Sky perked her ears as she spotted Rom, though she ended up looking back down at her hooves. He had been the only stallion who wasn't her brother to talk to her, even if it was just to make sure she and Storm stayed close to the herd. *Isn't that his job though* she thought. She sighed. She somewhat blamed Storm for being so shy, but she couldn't completely blame him.

Romulous decided to go in for the landing. He landed a few yards away from Sky, his ears perked to her. He trotted over to her with a smile, lifting his legs a little higher than what was probably normal. "Escaped your prison I see." He remarked jokingly.

She waited for the gaurd to be out of sight completely before she answered him. "Well, to be completely honest you just up and left without saying anything." She gave a heavy sigh to collect herself and stay at least somewhat composed. "First you go off to another horse without saying anything, and come back, act like it never happened. I ask about it and you give me the silent treatment." She could hear her voice rising with her temper. "Then you just fly away like your avoiding me just to come back and be mad because a gaurd is doing their job." She was about to say more before Luna had told them they where going to reast here by the woods but to still remain highly alert. She nodded her head in acknowledgement before looking back to Novak. Hoping that he understood that he can't just run away or leave without saying anything. She gave a sigh as she saw a hazy pain in his eyes. She took a step closer and put her head on his so she wouldn't accidentally poke him in the neck or eye. She could feel her face and ears getting hot again. "I was worried for you. I don't want you to get hurt." Her voice fell to a soft wisper now, her voice reflected no anger or annoyance, but genuine concern and a deep rooted affection even though they had basically just met with she knew was ridiculous. Finally she removed her head and flicked her tail. Edited at August 9, 2021 07:57 AM by AppleBottomJeans

Keeping high alert even though he had a feeling they where in the clear he heard Luna say it was time for a break and smiled to himself, happy she took his advice. If not for everyone then for her own sake. He landed swiftly and silently, and quick enough to see she had gone to stretch her wings for a bit. Alright, good on ya lass. He pranced for a second, knowing it was rare for her to even think of leaving the heard, even if for a second. He was determined to not disappoint her so he folded his wings to keep along the ground, yes thy sky had a good vantage point. However with half the heard being in the woods he couldn't see them from above. He made his way over to the brother sister duo and made sure they were alright where they were before continuing on. He saw two mares glancing back over to a pegasus and unicorn. That looks like trouble brewing. He gave a chuckle and shook his mane as he kept on. Everyone seemed perfectly fine. He decided to go and make conversation. Even though it wasn't his strongest suit. He walked up to Lilly and kept his head high. "I see you've managed to get her to live a little ther, well done." He looked over to her and then up to Luna who had just reached the clouds. Edited at August 9, 2021 08:10 AM by AppleBottomJeans

Hurricane was standing with the rest of the herd, watching the rest of the herd and, or cource, the shadows. He noticed Luna and half wanted to go over and talk to her, if only to ask if anything was needed. Should I? She could be busy with other things. Well I'll just ask and see. Hurricane walked over to Luna. "Hello, I was just wondering if there was anything you needed me to do?" ~ Winter's Shadow was very bored. She didn't really know many other horses except for Hurricane, who was kind of boring sometimes. I should make some friends... But with who? Ooo, what if I became friends with Luna! Winter looked around for Luna and saw Hurricane heading over to her and saying something. If I go over there I'll have to wait for Hurricane to finish talking to her. Is there anyone else that will probably be a good friend? Wait, no, everyone seems like they could be a good friend. I guess I'll just talk to... Him. The horse Winter's Shadow was now trotting over to was Romulous. "Erm, hello." She said, then noticed Sky. Wow, is there anyone who isn't already talking to someone? Well, too late, I guess.

Luna looked at Hurricane as the stallion made his way over. "As of right now, no. Rest up if you need to. Once the sun starts to rise we will be heading out again" the white mare said as she spotted Sky away from Storm. *This will be interesting once he wakes up* she thought. ~~~ Sky looked at Rom before she replied. "He fell asleep. I can't really sleep" she said before she saw Winter come up. She stepped back shyly, dropping her forelock over her eyes. The gray mare figured she hadn't been noticed right away, since she was always with Storm, nobody would really notice her alone, or talking with someone else.

Lily looked over as Aaxel came up and said, "I see you've managed to get her to live a little there, well done." She chuckled slightly before saying, "She needs to take time for herself as well as the herd. She needed that fly." Lily looked over to see Luna land back to the herd after a couple minutes. Hurricane had made his way over to her. Scanning the herd again, she noticed Sky speaking with Rom and Winter which was fine, but Storm was very protective of Sky. Thankfully he was asleep. . .for now. Novak and Decibel were speaking quietly to the side and a few horses were grazing nearby. Everything looked fine and peaceful and Lily was thankful. "We all needed the rest, and Luna needed a break." Lily said quietly, mostly to herself.

Novak sighed, he went to lift his head before he felt her warmpth against his head. His ears got hot and when she pulled away, he looked at her. "Look, I'm sorry. I- there's been so much on my mind." Novak closed his eyes and tried not to collapse. He allowed his legs to shake. His hurt leg was lifted lightly off the ground as he breathed shallow.
Ahadi continued to fly around before he landed and flicked his tail. "Ugh-" He grumbled when his hoof hit a rock. He backed up and snorted in frustation and followed the herd again. Eventually he stopped and grazed for a moment, but glanced at Luna, his eyes glittering.

Romulous had a calm expression on his face, but a curious glint in his eyes. "Can't sleep? You've been hoofing it all day. My excuse is that I fly everywhere." He teased playfully, his voice even. He was suprised to see Sky shy away from him, hiding her eyes behind her forelock. Perhaps I overstepped a boundry? His brow furrowed in concern as he took a tentive step in her direction, but paused when he heard a voice behind him, his ears rotating in the coresponding direction. "Oh, good evening." He greeted calmly, turning to look over his shoulder at the approaching mare. He had to drop his wings to the ground so he could see over his back, the golden tips of them glinting in the moonlight. He nodded to the mare in greeting.
