What do mentions mean?

How is direct speech between characters acted out.

it's the mainland, just secluded.

mentions is where you put which characters were interaced with or talked to in the post so people know who's included in it.

direct speech? I just figure it out as I go along so I can't really define that one

supernatural creatures within reason. I may be biased, but krakens seem better than pretty pink unicorns in this setting XD
