Iru tilted her head in confusion when he nudged a bag towards, though quickly putting it together. "Oh..thank you" she said, slightly surprised that he would have given it to her. She still clearly appreciated it though, it would make alot of things easier. Shoplifting could be risky afterall. Reaching out, she carefully took the bag, setting it by her paws. Planning on hiding it somewhere until she could have it traded into money.

She looked back towards him for moment as if to think. She wanted to give something in return. Suddenly getting to her paws, she lightly made her way around and dug out a bag from where she hid some of her stuff. It contained some foods. "Here...it's not much. But you should eat anyways, you lost quite a bit of blood" she said, dropping the bag nearby him before stepping back again.

It had been a while since she had met someone that kept to the old rituals. Not only because she chose to stick to herself, but because most seemed to have forgotten it. And the small gesture brought back memories from a more peaceful time..a time before the war and before humans started hunting shifters as they did now. She didn't know this shifter at all, but so far he had shown more kindness to her than anyone had for some time now.

She gave a small smile and carefully took a bite out of the food he had nudged towards her. Only now realizing she was hungry. When had she last eaten? Maybe somewhere early this morning. She had to take care with how much she ate so she wouldn't have to risk going out in search of food too often. There was more chance of getting caught if one pestered stores too much in too little time.

"I don't mean to rush you out, but your friend will probably be getting worried soon" she said after a moment. It was kind of nice to have a company, but she knew the worry that came with not knowing where someone is, specifically under these circumstances.

Iru flattened her ears in confusion when he suddenly seemed to speak to someone that was not there...And then there was someone. She instinctively moved back a bit, growing tense once more. Not yet connecting the dots. Still too confused to do so.

"Iruna.." she answered cautiously. "Who are you?" While she wasn't timid, she certainly was a bit nervous, but still tried not to be rude. They did seem to know eachother. And she knew shifters often had other abilities, but it was still a surprise to have someone appear out of thin air. And, as a fox, a tiger was a little bit intimidating. Even if she could take on the form herself if she wanted to.

They did seem to know eachother, and his appearance wasn't a surprise to Starfire, so that was atleast something to ease her tension. Though she remained wary. Much like she had been when Starfire had first woken up. She knew how to get out if she really had to.

Iru wasn't quite sure what to make of Night. Finding him odd and she couldn't decide what type of odd. "I've been there a few times, yes.." she answered when he asked if she had been on the outer rim. Never would have guessed she would be asked twice in the same day about being on the outer rim. She had once, what felt like very long ago, been there more often than she ever was now, but had started going to the inner room when she needed something. But she wouldn't be recognized easily by any shifters that might be on the inner rim either.

It was good to hear that the shifters were safe though. It would have been bad for anyone that got caught..or killed. She would like to say she couldn't imagine what any of it was like, but she had had near brush with hunters. A memory she would much rather keep buried even if she had gotten out alive.

The confusion returned when Night asked her a question and Starfire went on to explain some about how their system worked. She sat down, the equivalent of a frown forming on her features. "I've...been to one once" she answered reluctantly, "why?" It was a bit of a odd, random question and she wasn't sure what to expect the reason for it to be.

"I...I don't know" she said, knowing very well that she should just say know. Two complete strangers, one in specific that was even more a stranger than the first, was asking her to go to a place she absolutely hated to help thieve from the rich, not to mention she would much rather avoid getting herself in such risky situations...and somehow they made it sound maybe just a little bit fun.

The biggest issue was the memory that was attached to shifter fights, apart from her not knowing these two at all. Although, that had been many years ago, maybe she would be fine? That old hunger for adventure did lurk in her afterall, but she was reluctant to give in now that she was given an opportunity to it. "I don't know if I'd be good at it" a lame excuse...a lie too actually, she could pick pocket just fine if she had to.
