If another medium sized herbivore is needed, I can add either the Maiasaurus or the Diabloceratops in.

Quick question, with the Utahraptors, with the five feet at the hip for height, does that mean in regard to a human, or... What? It just looks confusing to me.
And are we going with featherless or feathered raptors? Because my image of raptors has always been the featherless ones, always. But I know a good amount of people don't see it like that, and I just want to make sure before doing anything. Edited at April 30, 2021 04:15 PM by the Wayne pack

I means from the ground to their hip is five feet. Like saying "5 feet at the shoulder". They are taller than five feet because they'll stand up right, but that's difficult to measure since they're constantly changing stance. So 5 feet at the hip is not something that changes.
im not sure how to explain it. Their hip is at the feet mark, and sometimes their heads will be above that if they lift them up.
if a person who is 5 feet tall even were to see one, they would teach the Utah's hip.

As for the feathers. I don't mind either way. If you prefer featherless you can. If some prefers feathers, they can as well. Since these dinos were created they likely have different features.

No problem! Hopefully I explained it well enough.

Name: Gaia Age: Adult Gender: Female Species: Shantungosaurus Appearance: Gaia is a large, fully grown adult female who has years of experience under her belt. She stands at about 20 feet tall and 46 feet long from nose to tail tip, with a heavy mass of considerable weight. She isn't some green behind the ears female who doesn't know how to survive. Gaia has raised many of offspring to adult hood, and has lead herself, and others, to safety more times than she can count.
The female has a thick hide made up of dark earthy tones. Her base is a dark brown, where as a creamy, off white tan is her belly, throat and the inside of her legs. She has dark, forest green markings on her side, marring much of the dark chocolate surface. It primarily shows itself in dusty, almost sooty or dappling like way. Covering everywhere the brown is, so that the brown shows through as almost spotting, but not quite so. It gives her a rather mossy look to be honest. Her head is relatively smooth, though with mild ridging around her eyes. Like the rest of her, the female has earthy colored orbs as well. They are dark brown, but with vibrant flecks of green and gold within them, that shine with fiery defiance whenever challenged.
Weaponry wise, the female isn't equipped with sharp claws or teeth. However, she has a long, robust tail easily capable of being swung like a paddle. She also can rise up onto her hind legs to stomp things with her front. And while she doesn't have long teeth, the female can bite, and it does hurt, much like a horse's bite might. She also has small, blunt spines along her back, which are good defensively if anything tries to bite her along her spine. Pack name: the Wayne Pack
Pack number: 251684
Activity Level: On and off daily, it varies.
Name: Storm
Age: Adult
Gender: Female
Species: Utah Raptor
Appearance: True to her species, Storm has a sleek yet powerful appearance, built for sprinting and jumping, but despite being the smallest carnivore on the preserve, she is also built to cause a lot of damage in a fight; as her species can make trouble for the other dinosaurs on the preserve, carnivore or herbivore. She stands at the typical five feet at the hip, and is seventeen feet long. She has no feathers, only scales.
Her scales are mainly gunmetal gray, the shade being dark enough to blend in with shadows and darker areas, but not too dark for someone to believe that she is black. The gray gradually lightens to silver on her underside, with the darker gray ocassionally reaching down in uneven patterns. Her markings are metallic blue, and heavily resemble a bengal cat's markings; with a few stripes on her head, the stripes going down her neck, with only one stripe going down to her tail, rosette like spots on her sides and legs, with the gunmetal gray in the middle of the rosettes. Two thick bands of the metallic blue on her legs, one at her knee-joint and the other near her feet, and four roughly evenly spaced rings of metallic blue around her tail. Her eyes are the color of molten gold, rich and vivid in a way that is undeniably gold, and they are unmistakably the eyes of a predator.
When Storm moves, rippling muscle is apparent, in the sense of a large cat. The strongest part of her body, aside from her jaws, are her legs; as one of the only carnivores that can jump, and her species is the second fastest species on the preserve, it makes sense that her leg muscles are well developed. Her head is more narrow, made for tearing mostly, although she does has a good bite force, it is not the strongest around, compared to the large carnivores. One of the intimidating factors about her species, and by extension, herself, is the famous sickle claws, one on each foot; made for slicing into something else's flesh, whether it be in a fight or if she jumps onto the back of large prey. Storm has scars, from fights she won or lost and walked away from. Pale, long healed slashes and bite marks for the most part, they are all over he body. A notable one is on her hip, a vicious bite mark, even though healed, it is still clear that it was a deep wound, with the teeth of a carnivore. Her species can be mistaken for other raptor species, like Velociraptors. She has a way of carrying herself mostly, that she would be mistaken for being the leader of a pack, it's just a confident, dominant way of carrying herself; but she also has a dangerous, way of moving, in the way that a predator that is swift and lethal would move.
Personality: Storm is quite wary, which to be fair, is quite reasonable, there are a good amount of other carnivores which are larger than she is, and could easily kill her. And other things too, so to be cautious, it is not a bad thing. Now she isn't overly cautious, she knows when to be cautious, when to hang back and observe, and when to be bold, to confront something; because being too cautious can be bad, can make something hang back when there is no need, but to be cautious is to be smart, when to be suspicious. She is intelligent, able to size up enemies, see when she should back off, or stand and fight, but everyone is able to do that, but it still is mentionable.
Storm has always been an air of authority to her when she wants or needs to be like that, she had been the leader of her siblings when she was a hatchling, and as they grew up before some of her siblings left to be on their own. She can also be kind and compassionate to others, it just might take a little bit to see that side of her, she usually shows the harder side to many others. She may act like a loner sometimes, but she does want to have a pack of her own, a family, and as a personal thought to Storm; she doesn't think she would be able to settle as a pack member in a pack, she would want to the leader, as her personality is more of a leader's personality.
Storm can be pretty curious, sometimes things just catch her attention and can't let it go unless she goes and checks it out, it is sometimes a bad thing though, but she tries to be careful when she goes and investigates whatever caught her attention in the first place. She doesn't like to stay in one place for too long, something just starts bugging at her for some reason, she really doesn't know, but if she felt safe in the area, then she would be happy to just stay in said area. She just can get restless at times, nothing big, nothing bad, just something she was born with.
Mate: Open
Offspring: Open
Traveling with: Alone at the moment. Open to a pair, and eventually a pack.
Role within pack or herd: Most likely would be a leader, if not by forming a pack, then by fighting her way up.
Other: So there's no confusion, my favorite dinosaur is a Velociraptor. Edited at May 11, 2021 08:43 PM by the Wayne pack
