I'm thinking about making a female character as well. What positions do we still need?

I've got a long paragraph of info about positions and I'll enter what I can before school.

Striker- a bit like a hunter when on land, otherwise they do all the fishing

Boatswain- ties down the boat when docked, manages the anchors, a small officer.

And some can have multiple that we already have.

(I left out powder monkey and cabin boy for obvious reasons of having younger children for it. although, you just have to be hyper to be a cabin boy. so- Jack, about that... XD)
