I'm homeschooled so its a bit different for me but I would say
pay attention and take notes
ask for help when you need it
try to avoid procastinating(when you don't procastinate theres no pressure or added stress)
and make good friends! that won't influence you to skip school and stuff and also good friends who don't pressure you into doing bad stuff are really amazing
and most importantly shes going to kick butt!
(maybe leave the last part only if you want to tho XD)

Uh, as a child Coraline messed me up lol The start of my hatred of dolls right there.
The Descent, though, was horrifying! I hated it and loved it at the same time - the ending, oh god, I cried.

My favorite horror movie has ta be either A Quiet Place, or The Sixth Sense. I like The Sixth Sense for its ending's twist, and I like A Quiet Place for the tension it builds without any dialogue. Though, The Sixth Sense can be considered more of a thriller than a horror film.

the original IT movie.

at first i was terrified of it due to my parents making me watch it when i was like 5 years old? i might've been a little older. anyways! i hid under the table to try and make it go away- spoiler alert, it kept playing. nowadays i love watching horror movies now, even though i tend to cover my ears if things start to get too loud or if i think a jump scare is coming up. i do it subconsciously, and every now and then i can conjure up the will to keep them uncovered for the sake of not looking dumb in front of strangers (if i'm in a theater) or looking like a pansy in front of my friends and family lol

This doesn't count as a movie-movie, but as Coraline and A Nightmare Before Christmas were already mentioned... "GHOST BURGER" by Lee Hardcastle. On that note, "Cream" by David Firth.

It's not necessarily a horror movie but I love watching Hocus Pocus and the Halloweentown movies the entire month of October. They're just cute movies.
