This is a revamp of the original ~ The Awakening ~ that I created. It will start off just like before, however, I am making this a small group RP rather than a large one as that didn't work out last time. There will only be so many slots available for players with unlimited characters for each player. As this is a revamp, those that were active in the original will have a slot first. If we have leftover slots available, then it will be invite with a RP example. This might change depending on the activity levels of players.

In a secluded valley, a formidable pack lives in blissful ignorance, enjoying a peaceful existence for many years. Though their numbers are few, their strength is undeniable. They have relied on their natural abilities and camaraderie to thrive in their harmonious sanctuary. Little do they know that the tranquility they cherish is about to be shattered. Unbeknownst to the pack, an impending threat looms on the horizon. A year ago, a mysterious burst of power surged through the valley, augmenting the pack's skills, senses, and physical prowess. It was a phenomenon they couldn't comprehend, but they adapted and learned to harness these newfound gifts. Now, as they stand on the cusp of another fateful event, the pack remains oblivious to the impending upheaval. They continue their daily routines, unaware of the imminent surge of unknown power that will reshape their lives once more. It is a day like any other, filled with the usual activities, hunts, and the echoes of their joyous howls resonating through the valley. As the sun sets on this seemingly ordinary day, an ethereal energy begins to crackle in the air. The pack members, consumed by their routines, are oblivious to the growing tension surrounding them. Suddenly, the valley is bathed in an otherworldly light, its brilliance casting long shadows across the landscape. One by one, the pack members are caught off guard, frozen in awe as the energy envelops them. Time seems to stand still as their bodies tremble and pulse with unimaginable power. With each passing moment, their very essence undergoes a transformation, unlocking one or two additional powers beyond their wildest imaginations.

Through trials and tribulations, you must learn the value of unity, trust, and self-control. You will navigate the treacherous path of harnessing your powers, finding solace in each other's strengths and providing support when weaknesses emerge. The journey becomes not only about survival but also about preserving the harmony of your cherished valley and protecting it from those who would abuse the gifts bestowed upon them. Your characters will shape the destiny of the pack, discovering whether they can transcend their individual struggles and find harmony within themselves and their newfound powers, or if the internal conflicts will consume them, leading to the downfall of the pack they hold dear.

Rules: - Follow Eve's rules. No Mary/Gary/Sues or godmodding. - This is a semi-relaxed RP so I only need at least 100+ words per post. With that said, no one-liners. Please have good grammar and spelling. - Post at least twice a week. I will give you three warnings to post. If you do not do so within 24 hours of the last warning, I have the right to get rid of your character. Put your favorite color in Other. - The original appearance should look like a wolf. The after appearance can look like whatever your heart desires. - Your wolf can have up to 2 enhanced abilities and 2 powers. - You must have permission with the owner in order to kill off another person's character. Please PM me as well. - I reserve the right to control the weather and day/night. - Hate the character, not the player. - No OP characters. And remember that your character is learning them an won't get it right off the bat. - I have the right to add to this whenever I think necessary. - I have the right to accept or deny your form. - As this is now a smaller group, everyone is only allowed 2 upper ranks. (Alphas, Betas, Leads, Herbalists) - Most important of all! Have fun! :)

I would also like to remind everyone that the day does not progress fast. This is due to interactions happening within so it might take a while for us to get through a day. (This could also mean it could take literal months to get to a week.)
I would also like to note that once all of the "max" slots are filled, they will reopen for more characters if wanted. ^-^ |

Setting:
The Valley of Whispering Pines is a picturesque landscape, bathed in the soft golden glow of summer. The valley is a serene sanctuary, enclosed by majestic mountains, their peaks stretching towards the clear blue sky. The days are filled with warm sunlight, casting dappled patterns through the dense canopy of towering pine trees that blanket the valley.
As you step into the valley, you find yourself immersed in a tapestry of vibrant colors. Meadows carpeted in wildflowers stretch out, their hues ranging from vibrant yellows and purples to delicate pinks and blues. Bees and butterflies flit from blossom to blossom, adding a touch of life and movement to the tranquil scene.
Nestled within this natural haven, the Ascendant Valley Pack has created their camp. The camp rests in a clearing, surrounded by a protective circle of tall pines, their needles whispering secrets with every gentle breeze. The ground is covered in a soft carpet of moss and pine needles, providing a comfortable resting place for the wolves.
The camp itself consists of several well-crafted dens, nestled against the base of towering trees. These dens are constructed from fallen branches, leaves, and other natural materials, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Each den is customized to suit the needs and preferences of the individual pack members.
In the center of the camp, there is a communal gathering area, marked by a wide, flat rock that serves as a meeting place. It is here that the pack gathers to share stories, make important decisions, and strengthen their bonds through social interaction. Nearby, a small, gurgling stream provides a source of fresh water for the pack.
As the sun sets over the valley, painting the sky in shades of orange and purple, the camp takes on a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The nights in the Valley of Whispering Pines are filled with a symphony of sounds. Crickets chirp in harmony, while owls hoot softly from their perches in the trees. The cool night air carries the sweet scent of pine and earth, wrapping the camp in a soothing embrace.

We will begin at the beginning of the day, the Ascendant Valley Pack waking up under a clear summer sky. The sun, radiant and full of warmth, has already begun its ascent, casting a soft golden light over the landscape. The air carries a gentle breeze that rustles through the leaves of the towering pine trees, creating a soothing melody.
The weather is comfortably warm, with the temperature gradually rising as the day progresses. The meadows glisten with morning dew, and the fragrance of wildflowers permeates the air. It's the perfect weather for the pack to explore their surroundings, engage in their daily routines, and bask in the tranquility of the valley.
The flash will come near sunhigh. That will give us enough time to engage in the regular routines and get to know the characters a bit more before the powers come in. |

His acute auditory sense enables him to detect approaching predators, hear the rustle of prey in the distance, and perceive the faintest of disturbances. Raven will gain the newfound ability of telekinesis, granting him the power to manipulate objects and exert force with his mind. Through focused concentration, he can move, lift, and manipulate physical objects without direct physical contact. With telekinesis, Raven can manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, ranging from small items to larger, more substantial objects. Raven's telekinesis extends beyond mere manipulation of objects. He can also use this power defensively, creating barriers or shields with his mind to deflect or block incoming attacks. Furthermore, he can enhance his physical abilities by using telekinesis to augment his movements, granting him enhanced agility, speed, and dexterity. However, this works only when his emotions are on edge so this will be a later learning experience. It's also important to note that Raven's telekinesis has limits. The size, weight, and complexity of objects he can manipulate are influenced by his focus, concentration, and the extent of his training. Additionally, the range at which he can exert his telekinetic influence may initially be limited, but with practice and experience, he can extend his reach. Shadow ManipulationRaven will also gain a unique ability to manipulate and control shadows, harnessing their mysterious and elusive nature. With this power of shadow manipulation, Raven gains the ability to command and shape shadows to his will.
Initially, Raven's control over shadows will be limited, and he may need to concentrate and focus to manipulate them effectively. However, as he hones his skills, his command over shadows becomes more refined and natural. He can bend, extend, and shape shadows, manipulating them into various forms and using them as tools or weapons. This will also pair with his emotion, for example: using the shadows to cloak himself if something scares him.
Raven can use shadows defensively, creating protective barriers or cloaking himself within them to blend into darkness and remain unseen. He can also utilize shadows offensively, manifesting them as tendrils or constructs to ensnare opponents, restrict their movements, or launch shadow-based attacks.
It's important to note that Raven's power over shadows is connected to the presence and availability of darkness. In brightly lit environments, his manipulation may be limited or weakened. However, in dimly lit or shadow-filled areas, his abilities are amplified, providing him with a greater range of control and influence.
