So yeah, I've been on hiatus for a hot minute, but I made some cuties while I was away! Here are two brand new Day of the Dead themed dinos with spandex moving jaws. I really adore the dinosaurs, but I'm actually working on several non-dino fursuits at the moment.~ I had the white finished approximately a month ago, but I waited to show them off until their partner was finished! The black-furred dino was just completed today, so I snapped these poor quality photos right away, haha. These guys are all hand stitched and I am really feeling it right now. My fingers are bruised, but I'm pricking myself way less now with the needle.

WIP List as of 8/5/2020 + Add a mohawk to the werecat listed on page 1. Potentially add jewelry and a cloak. Turn that boy into a Khajiit. [0% complete] + Realistic Griffon with black and white lion's tail. [50% complete] + Fur the dino my mom painted. [0% complete] + Horned fox/wolf fullbody suit [this is going to take forever. 10% complete]. + Albino pitbull foam toony head. [40% complete] + Gay Pride Creatures. Need to brainstorm here. What creatures they end up being entirely depends on how well the griffon head turns out that is mentioned above. [-50% complete] + Probably start another dino again because I have no impulse control and they're fun. + Actually finish refurbishing that sabertooth leopard. I legitimately have like 10 fursuit heads just laying around my room staring at me, aaaaa. { Life hack: lists looks better in small font because it looks like less work to do (: ) Edited at August 5, 2020 07:56 PM by Nox

I'm back! I've been super busy between my crafts and my schooling. I'm definitely due for an update here. :) He's an albino pitbull foam head that I've been working on for a long ass time. The carved foam head had just been sitting in my room for like 4 months. It was definitely time to do something with it. This baby boy has detatchable hair and glasses, and features 3D printed eyes and a nose. The teeth were made with air dry clay and pink accents were all done in felt. This dude was quite a bit of work, because light-colored minky fabric is extremely unforgiving (you can see a little bit of the fabric bunched below the ear unfortunately). I think this was my first time working with minky though, so I am pretty pleased at the outcome. I also love pitbulls and their big boxy heads & huge smiles, so I tried to pull something like that off with this dude and I hope it shows!

WIP Head (and a spoiler of another head) No nice photos of this one yet, but this is a "fog" (fox x dog) that I'm working on! Fun fact: fursuits look weird as fuck without a nose in place. They will likely have a fluffy white hair tuft between their ears and brows of some sort. I also need to line the lips in black (you can see dents in the last picture on either side of the mouth -- I am hoping to make the lips reach into that and create a very defined smile. Haven't done that before, so we'll see :>). They still need: teeth, tongue, lip liner, nose, hair poof, brows and a neck. That sounds like a lot, but that should be one day's worth of work to finish him up. He also has a poofy fox tail that matches the icy blue of his ears (the entire back of his head is the same blue, and his neck will be blue as well). Also, if you saw -- there's an Alastor WIP grunge-styled head next to him in the last photo. It's taking forever to work on him, because I'm making all of his hair myself. How? This is how-- 100% acrylic yarn can be brushed with an animal slicker brush and made into hair wefts! You can then straighten the wefts with a hair straightener to get a soft, hair-like texture. While he's nowhere close to done, you can see what that all looks like here --
