Just when you were about to put the figurine away, the motion sends the lupine's ears perking up. Slowly, as if it was curious, the lupine tilts their head your way. The lupine gets up and slowly walks toward you, as if unsure what to do with you. Their slow pace is as if they've never seen humans before. Life in the secluded clearing couldn't have been easy for them. They sniff the figurine and look up at you, as if expecting something.
