turning to see an air dragon right there. Tyrus simply stood, staring at the dragon up close before inching back, holding back from screaming bloody murder.

"Mir- Mircea!" He stuttered, releasing a stifled yelp as he began to speed walk towards his friend before pausing. The water dragon was staring at him and Julien. If he moved forwards, a water dragon was there. If he moved back, an air dragon was there, maybe he could-

Pausing, Tyrus saw the form of the light dragon blocking another side, while a fourth dragon, a fire one, blocked the last possible route for him to take. Surrounded by dragons, Tyrus, now pale and shaking, chose not to run, but rather lowered himself onto the ground in an unsteady manner and sat, mumbling prayers and nonsense under his breath while closing his eyes.

Brontes

Male || Water Dragon || M: Persephone

The water dragon let out an audible growl, of course Ticali had been a friend! It’s not like their relationship went anywhere….clearing his throat, Brontes poked Perse in the back with his tail. Knock off that eyebrow wiggling your freaking me out-. Was all he could come up with, he huffed in mock annoyance and turned away from her as she began to describe how she was the exact opposite of a friend.

I only knew that because Agustus would always boast about knowing his dragon better than any of the other riders knew theirs. I needed to show that rat face up somehow. Though it wasn’t that it was hard, he almost made it easy with his attitude and lack of actual knowledge of dragons. And hey! I was sad because my favorite...fish was not available as a dinner option! You know I have a bad digestive..er...systems? Brontes knew his defense sounded weak, but he would never give into Persephone’s teasing, he just wouldn’t allow her the satisfaction of it. He would never be able to live it down. It is true, he had nearly gotten the Academy's attention with his little depressive stage, the rejection had stung, but that was now long ago, it shouldn’t matter. Outwardly he gave a bit of a scowl and rested his head on the ground.

He wasent paying attention to his rider until Persephone called him cute- He couldn’t stand for this! He was supposed to be a scary water dragon for Pete's sake! Oh I’m cute? How about the little 5 foot tall shrimp sitting next to me that hardly comes up to me kneecaps? I hate to break it to you, but you're the cute one, I’m your fearless and ruggedly handsome protector that could easily blast you with my boiling water. Not so cute now, eh? An offended look came over his face when she mentioned getting another dragon. No, you don’t get a new dragon, he said. Hardly any other dragon can tolerate you, let alone be bonded with you- Besides, would you really want to replace me so quickly? He asked sweetly.

As he came back from the dead he heard her gasp ‘he’s alive!’.

“Of course I’m alive! You really think I would go out that easily? Freshwater Perse, it will take more than that to keep me in the grave. And we seriously have to wait that long?” The water dragon grumbled and watched his rider climb back into her tree to get a better look at the riders. “Good, I hope the rest hurry up, I don’t wanna sit up here all day,” he grumbled, quickly using their link again. Don't get too close, I might push you out of the tree and you would have to meet the new recruits before their first ride. Brontes snickered, inching towards her and wrapping his tail around her ankles.

He allowed her some freedom to hope down off of the tree and stood up. “Our entrance will definitely outdo all the other dragons. I’ll even blast trees and show off my sTrEngth,” The water dragon was eager to flex his skills, and he quickly turned towards a tree. He aimed, and fired a quick, short blast of boiling water at it, the tree was smashed and burst into small splinters that now littered the ground. “How’s that??” He asked.

Brontes dropped his mouth open in more of a “shocked” position, at the mention of his ego. Hey, it takes one to know one. Maybe that’s what you’ve been keeping in that big head of yours. A bigger ego. The dragon nearly cringed at his own burn, it was less smooth than he would have liked, but whatever. Squishy Agustus made him almost shiver, boy would he have liked to crush him himself.

Brontes was just starting to relax again, and sat back down in his spot again when he felt something grab his wing. He almost instinctively jabbed whatever it was but then he stopped himself, “Persephone, what do you think you're doing young lady?” He asked, turning his head so that he could peer under his wing. The water dragon grumbled something inaudible, most likely about personal space, but didn’t move her. I’ll only eat the children if they make me. He assured her.

Julien Devereux
Male | Dragon Rider | Mentions: Mircea, Nirmala

"Peaceful lagoon," was Julien's immediate answer to his friend's question as he crouched near the dragon. He glanced at Mircea and nodded gently, confident in his answer and the reasoning behind it. For some reason, he could just picture her floating on her back, enjoying a peaceful day as the waves washed around her. It just made sense.

His eyes shifted from Mircea, though he snorted at his comment about not letting him get eaten, at least not alone. However, the snort got caught in his throat when the water dragon turned her attention on them and he found himself staring again.

Jules found himself standing still as the water dragon neared, her breathing came quietly, though he found himself at times not inhaling. She was getting closer. Why was she getting closer? Oh god, was he going to die? Well, if there was a way to go, this was it.

He closed his eyes when she snarled, and prepared to meet his end. But then the growl ceased, silence coming to fall for a short few moments between them. Slowly he opened his eyes, meeting the encapturing ones of the water dragon and he exhaled sharply.

When she spoke inside his mind Julien felt a mixture of emotions. On one hand, he wanted to jump up and down like a kid in glee, pronouncing to the world the HE was a dragon rider. Fear was next, because, truthfully, who wouldn't be terrified. But ultimately, he was just happy, thrilled even, to be chosen by a water dragon of such beauty.

He turned his attention to Mircea and offered him a sly, happy grin, "I don't think I need to worry about getting eaten.. but.. uh.. you do." He turned his eyes back to the dragon, and he slowly offered out his hand, an apologetic look on his features. He had nothing to offer her, except one of the flowers his mother had in her pond.

It was a water lily, pretty and striking in it's own way, and contrasted with the blues of the water dragon before him. It was what he called a "sunset lily" because it's outer leaves started off as a pretty coral color, before transitioning to a bright gold color in the center.

"Please don't eat my friend. He's not very bright, but he's my best friend," Julien offered the dragon a sheepish smile, blush coating his cheeks. He could only hope the dragon, his dragon, would spare his friend.

Mircea Cryolar | Male | Dragon Rider | Mentions: Troy, Julien, & Nirmala

The young male had to contain his excitement as the Water Dragon looked in their direction. He was captivated by her beauty, and he didn't care if he died just for looking at her. However, he began to grin slowly as the dragon began coming towards them. Was one of them bonded to her? Surely it was Julien, he deserved such a beautiful creature. And then he noticed the female came barreling towards them, a clear disdain in her eyes for him. Oh shit, he cursed mentally.

On the surface he looked calm, but he was slightly panicking inwardly. He was preparing himself to move, because he knew how territorial water dragons were, but he was too slow. He felt himself being shoved out the way. Yep, definetly not his dragon. He groaned a bit as he got up nearly stumbling, that hurt like hell. He gave a sharp glare at her sort of hissing sound. This dragon- he inwardly hissed agitated. He ignored her and gave Julien rare beaming smile.

"You did it Jules." a rare softness in his voice, "looks like you found your dragon before me. I'm sure she'll be amazing for you. I am so happy for you and I hope you achieve your dreams." and he gave a short chuckle. He knew Julien would just be completely geeking out about this.

Mircea crossed his arms and stood back a bit to ease the female's territorialness. They seemed to have already formed the bond between them, and he felt sort of rude for interrupting it. However, he didn't give a damn. Julien was his friend before Miss-Boil-Your-Face-Off came along. He gave her a look before he said.

"I know I'm not your human, Miss Dragon, but I wanna say that that kid right there, Julien Devereux is the best person you could get for a Rider. He's extremely passionate about it, and I can imagine he's had this dream since he could walk. I'm not one to be senemential or sappy, but you just made his dream come true, and I thank you for that." he then turned a bit serious, " he's a bit of a clumsy guy , blind as a bat without his glasses, and he gets a bit sick at times..." and then he realized he may have been embarrasing Julien and he grew flustered a bit. Goddamn it, why were emotions so hard. Shaking his head he said, " What I'm trying to say is : he's one of my best friends and I know he's going to treat you like a Queen. So I can only hope you treat him like the treasure he is. Don't hurt him. " he didn't care that he was threatening a dragon.

He had been there silently beside Julien's side in class, he ignored the extroverted male at first. Not caring for small talk, but soon they bonded over their love of dragons and he found himself sharing his notes he took for his Aunt's studies and reasearch. The he found himself growing fond of the lad until they became good friends, and he was not about to let some dragon push him away from Julien like he was insignificant. The young male gave one last look at Julien and gave him a thumbs up before he left, he was confident those two would get along, and he didn't want to interrupt for any longer.

Mircea wasn't one for speeches or of many words. Yet, he felt Julien deserved it. And as Mircea walked away he felt a sort of pang in his chest, was it jealousy? He didn't like being taken away from his friend or being kicked by a dragon just for breathing around him. He hoped she could tolerate him more, because she would be seeing more of him whether she liked it or not. He hoped that she enjoyed his gift for her, and he could only think about the gift he had. It was an old assortment of rings for dragon horns. They had belonged to his great-grandfather's dragon, his grandfather's dragon, and then his father's dragon. It was sort of a family heirloom.

He sighed deeply before he heard the panicked call of Tyrus. he then looked to see his friend who seemed to be praying? He frowned at this and walked towards him, and using his arm stood him up.

"Come on Rus. You're better than this." Mircea said, giving him a questioning glance, " I know dragons make you unsteady, but I think you'll change your mind once you get your dragon. Maybe, Maybe not. You're stubborn as hell. Come on, lets find a more quiet place, I don't want to kicked again." and he groaned at the fresh memory of the Water Dragon's kick.
