Alexa is a young woman who stands at about 5'6", and only weighs about 127 lbs. She has a lean and slim figure that is surprisingly fit and muscular. She might not be a very imposing person, but don't count her out just because of that. Feature wise she has well shaped cheek bones, though not overly defined so that they cut glass, semi-full lips, though they seem to fit her face well, and a short nose. She has a dimple on the right side of her mouth that shows itself whenver she truly smiles or laugh. Upon her flesh, Alexa has fair skin, holding little pigment, and is easily flushed upon her face. She does have a few skin marring her arms and hands, and on her knees or legs, but other than that, she's relatively unmarred.
She has long brunette hair, a color similar to milk chocolate, which comes down to her mid back, above her waist. It's more medium in thickness, not unnecessarily heavy, but not whispy thin either, and is rather soft to the touch and always kept clean. She likes to either wear her hair down, or up in a pony-tail so it is out of her face. Her eyes are a light blue color, and can often be mistaken as grey by those not taking a close look. Often they have an unwelcoming and guarded look to those she doesn't know, but that's just because she prefers knowing people before she lets them in. Personality:
Upon first meeting, people would find Alexa to be a confident and unfriendly girl. She isn't mean, but she isn't the most welcoming to those she doesn't know. Oddly enough, though, despite not being a friendly person, she is more on the calm side, not easily pushed to her breaking point. However, she is stubborn, though, it takes a lot for someone to change her mind or shake her from things. It makes her rather determined, and she isn't the type to back down from any sort of challenge. Overall, a rather cold exterior to those who don't know her.
However, for her friends and family, the ones who get past her frost exterior, is a different side of Alexa. She is much more friendly, and likes to joke around and have fun. She is still more serious than others, and can snap back into focus fast, but she enjoys the company of her friends. Lex is the type to put her friends and family before her, and will go out of her way to help them when they needed it. She isn't afraid of a good fight either. She might even be considered fearless, as she is typically the first through the door when helping others, or others are depending on or looking up to her. Even if she is terrified, she will put on a brave face and barge in. Because of this, Lex tends to be a rather protective person, and is always a little resistant to those trying to get into her friend group.
Which brings us to the negative traits for the girl. She is a bit jealous in some ways, sometimes considered possessive. Lex hates when someone she doesn't know or approve of tries to infiltrate her friend group. She hates it even more when other girls try and flirt with her guy friends, both in general and as a way to get in with them. She just isn't open to others for the most part. Lex also hates to be challenged, and thats where the stubbornness can be a down fall, because she won't back down even if she doesn't stand a chance. She just doesn't know how. Because of this, she tends to act first, think after. And while she doesn't have a hot temper like others, she can be easily agitated or frustrated by others, which might cause her to start getting snarky.

Name: Ryia Beaumont Nickname: None, open for some Age: 17 Gender: Female Dragon: Asmodeus -- Appearance: Standing at a height of 5 feet, 7 inches (173cm), and weighing around 130 pounds, Ryia appears a little taller than your average female. She has a lean figure with a slight hourglass shaped torso, and defined willowy legs. She doesn’t appear to be very muscled, but she’s stronger than she looks. Most of her strength comes from her legs rather than her arms. Ryia has a medium beige skin tone. Freckles, one or two shades darker, dot the bridge of her nose and follow the curvature of the under part of her eyes. They also speckle the tops of her shoulders, the rest of her body lacks freckles. As for scars, Ryia only has one prominent one. When she was around ten or eleven, a wild dog attacked her. The animal tore open the left side of her neck with its claws before she was able to fight it off. The wound healed fairly well, and left only three distinguished marks. When it healed, the skin turned lighter than her skin tone, and left a slight indent in her neck. Any other scars she has are barely noticeable and less than an inch long. Ebony black hair falls in waves, stopping just above her shoulders, framing her oval shaped face. Her hair is on the thicker side, and has a lot of layers to it. Its unruly and more often than not in a messy state. It also takes forever to dry when it gets wet. Ryia has round shaped, honey brown eyes, that are framed by short, dark lashes. She has dark arched brows and pale pink natural shaped lips. Personality: Ryia’s personality is a little complicated, and it changes with her mood, and depending on the person she’s with. If she’s with someone she doesn’t know then she tends to act uninterested and will probably ignore you. If she’s with a friend, then she’s kind and caring. If you’re a person she doesn’t like then you’ll get a cold shoulder and maybe some harsh words. It all depends. Ryia is the type of person who’s willing to use another for her gain, she doesn’t do it often but, she will do it. Which also goes hand in hand with her lying. She’ll lie to get out of something, or to get someone to do something, lying comes naturally to her, and for most of the time her lies are completely believable. The best lies always have a hint of truth to them. It takes a special kind of person, for Ryia to completely trust them. She tends to think people have ulterior motives, and that they just want to use her for their own gain. Hypocritical I know. When put in a new situation/place, she always immediately looks for a way out, an escape. Its a habit she’s had ever since she was a kid, but not a bad one, its gotten her out of some tough situations in the past. It takes a lot to get Ryia angry, but when she does watch out, she tends to lash out, sometimes even physically. She bottles up her emotions too often, and releases them in.. various ways. Usually risky adrenaline seeking ways. Outwardly she appears to be the quiet reserved girl who likes to watch rather than engage, and can seem hard to approach sometimes. But if you get to know her, there’s whole side to her that you didn’t se coming. -- Strengths & Weaknesses: Strengths- Stamina, careful, open minded, patient, persuasive, observant, deceitful, lockpicking. Weaknesses- Physical strength, impulsive, teamwork, organization, wittiness (shes not funny), lack of experience for most things. Likes & Dislikes: Likes- Privacy, wood carving, collecting feathers, open spaces, horse riding, lightning, (eventually) the feeling of flying. Rider Name Tyrus Rafferity Age Eighteen. Gender Masculine. Appearance Tyrus is a man with a solid stature of six feet and three inches with a weight of over 200 pounds. He has a good build to him, not quite lean, but not quite muscular. It's an equilibrium between the two. In terms of his facial appearance, he's handsome, but in a rugged, mysterious, menacing sort of way. His eyes hold coldness in them that warn others not to approach him. He's not a likable individual, and his common sneer and hurtful glances don't help his case. He has a medium length of hair that is curly and ends at the bottom of his neck. It's a dark brown, so much so, that it appears black. His skin is tan, as if he's been out in the sun for too long, which is ironic, seeing as he prefers darkness. He has a sharp jawline with a piercing gaze, his eyes being a deep emerald green that make him resemble a snake, and not in a good way, but in a lying, deceptive one. Tyrus has a nose that has a bump at its bridge, most likely from breaking it when he was younger. The man has several scars scattered around his body, even upon his face. His most noticeable one is a single scar scratched right across his face, beginning from the right side of his face and ending at his left in a diagonal direction. Personality Tyrus is an intolerable individual, from casting dark glances to throwing snide comments out. He cares not of what others think of him, which is clear, seeing as he wouldn't be as insufferable as he currently is. He's moody, always frustrated, and always gets to the point when it comes to topics of conversation. However, like many beings, he also has another side to him, one reserved for those he genuinely likes tolerates or considers friends individuals that he doesn't completely despise. To them, he can seem not as rude nor selfish, but rather quite the opposite. He even has an amusing side to him and can break out into the smallest of smiles. This is yet another side as well, one for specifically his dragon. While he is snappish and snide with his words, towards his dragon, he can be seen giggling and speaking in a high-pitched tone. Of course, never in public. That would simply be embarrassing (as if it isn't already.) Then again, it would be him if he weren't so scared of dragons. This side is reserved, and many mainly see him as this constantly annoyed individual who acts as if he wishes to be anywhere but where he currently is. He is, however, quite intelligent and opinionated. Tyrus is able to come up with a quick plan if something goes haywire and able to make things work to his benefit. When it comes to what little friends he has, Tyrus isn't jealous nor possessive when others try to befriend them, but he will assess them to ensure that they're worthy. In a way, he likes to ensure that his friends have people that are good enough for them and tends to put the effort into trying to figure out that nobody will hurt them. In many ways, he's like a large, overly aggressive guard dog. Dragon Name Orva (meaning: great friend) Age 250 Gender Feminine. Class Light. Appearance A grand, majestic dragon, Orva is a sight to behold. Her scales are pure white, between them, a soft, eerie neon glow is seen that is able to grow brighter or halt completely. She's a massive creature, standing at 14ft at the shoulder with a wingspan of a few dozen feet. Her wings are slightly transparent, the material making up her wings being slightly thin, giving her more fragile wings. Her eyes are two orbs of light, like miniature suns. They glow with a lot of force, and like the glow between her scales, is able to grow or decrease. Upon Orva's head lay two massive horns that spiral back and turn towards the direction of her snout, like ram horns. Rather than being white, her spikes and horns are gold. Along with the ram horns, several more spike from her head, giving her a regal crowned look. Almost like a mane, but instead of fur, it's spikes. Her snout has a very pointed look, and fur spurts from her chin, giving her a wise appearance. More fur can be seen around her body, such as on her arms, legs, back, and tail. Spikes protrude from her arms and hind legs, giving her armour. Upon her back, more spikes lay, a mixture of small and long ones that all range in width. Once more, they are golden, not white. Her stature is that of a lithe one, but that doesn't mean that she isn't powerful. For chested armour, Orva has a bunch that spike out from the sides, but they're white and blend in with her scales. She also has long, sharp claws, giving her good mobility if she were to climb a mountain without the use of her wings. Personality Orva is an extremely wise, intelligent, and peaceful dragon, never one to cause an uproar without good reason. She's a regal creature, from the way she moves alone that part is clear. For the most part, Orva is kind, never one to snap or lash out at others, and is one to come between arguments to prevent further chaos from arising. Peace is something she adores, and she sees to it that it remains so. Orva is very selfless and kind, her personality and feelings always being openly expressed in any way that she is able to. Additionally, she is social, always enjoying any company, and grows lonely fairly swiftly. Orva is independent, but she loathes being alone. Both her mind and body are very advanced in terms of intelligence, and she uses it to her advantage when she deems fit. She isn't aggressive, but rather collective. While some dragons are seen flying around or doing activities, Orva would be found lying upon a flat surface with a content look upon her face. She doesn't play, and certainly isn't one for fighting, however, depending on the circumstances, she will if she must, and my is she a force to reckon with. Her advice is always helpful, after all, she isn't considered wise for no reason. Sometimes, if Orva wishes to remain unseen, she will hide out, and none will be able to seek her out until she wishes to be found. Overall, she gives off "guardian" and "protector" vibes. However, she also gives off a regal aura that makes her represent that of a Queen, and in a way, she certainly acts and appears like one. (rider) Jack Hickory "No one cares that you're offended." Age 16 1/2 >:D Gender Male Appearance Jack appears to be five foot eight with a slightly yellow skin tone. He has a small rounded off face shape with a pointed out nose, yet rounded off at the tip. His ears are pointed more than the usual human’s which helps if he ever wants to get involved with cosplay. His eyes are actually a different color on each end. The right is brown while the other is similar at a red-brown color. These shine with a feeling of determination and can blink to the “death” glare in a second. His lips are a chapped light pink color in a thin shape. The most common facial expression for Jack is playfulness. He loves to tease with people. His eyebrows remain caramel brown while his hair is a golden blond. This hair, if wet, would probably drop down to his nose. When dry, though, he has it to where the left side hangs over his forehead and part of his eye. The right is just kind of swept out of the way. It’s usually straight, but sometimes clings onto other strands of hair and has a slight curling look to it. The back looks jaggedly cut in short layers. He is unnaturally skinny for a typical boy at his age. He actually hates that because his sister can still pick him up like he would be 10. This is caused by a disorder that doesn’t really get in the way other than that. He hates being called a little kid by his older sister sometimes just because of his appearance and the way he smiles sillily. You know that one kid in track who wears neon shoes so you can always tell who it is? (just a comparison) That’s Jack. As you can probably figure out already, he wears dark green shoes that are splattered with mud all over. Anyways, he has a light grey shirt on usually which attracts random strings and cotton strands which he's allways pulling off. The shirt has the sleeves cut a little under shoulder length and goes to about his waist. The collarline remains a crewneck shape. Other times he switches to a plain white tunic. Over that he has a black hooded cloak he’s been rocking for years. There’s a pocket inside it which he stores essential items in. Occasionally he can be seen with a black hat on. When joking around like a seventh grader, he would put his bangs up in a hair tie like a unicorn. (aha) He usually just wears breeches, like horse riding pants, and is actually more comfortable in those than in sweatpants. Sometimes he can even be found in a belt. The only one he owns, actually. It’s mostly for formal occasions anyway. Now, Jack isn’t really a jewelry guy, but there are some things one could receive as gifts and become too attached to over time. Because of that he finds himself wearing a silver loop ear cuff. The only other thing is something more hidden- as a black cord anklet. Personality Jack is...well...hyper, to start. And easily excitable. He thinks he’s friends with everyone and will do very weird things as a call for attention. You can almost always find him talking; about what is usually unclear with some quick topic changes. He’s usually a happy-go-lucky teen without a care in the world who would crash his bike and hop up retelling every “fun” detail in his “quest”. Although, his emotions can flash by in quick stages or hit as quick as- lightning. Leaping into danger is a specialty. The amount of times he has almost died is just ridiculous at this point. Fantasy and nonsensical metaphors are his life and blood, like the story of the dragon and the minifridge. He doesn’t believe in “gods”. Jack just says he’s in charge of himself- or in metaphorical terms the captain of the ship. Just doesn’t think there’s greater forces out there even if he is obsessed with myths. Here’s a strange thing, He can be uncaring about the human race sometimes- like he’s grown cold to them. Sure, this rarely appears, but it could be worded like this, for example: He would rather attack humans than animals if forced to because animals are more helpless and don’t stand a chance while humans are larger and can do better at self defense. Scaring easily is a recognizable trait for him. If someone were to clap suddenly behind him he might jump fifteen feet into the air. Be careful if you are to do so, though, he’ll talk over it later and get revenge first. I’m going to give this one last thing a paragraph of its own since it doesn’t fit in personality and I don’t want to put it in other as it is more of an explanation for something in the ‘likes’ section. Jack plays sports hardcore sometimes. He tries his absolute hardest until either it’s over or someone forces him to stop. Take this one part of baseball as an example: Ever since discovering his disorder he tries to work on strength to make up for that hole in his life as he finds it to be a major component in his existence. He tries to work on how hard he might be able to swing a bat or be able to throw something. Accuracy is also another thing he wants to work on to make sure he can hit the target properly. This plays into his success in swordplay. All the making sure you can block right, hit the right thing, or even hit it hard enough. Most things he enjoys turns into a hardcore competition of trying to prove to himself it’s good enough. Also, it’s something-just something- that he has to feel good about himself, like it’s one of his better qualities. Dragon Open Stengths & Weaknesses Strengths: Swordplay, making a mess out of things, finding lost items in the way of treasure hunting Weaknesses: flashing lights, scented things (them make him extremely nauseous with a bad headache), awkward silence Likes & Dislikes Likes: Sports- baseball in particular, running around in circles excitedly for absolutely no reason, abandoned places, grass (no, I’m serious. Good, green, healthy grass when a chunk is yanked out of the ground can be oddly satisfying), Larping ;) Dislikes: Being ignored or rejected, sudden loud noises, apple juice, people who are way too nosey for their own good. Affiliations I'll figure it out in a moment Other He's a non-human human person. confusing, but true. Awaits for the day to be given a sword like “you should know how to use this” and then “heck yes” while start lunging at things playfully. I haven't really seen any dragon movies, but I've read wings of fire a very long time ago. I honestly have no intention of reading them again, but that's what I've got. - A few questions here. What happens if they break one of the rules, is there a specific time period we're sticking to here, what about electronics, and could there be hair dye? I'm thinking of making another character, but I get a little dye obsessed sometimes ^^' |

Name Odessa Lanceheart -- Age 18 years old -- Gender AMAB Female -- Appearance Odessa stands at 5’10”, weighing around 140 lbs. She has a rather willowy build, and is unfortunately lacking in muscle. Her skin is a honeyed tan shade, generally unmarked aside from a few moles here and there. She has wavy dark - nearly black - brown hair, just below her jaw in length, and she desires to continue growing it out, aiming for it to grow to her lower back at least. Her eyes, upturned at the outer corners, are a noticeable green, and one of her ears is pierced at the lobe with a dangling silver earring. She most often wears wine-like shades of red, and she finds no shame in the use of jewels and corsets-- in fact, they’re her favorite things to wear. Back before the invasion and the academy’s forced exodus, she quite loved to stand out with flashy, fancy ensembles while she still had them. She prefers to wear knee-length skirts and long pants with underbust corsets and blouses, though she isn’t opposed to wearing a long skirt in any situation that would call for one. She usually has some kind of shawl or scarf around her neck. -- Personality Odessa initially tends to come off as a bit… ignorant, to most. Having been raised for most of her childhood in a household where academics and etiquette came first before all else, fleeing from home and leaving for the academy was her first real taste of freedom to act as she pleases. She was thoroughly trained on how to deal with social situations regarding other people in the way that would please them the most, but she never really had the room to truly reach out and explore her own interests and philosophies. Now that there are no parents or societal pressures to hold her back from doing so, she’s more or less at a loss as to how she should go about it-- and whether it’s really alright that she wants to throw everything she was taught out of the window. Her restricted childhood considered, she finds fascination in even the most mundane of things and seeks to know more about the world outside of the bubble she grew up in. She doesn’t feel comfortable enough with herself to openly express such things out in the open, however-- so, more often than not, she defaults to the charismatic smile-and-wave routine that she always used back at her and Osiris’ old home. She has no gender-based romantic preference. She is merely looking for someone who meshes well with her. -- Dragon Open, I don't mind being randomly assigned. -- Strengths & Weaknesses Strengths Odessa is rather charismatic and classy-- when she needs to be, at least. She knows how to act, and how to do it convincingly. She’s a very effective problem solver. She has a good eye for the most efficient route to solving most issues that come her way. Her intuition is sharp when it comes to people. She’s quite well practiced in reading them and gauging their intentions. Weaknesses Odessa isn’t very athletic in any sense, having very much neglected to train herself physically where she thrived in sharpening her mind. While she can plan ahead and think with a calm mind in social and intellectual affairs, she finds it difficult to think on her feet in the heat of battle. Having mostly been raised in a sheltered environment, she was blind for most of her life to the struggles of others who were born into less privilege. Because of that, she can at times be insensitive and ignorant. -- Likes & Dislikes Likes Odessa is very fond of feminine garments like corsets and skirts, as they give her a sense of euphoria. Besides, she thinks they look really nice. She quite likes to run, despite her sore lack of athleticism. Although she gets tired quickly, she finds it exhilarating just to run around for fun. She enjoys the feeling of soft grass and sand, whether she’s running her hands through them or walking on them with bare feet. Dislikes Despite having spent a lot of her life reading, Odessa dislikes books. She finds them boring and tedious. Having mostly been holed up inside for a lot of her childhood, she dislikes not being allowed to go outdoors. Of course, she doesn’t want to be out all the time, but not having the choice at all irks her.
