Ever since the fire everything terrified him, it was just a switch that flipped and he couldn't shut it off, he had no control. Every quality of his bravery was wiped from him, he had no idea how to get it back. Oh, she had just asked for his name. He noticed the annoyance coming from his, he wasn't sure why she was annoyed. He was just scared, he didn't want to be, but was. "Ale-Alexan-... O-or just Le-Lex." He stammered, watching her pace back and forth in front of him. He was still scared of this girl, she had powers like him... but she could control them so easily. He didn't even know if he had another power besides his... dangerous "death touch" as he called it. |

Ibex Team | NPC | 32 Humans (20 Males 12 Females) Mentions: Cybul and Alexander "Now." The helicopter on the right hovered over two experiments. "We have located 2 experiments. Ex-12.3-A2 (Cybul) and EX-42.4-B5 (Alexander). We are going in now." A woman, tall, dark-skinned spoke into the radio. She was about 6'2 and weighs around 150 pounds, lean yet strong and muscular. Ropes were thrown out of the sides, 10 men and women started sliding down them all equipped with a large net, and some sort of guns. The ropes were visible, and so were the people coming out of the helicopter, but they were quick and vigilant. One, on the 3rd rope, aimed a rifle at Cybul, and pulled the trigger. A lime-green feathered dart blasted at the girl, but it missed by an inch, skidding past her back, it landed on a rock and bounced off.
Mentions: Jacqueline and Lilypad The helicopter on the left was hovering a group of three, "We have located Rx-63.3-N6 ( Jacqueline) and Ts-2.3-J2 (Lilypad). Heading down, now." The same as the other, 4 ropes were sent down and 10 humans came spewing out of the sky onto the ropes. All visible, all armed. Three aimed their rifles, pulling the trigger. One dart slashed at the wall between the two experiments, and the other two darts just missed their feet barely. 5 men were already on the ground, aiming their firearms at them. Mentions: Nyx, Dakota, Night The last helicopter in the middle hovered over the warehouse, but the team was already on top of the building and scurrying down the stairs. "Ewk-23.2-Q1, Ewk-23.3-Q2, and Oi-42.1-T9 have been located in the building, the team is nearly on top of them as we speak." Another man spoke into his radio, he and his team flying down the stairs like madmen running from hell. |

Lilypad quickly ate his meal, pushing his empty plate to the side, and quietly takes a sip of his drink. When everything was gone, the man leans back. Reaching his hands into his pockets to pull out his wallet, taking out the right amount of cash, and places it onto the table. "Is...this food not good?" He arched a brow, shaking his head, and smirks. "It's good, but Arlin's food is better." Lilypad is used to eating fast food, before he voluntarily went into the lab, he used to get fast food all the time.
As the waitress returns, he gave her the cash and shakes his head when she asked if he wants the receipt. "Alright, we can start heading back now." Lilypad stood up, shoving his wallet back into his pockets, and gave Jacqueline a bright smile. It was until a couple of soldiers dropped down from the sky, aiming their firearms directly at them. A sigh left his lips, placing both hands on his hips as he shakes his head. "I did hope that we can settle this like mature adults, but since you aimed your firearms at me," he brings his hands to his hair and grabs onto his bun before taking it down, "Guess I have no choice back to fight back." Placing the hair tie down onto the ground, his hair now free from the bun. "Leonas, we need you to come quickly and quietly. Unless you want blood to be spilled," one of the soldiers' retorts, and Lilypad just gave them a rather sinister look, anger dancing in his eyes. "What the Hell did you just call me, worm?" Now, he was pissed and his eyes begin to glow as he starts using his powers. "Come quickly or els-" The same guard was cut off when his head exploded for no reason, Lilypad huffs in disgust. "I'm been trying to have a peaceful time with my darling sister here, but now you guys ruined it."

Alexander sounds like a-" Cybul abruptly stopped in her tracks, both moving and speaking, when she felt something shoot by her back. She whipped her head around to see a lime green dart land on a rock and bounce lamely to the side. "Wha- oh, holy shit!" She jumped back, ramming into Lex and knocking them both over as she saw ten muscular people wearing uniforms , all armed with guns and nets, swiftly descend down from the sky using various ropes. She scrambled to stand back up, paniking to blend with her surroundings as fast as possible that she began violently switching to random colors and patterns, making her even more exposed. A second and third dart were fired at her, one missing her compeltely and another she barely dodged as she felt it brush her ear. She bolted, taking advantage of the high ammounts of adrenaline and caffine currently pumping through her system. Wait, what about Lex? She asked herself, faultering slightly. He might be too shocked to move. She pulled at him with her telekinesis, hoping that would be enough to jumpstart him before picking up speed again. |

Jacqueline (Goes by Jac) O'Conner | Female | 17.5 | Hetero | Mentions: Lilypad and the agents. Jac smiled at him. He gave the woman some money, then scooted his chair out and got up. She did the same, but first reached down to grab Sharkey. She meowed at Jac, seeming happy. Jac grinned at the small animal who was now purring in her arms. She followed Lp closely, trying not to let her limp be very visable. He covered the ground much quicker than she did, her smaller legs struggeling to cover the same ground his did. Suddely people landed around her. They had guns pointed at them. She moved closer to Lp, terrified. She knew these people must have been from the lab, which terrified her. She didn't totally take in what they said, exept one word. Leonas. She could feel Lp tense at the name, and shout to leave them alone. That was his name wasn't it. Why else would they call it? She was distracting herself from the fear at hand. It was a skill she had devolped from the fire. A sence of undying peace in moments of complete terror. She watched in horror as one of the gaurds, who was trying to get them to go with them, head exploded. She knew it must be Leon's power. Finally, not a lame name. What he heck was with Lilypad anyway? She narrowed her eyes as something wizzed past her head. A dart, they're going to try to tranq us! She grabbed Leon's hand, desprately trying to pull him away from the guys and to a shaded spot. If I make it to the shadows I can make us dissapear. She thought, ignoring all of the people behind her as she turned her back to them. She knew she could attempt to make a void, but tht was her last resort, it often got out of hand becuase of her lack of control. Her thoughts were of Leon, that he would be safe, but more for the cat she held in her arms. She couldn't bear if anything happened to her precious pet, another reason she shown her back to the guys with guns. (Now to work on Lex) |

Lex watched as the girl spotted some people. Not jsut any people, people with guns and nets. They were going to try to take them. He froze, not able to do anything. Cybul rammed into him, both of them went tumbeling to the ground and up against the wall again. She quickly got up, changing colors as she bolted away. He was just frozen, terrified. He felt something pulling on him. Cybul, why is she trying to help me? He wondered vaugly. He listened, getting up and running, even though everything in him wanted to jsut stay frozen. He ran straight out into the street. A car missed him by inches, he could feel the air of it go past his leg. He didn't stop running, just kept on. He tripped on the curb, falling face first. Wait no, not on the curb, it was something that had wrapped around his legs. He had been roped by the people from the old lab. (Sorry kind of short, dinner really fast.) |

Nyx was walking through the halls, when she heard footsteps above, rapid, loud, and quick footsteps. She heard shouting from outside, and she thought she heard a click of a gun. "Oh no." Her body trembled and her arms quaked. She looked for Dakota, but she was out of sight. 'There here. Ibex has found us." The young woman looked at Night, with worry. She then took everything in, closed her eyes, her breathing slowed, her body relaxed. She started to feel as if she had been sleeping forever, noises were faint, the trembling had stopped. And for a moment it was peaceful, then it all snapped back and her eyes snapped open. She looked straight up, using her X-Ray Vision, she could see through the metal, wood, and the junk. 10 men, practically running down the stairs. They were armed, dangerous, and obviously skilled. She couldn't fight them, without being caught of course. Her heart raced, and her fists curled, her gaze fell from the ceiling to straight in front of her. Dakota. "It's time to go." Leonas was pretty pissed off still, he was about to go for another kill until Jac reached for his hand. Feeling her soft hands in his, he seemed to calm down at just her touch, and she sighs. He stares down at their connected hands, his gaze softening, and he stares back at the soldiers. Noticing one of them close to pulling the trigger, aiming at Jac and he quickly moves to block whatever it was from hitting her. Using his aura manipulation, quickly draining the person's lifeforce. Watching them fall onto the ground dead, while Leonas was distracted with the soldier he just killed to the point he didn't notice that another fired from a different gun.
The tranq dart hits him in the shoulder, and he groans in annoyance and yanks it out without thinking. Leonas angrily tossed the tranq onto the ground, whipping around quickly, and scoops Jac up in his arms bridal style while she was still holding the cat. "Jac I'll bring us somewhere a lot safer than this," he starts to run deep in the alley and hears footsteps following after them as he started running, "Whatever power you have, best use it now." Leonas looks over his shoulder, still pissed off that they ruined the moment. "Listen to me closely, Jac." His voice was low so the guards don't hear this, "There is an abandoned warehouse not far from him."
"I'm going to run past it so you can get familiar with the area," he stares down at her and offers her a soft smile, "Use whatever vortex power you have. Don't worry about getting shot, I'm not afraid to block it with my body." Leonas says, looking up from her and stares straight ahead of them. He glances to the left towards a rundown building, wincing as they fired any tranq shot. "That's the place right there."Leonas kept running, staring down at her with a grin. "Think you can handle that?"

Lada nods her head, "Indeed they are. From what I've learned and personally discovered it," she crossed her arms tight around herself, "They're in this same city as the both of you. Their exact location is unknown as some of them are experts at hiding." She reaches into her back pockets, pulling out a couple of photos that contains the images of all the experiments that survived the fire. "This is what they look like and best if you go look for them when the heat dies down a little as soldiers are roaming the city to capture all of the missing experiments."
"I understand your friend's mistrust of me, as I would've acted the same with my enemy." She leans forward a bit, leaning closely towards Hollow as he stares deep into his eyes. "Now, it's best if we don't discuss this again. I don't want to put you and your friend in danger, and I don't want to get punished by Ibex." She starts walking away, waving goodbye to Hollow. "Farewell, Hollow." She kept on walking until she was away from the park, heading back to her car, and sits back down in the driver's seat.
