Amara gave a small smile when he mentioned possibly liking her mother as well. She looked down when he apologized for the loss of her mother before Amara shook her head. "You dont have anything to be sorry for. You werent the one who caused her to get sick" she said as she stood back up. Slowly she placed her hand on his cheek as she moved a bit closer to him. Her blue eyes were locked onto his as she lowered her hand to his shoulder and placed her head on his chest. After a short time she looked back up at him. "Ready" she asked, wondering if he was ready to go to his temporary room. She pushed back some of her hair that fell into her face before she smiled at him. She wasnt going to lie, she was glad that his room was going to be somewhat close to hers, along with Lorelei's. It would make it easier if either of them wanted to talk. ~~~~ Aro shook his head, not believing her. "My father NEVER would have had that idea" he said coldly. "He hates your filthy kingdom and never would have planned for Amara to marry your pathetic brother, nor would he have invited you! Enough lying to me!" He slammed his fist into a wall as he stood up. "You have no right to be in this kingdom nor my room! Get out before you get your ass thrown out!" His eyes were cold as they remained locked onto Lorelei. "I dont believe you or anyone from your pathetic kingdom. All you do is lie, weasle your way in and attack when you think everyone is weak." He wasnt ready to let his guard down near her, especially after what he thought, not hearing about anything such as Amara being planned on marrying Sebastian, but then again, being locked in his room he wouldnt hear about that. He wasnt about to believe her about anything without proof. "Unless you have proof of anything, I suggest you leave" he said. |

Seb knew what it felt like to lose someone. The only difference is that it wasn't a parent. It was both a sibling and someone that he loved, yet both were killed for no reason. The person who killed them was never caught either. He hates that the killer is out there and running around and possibly killing so many other people too. He just wishes he was there for the both of them because he has a feeling an assassination or whatever it was wouldn't have been attempted on their lives if he was there. He has always blamed himself for what happened to them and he still does to this day even though it was seven years ago. All of that was also around the time that Lorelei was taken. That only added to the anger, pain, and uncontrollable actions he did as he thought she was dead too. With all of that, that is how all the rumors about him popped up. "It doesn't matter. I still like to give my condolences as I know how it feels to lose someone close to you." He said with a sad smile, a few flashbacks about the events flashing before his eyes. He took a sharp breath in and shook his head of those thoughts. When she placed her hand on his cheek and then his shoulder before resting her head on his chest, he chuckled slightly. "Oh, look at that, the shy princess is being rather bold with affection." He teased her, knowing it will only result in a blush appearing on her cheeks. He leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to her cheek. "Only teasing, darling." He grabbed her hand and let her lead him to the room that he will be staying in. As much as he would rather stay in the same room as Lorelei since they are in a different setting and still like to keep a close on her after everything, he needs to know she will be fine. He glanced down at Amara, knowing it would be too early for them to sleep in the same bed together. He would ask such a thing from her just yet until the wedding night anyways unless she asked. Once they got to his room, he pressed one last kiss to her cheek for the day. "Goodnight, Amara." ~~~~~~~~ Lor couldn't help but laugh at him, seeing how riled up he is getting. Does he think her kingdom is filthy? His kingdom is just as filthy. But, she is going to be nice to him and bite her tongue on saying such a comment. She would never lie about something like this. No one would want to have an arranged marriage, especially with a kingdom they have been at war with before. If only he would come out of his room, he would know what is going outside of the walls of his room that he feels so safe in. "I'm not going anywhere, Aro, because your father, the King, invited us to be here. You throw my ass out, you are going to have to face the wrath of your father for doing such a thing." She walked over to him, standing rather close to him. "You don't know me to call be filthy, to think everyone is weak, or call be a liar." She spits, her eyes narrowed at him. She reached up and gently touch his cheek. "Aro, you have to understand I am not here to lie or to hurt you in any sort of way. But think what you will. I have told nothing but the truth. You can ask your father for that matter about this marriage." She dropped her hand and gave him a kind smile before walking towards the door. She turned towards him one last time to say something before leaving. "Goodnight, Aro. Think about what I said and know that everything is true." |

A few days later~~~ Haru waited near the castle entrance, knowing he would be having a guest arrive any minute now. He smirked as his plan was starting to fall into place. *It's almost time* he thought as he sat on his pitch black mount. Soon nothing would be able to stop him from getting what he wanted, especially when it was easy to have a few people to place the blame on. *I will get exactly what I want* he thought coldly as he scanned the horizon. ~~~ Amara had been up fairly early, smiling and humming to herself. As she left her room, her eyes landed on the door that led to Sebastian's room and she couldnt help but smile. The past few days had been going well in her mind. At least in the means of her and Sebastian getting along well. Things with Aro though, seemed, well, almost the same. Except he was now ignoring Amara. She couldnt blame him after he found out that it was her idea for Lorelei to tag along to talk to him, and when he found out Lorelei was telling the truth, he only grew more upset with Amara, but he had started at least talking with Lorelei. Amara made her way out to the garden, not wanting to wake up Sebastian if he wasnt already up. She gave a small sigh as she sat down, listening to the birds along with the gentle breeze. A smile formed on her face as Cobalt came running up. "There you are. I was wondering where you were" she said as she picked up the little griffin. She gave him a hug before she saw the sun starting to peek over the castle. |

Demien glanced at the kingdom that kept growing closer and closer as he traveled. He leaned down, gently patting the white mare's neck. She seemed to only snort in slight protest but greeted the affection nevertheless. He smiled slightly at the commoners on the street, knowing that by the end of the day his cheeks are going to be hurting from all the fake smiling he is going to be doing today. He wonders how this plan is going to pan out. He has already failed once on his plan, so he certainly doesn't want to fail a second time. He hates failing, so hopefully the second attempt will work in his favor. He couldn't help the wicked grin that appeared on his lips at seeing the reactions of certain people when they find out what is going to happen. As he approached the gate entrance, he saw the man he was going to be meeting before the woman he is supposed to see. Once he got close, he dismounted and tilted his head towards the man. His piercing blue eyes and his raven-colored hair hung slightly in his emotionless eyes. The air he carried made people feel chilled and fear, knowing not to cross this man or you will probably end up dead. "You must be Haru. I'm Demien. Shall we get started?" ~~~~~~~~ Seb was up rather early, but he just didn't remove himself out of his room yet. He pulled the curtains to the side, letting his eyes scan the scenery before him. His window seemed to face the front gates. he noticed that a man that he hasn't seen before was being let in through the castle gates. His brows furrowed together, wondering who else was being invited to the kingdom. He will have to ask Amara if he knew anything about this. If she does, he wants all the information he can get from her about who this new person is and why they are even here in the first place. The white German Shepard came over to him, his face nudging against his limp hand. He grinned as he knelt down, gently petting Atticus. His tail thumped against the floor at the attention he is receiving. "We should meet up with Amara." He muttered as he stood to his feet. he let a low whistle out, having the canine be right at his side as they left his room. He went across to Amara's room, gently knocking on the door. When he heard no answer, he knocked again. "You in there, Amara?" When he didn't hear a response, he had a feeling that she was already up. She probably went to the garden since not many people are up at this time. He walked through the castle walls until he came to the door that lead to the garden. He pushed the doors open, having Atticus still be right next to him and on high alert for any danger. Though, as soon as he saw Amara, the canine took off towards the woman. "Atticus!" He yelled, thinking that he is going to hurt her. Instead, he jumped on the bench she is on and started to lick her face. "I'm sorry, love." He said as he got to her. "I didn't think he liked you that much to actually start liking your face." He said as he pulled the canine away from her and put him on the floor. "How did you sleep? Any plans for today?" ~~~~~~~~ Lor sighed as she laid in bed, her arm over her eyes. She hasn't even gotten up yet. Her curtains are still covering the sunlight that wants to come into the dark room and she is still in her night-time clothes. At least she returned the clothes she borrowed from Aro as well as washed those and the basket of clothes that he threw at the servant. It seems that he finally believed her that she is here because of his father and that Amara marrying Seb is true. He seems to be talking to her a bit more, but she didn't go yesterday. Why? Well, she wasn't feeling good mentally yesterday because she knew what tomorrow, which is today, really is. It is the anniversary of the day she was kidnapped, tortured, and so many other things she doesn't want to even talk about. Every year when this time comes around, she tends to lock herself in her room and not come out. She doesn't even eat on this day either, which isn't the greatest. She just doesn't feel hungry and the thoughts of what happened seven years ago today, made her appetite go away. She hated it but she can't do much about it. She wishes she could, but she can't get out of the funk she is when this time rolls around. Aro might be wondering where she is since she didn't come yesterday and won't be coming today, but she doesn't care. She doesn't have to explain herself to him since he doesn't seem to completely understand that she knows how he feels about himself. "What am I going to do?" |

Haru nodded when the male asked who he was. "That I am" he said. "And you must be Demien" he said with a smirk. "Shall we find somewhere private to talk before I lead you to your prize" he asked as he watched the other male. He remained sitting tall. "You understand what is planned, correct" he said as he motioned for Demien to follow him. He lead the way to the stables before he dismounted and a servant came to get his mount before he started making his way towards a cabin just to the side of the castle. Haru sat down in a chair before he spoke again. "Both of the girls are here in the castle. If you have anyone who can help you, there are a few caves in the mountains near here. Make sure neither of them see your face, once they are secure, we can go from there on making it look like the kingdoms got rid of them together, allowing both of us to get exactly what we want and deserve" he said with a chuckle. ~~~ Amara let out a startled chuckle. "Well, I am glad to know he doesnt hate me" she said as she looked up at Sebastian, grateful that he knew right where to find her it seemed. "I wasnt too hard to find was I" she asked in a small teasing voice. She stood up and gave him a hug before she spoke again. "I didnt sleep the best last night. Aro still wont talk to me after he found out it was my idea for him and Lorelei to talk" she said with a small sigh. "Although, I am grateful he's talking to her." When he did ask if she had plans, she gave a small shrug. "Not that I can think of" she replied. "I showed you pretty much everywhere in the castle. Next thing would just be showing you the village" she said with a smile. She did think a picnic would be nice, but she wasnt sure what Sebastian wanted to do. ~~~ Aro locked the door to his room as he paced, cursing and grumbling to himself. *I should have known better* he thought. He had just started opening up to someone, and then she doesnt show up. He assumed it was because of himself, and nothing else. He walked over to his window that over looked the garden. He spotted Amara with Sebastian before he pulled the curtains closed once again, planning on never opening them again. He was ready to lock himself away again, not talking to anyone if needed. |

Demien nodded his head when he said he must be the man he has been waiting for. He isn't one of many words when you first are introducing yourself as he doesn't feel like there is a need to. He couldn't help but grin when he said that his prize is indeed in the castle. He followed Haru into the cabin that was just to the side of the castle. He glanced around the room, somewhat satisfied with their meeting place. He would rather do this alone, but help is always appreciated since he can always get something else in return for helping the other person. He took a seat in front of Haru, one arm resting on the table. "Well, this is going to be easier since they are in the same place." He muttered. He pulled a knife out from his pocket and flicked it open. He put the tip of the blade on the wooden table, twirling it around for the fun of it. "She is going to have to see my face to know that I am her suitor. Her parents sent me and I even have a letter to confirm it. Of course, I have someone on the inside that will take her to the tunnels underneath the castle." He explained as he continued twirling the knife. "I don't care making the kingdoms look bad and thinking something bad. I'm more here to claim what I was never able to finish and hope I get to finish once and for all." A wicked grin came across his lips at the things he knew he is going to do to her. "When do we start?" ~~~~~~~~ Seb laughed slightly and took a seat next to her. Atticus sat between his legs, looking at the surroundings. Seb gently petted his head, watching as his ears twitched at each sound that he heard. He wouldn't know what he would do if he didn't have Atticus in his life. He feels like he needs to get a companion for Lorelei because she could use it. "He usually doesn't hate anyone. He is just very guarded and protective at first. I haven't seen him warm up to someone as quickly as you." He explained. There are rare times that Atticus hates someone. He can't remember the last time he hated someone that he actually went after the person and bit them. It has been a while since that has happened, thank the lord for that. He shook his head when she asked if she was hard to find. "Of course not. I like the garden as much as you do." He said as he continue to scratch the canine's head. Ah, she didn't sleep well last night? He wonders why that is. He usually doesn't sleep well as is, but he agrees, last night he didn't sleep that greatest either. He wonders why that is. There must be something going on today that he can't think of that is bothering him. "That is definitely good." Then it clicked in his head. "I don't think Lorelei visited him yesterday." He muttered, his brows furrowed. He can't believe he forgot that today was that anniversary. We can go to town, perhaps grab some food for a picnic or something." He said, giving her a strained smile. "Before we go, we must check on Lorelei. Like, now." He said as he got up from the seat. "I don't think she is okay." ~~~~~~~~ Lor finally sat up in bed, but that was all she really did. She pulled her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. She set her chin between her knees, her gaze staring at the door. She wonders if Aro will come to visit her to see what is going on. She wonders if Sebastian remembered what today was. She has a feeling that if her brother did, he would've already been pounding at her door to see if she was okay and trying to break it down. As if someone read her mind, there was pounding on her door. "Lorelei, are you in there?" Seb asked from the other side of the door. Worry is etched on his face as he looked at the closed door. He tried to wiggle the handle, but as always, it was locked. "Lor, let me in." He pleaded, knowing that she isn't doing well and wanted to be right next to her. "Go away." She said as she slowly got out of bed. She leaned her head against the door, knowing that Seb is worried out of his witts as always when it is this time of year. "I don't want anyone." She choked back a sob as tears fell down her cheeks, knowing that he heard it. "Just go away." "Lor..." He looked at Amara, not knowing what to do. He has never had this issue before. She always let him in. "Amara, do you think Aro would come and see if he can get into her room?" He asked, not knowing what else to do. "Because today is the anniversary when she was kidnapped. You probably heard of the stories of what happened. They are all true." |

Haru looked at Demien. "I mean when they get transported, you cannot let them see your face, otherwise they will know something is up and go straight to accusing you" he said. "We should have you meet her today, and perhaps in two days time. This way there is little connection as possible with this." He leaned back in his chair, waiting to see if the other male would agree with the plan. Haru pulled out some papers that showed the different caves in the mountains. "Pick one, this way we know where we can go and, rescue, the girls" he said with a chuckle. He knew they would need to know where to look, especially if they wanted to beat the other guards to them. "We will have to wait a few hours after they are taken before we notify the king, since we could say you went to go check on Lorelei. Her room will need to be a mess, and then same with Amara's in order to really pull this off." He wondered then when the best time will be to take the girls. Night, their doors might be locked. During the day, Amara seemed to be stuck at the hip with Sebastian, and that infuriated Haru more than anything. ~~~ Amara chuckled a bit. "Maybe he knows I will be around quite a bit so he made it a point to like me quickly" she said. When he mentioned Lorelei not seeing Aro the day before, her smile faded. *That wont be good* she thought. *That could cause him to shut down again.* She stood up when he mentioned checking on her. "Of course." She wouldnt ever turn away the chance to check on her future sister in law. Amara had stayed close to Sebastian on her way to check on Lorelei. When she was told about what happened, her face turned towards the door. "He wont. He wont even listen to me right now: she said too quietly for Lorelei to hear her. She gently knocked on the door. "Lorelei, do you want me to bring you a target to take some anger out on" she asked. She looked at Sebastian, wondering if that would help her at all. She still didnt know the other princess the best, but if it meant getting her to at least open the door for Sebastian for the two to talk, then it was worth it to take time to grab it. Her blue eyes looked back at the door as she waited for a reply, hoping it would be a yes, but expected it to be a no for sure. |

Demien knows that as soon as Lorelei sees him, she is instantly going to know who he is. He knows she will make a scene considering what he has already done to her, but he is going to pretend he has never met her in his life. He is an incredible actor that no one is going to know why she is acting that way towards him. What is also interesting is that today is the day that the whole thing of him kidnapping her happened. She is probably holed away in her room away from someone or she is out of her room and doing whatever she can to take her mind off of it. He wouldn't know since he hasn't seen her since the day she was rescued. "That works." He said, agreeing to meet her today and perhaps in two days time, depending on how everything is. He laid the knife on the table and leaned on it with his elbows resting on the surface. He looked at the map before pointing at one of them. "Let's go with that." He said, shrugging as he didn't really care which way he took. As long as he gets Lorelei at the end, that is all he really cares about. Well, of course. I'm not going to do a half-assed job to make people think that she left on her own free will instead of making it seem like she is kidnapped." He rolled his eyes since he has a feeling that this man thinks he is an amateur. "Do you know where Lorelei is these days in the castle and with who, if she is with anyone?" ~~~~~~~~ Lor knew they were talking about something, but she couldn't tell what they were talking about. Her head continued to lean against the door, her bottom lip between her teeth to prevent the sounds of sobs to be heard. She didn't want them to worry about her, but she knew that is going to be hard for them, especially Seb. When Amara asked if she wanted a target, she could only shake her head. She forgot that they can't see her body movements since they can't see her. Nothing has ever worked for her to feel better on this day, not even Seb. She pretends that he does so he doesn't continue to worry about her, but she has a feeling that he might just know that he doesn't help her. Then again, he probably doesn't know since she doesn't usually let her emotions show. "No." She said, answering Amara's question finally. She knew that the woman was only saying that as well to try and have her door open to have Sebastion come in. That isn't how she wanted it to go. She would rather have it be when she wants him to be in here. Seb didn't know what else to do. He was chewing his bottom lip, something he did when he was anxious. "Will Aro listen to me?" He asked her quietly. "I don't know what else to do. I feel like perhaps just him being here will actually make her open the door and let at least him in." He looked back at the door, his hand still resting on it. "Because if not, I don't know what else to do. She shouldn't be alone right now. And clearly she isn't going to let you in." Atticus whimpered and pawed at the door, knowing that something is wrong with Lorelei. "Maybe we both go and try to convince him." |

Haru gave a nod when he pointed out which cave they would be used to hold the girls. "I figured you would know better, but we have to cover our bases. Especially with something as critical as this" he repled. He looked almost unamused. "I doubt she is seeing anyone. All I know is she's somehow gotten Prince Aro to talk to her, and I dont know if you know this, but he's usually shut away" he said. Most if not all kingdoms knew about Aro, mostly is injury that caused him to nearly die, and then nothing else was heard about him other than him living, just as Aro wanted it. Haru tossed all but the name of the cave into his fireplace and lit it before he handed it to Demien. "Make sure to get this to your men who will be taking them, this way they know where to go. And once they get there, make sure they burn it. The king and Amara know my hand writing." He stood tall. "Now, shall I show you around, and where your princess is" he said with a smirk. ~~~ Amara looked down when Lorelei turned down the offer for her to get a target and sighed. She put her back to the door before she heard Sebastian asking if Aro would listen to him. "I dont know. he could be too upset with her, not knowing why she didnt show up yesterday." She gave a small sigh. "I want to try and see if he will listen, but you cant get your hopes up with him" she said as she looked Sebastian in the eye, meaning what she said about that. She glanced down the hall in the direction of Aro's room. *He hasnt left his room in years. Would he leave his room to help her?* |

Demien knew they had to cover their bases, but it could've quickly been done and over with. He is just an impatient man when it comes to dealing with other people to help their needs as well as his. His brows furrowed together, wondering what Lorelei would be doing with the Prince. It isn't like she is interested in him. He knows she has ruined her for good, but who knows, perhaps she was willing to let the man wiggle into her heart. If that is the case, he doesn't like the sound of that. Though, it is interesting that she goes for Aro of all Princes'. "Interesting." He said, his hand rubbing his chin in thought. His gaze slid to the man and grabbed the paper that he handed him. He folded the paper before tucking it safely in his pocket. "Of course. It would only foil our plan if it ends up getting out in the open." He said as he stood from his chair. He would rather go straight to his Princess rather than be shown around, but he supposes being shown around would help him get around too. "Show the way." ~~~~~~~~ Seb glanced at her when she spoke. She does have a point. If he had known she didn't come out of her room or rather go visit Aro, he would've gone and seen her. He let a sigh leave his lips, knowing that Aro might just turn it down. He has a feeling that is what will happen, but he will have at least a bit of hope that he will listen to him and perhaps come with them to her room. He has a feeling she might just let Aro in at the very least, but he isn't completely sure. She has to try and eat even if she ends up throwing it up later when no one else is in the room. He just really needs to have someone there with her because he hates when she is alone on this day. "Let's at least try. It's better than nothing. Let's go." ~~~~~~~~ Lor heard them retreat from the door, causing a sob to racket her body. She wished they would've stayed, even if it was just outside her room. She messed up, just like she always does. They probably think she is just a problem some person and just gave up, not wanting to deal with it. She didn't mean for them to leave, but it is in the past now. There is nothing she can do about it anymore. She will see them tomorrow and just pretend nothing happened. "I'm sorry." |
