It's going to be so terrible for so long because like- Any time that Midas fronts, he's trying to either go back to Fintan or find/convince someone to do the same things Fintan did.

Up until he becomes a protector, at lesst. And that's going to take, like, a lot of work. But when he does, he's going to be such a good one. Like- Such a good protector. He'd be such a big help. But first he's going to cause a ton of problems.

Garvin- Jasper, really, meanwhile is just so confused as to why Akira's pulling him out and back home. Totally trying to explain that he obviously saw the drink was drugged. That he's fine (he's not but like, he doesn't even know that). That a free drink is a free drink, free drugs are free drugs, and a good time is a good time. That it happens a lot, that he does this a lot. All of which is totally stuff that Akira will react well to. Totally.

Yeahhh, this might actually cause some slight problems too eventually. For the most part, it'll be fine. He can take no for an answer, it's fine. Except for when he isn't, for whatever reason (him being triggered by something at the same time, haha-) But it's pretty easy to tell when the exception comes into play, because then all of his attempts at convincing Akira have to do with love. Like, asking Akira if they love him and then when they say yes, using that to try and convince them. Or, if nothing else seems to be working, literally trying to beg for it because he wants (or needs it) to be loved. Basically, Akira getting a front row seat at some of the grooming- Biggest issue though is that those times run the risk of Midas fronting, which is, as stated, bad.

Oh that's just going to be so fun- Especially because depending on when it happens, Garvin might've brought the group to the sketchy gang/mafia already. And if so, my guy probably won't actually be as helpful with all that as he normally would be.
Aries or Mergen might actually be more helpful at that point. Probably Aries, honestly. I haven't spoken too much about it, but he's making so much progress in the background haha-

Garvin and Revan both flee if they're given love. Garvin, though, is probably worse about it. Simply because it's such a back and forth with him. At least with Revan, it's mostly just emotional distance. He never tries to actually leave, just hide that he cares. Garvin meanwhile does like, the opposite. He never tries to hide that he cares, but he will try to leave.

Oh, by the way, one thing I'm sure is going to just consistently worry the polycule is that even after therapy, antidepressants, lots of love and being spoiled, and just- Years of healing in general, July still happens.

It gets better and easier to manage over time, of course. But it still happens every single year.
