Leroy Hall
Extremely confident, and harsh. Karou knows he tends to be extremely watchful. Doing good gets you a point, displeasing him deducts three. It’s extremely simple, don’t disrespect the man, no matter how young he is compared to the other soldiers. Personally, though, Karou doesn’t like Leroy, at all.
Leah Aether Fowler
She’s an intelligent woman, most definitely. Leah is more on the side of quiet and sturdy, a person fit to be a soldier. He’s comfortable working with her in the future, but that doesn’t mean he trusts her. After all, what Magnum would want to trust the very people who strongly dislike them?
Geralt Fairweather (Fairweather)
Karou doesn’t like being shorter than Fairweather, but it doesn’t matter all that much. The man isn’t a chatterbox, and he’s also protective, two rather good traits. Overall, the man seems like a gentle giant, and Karou probably likes him better than some of his fellow Magnums.
Sommar Ahlqvist
He definitely likes Sommar. Even though she has a whole lot of non-desirable traits, she has her fair share of likable ones. She’s not as uptight as some of the other soldiers can be, a person with a less than serious demeanor. Overall, he likes her, but wouldn’t want to get on her bad side. Generally speaking, he doesn’t want to get on any of the soldiers’ bad sides.
Mohadese "Mo" Dehghan
Ah yes. The beloved Magnum who also happens to be the second in command. To put it simply, Karou doesn’t trust her in the least, especially with her manipulative side.Though outsiders might believe that all Magnum should “stick together” and “have each other’s backs,” Karou sees humans and Magnums as the same, and liars are liars. Her self-confidence is far too high for his liking as well.
Rowan Conleth Graves
A calm person who doesn’t talk too much. Karou gets along with him slightly, though the melodramatic, pessimistic man is slightly irritating. Karou hasn’t really interacted with Rowan much, but isn’t against getting to know him better. His personality opposing that of optimism can be a bit of a downer, but, after all, this isn’t the best conditions to make friends, now is it?
Samuel Carter (Sam)
An introvert, which Karou is not. He can be positive at times, though most of the time, he’s just a reserved and solemn person. He doesn’t like bowing down and rolling over to anyone, which Karou respects. Generally speaking, Samuel is one of the one’s he hasn’t interacted with, and wants to get to know better so he can tell who to trust and who not to. Karou also refers to Samuel as “Sam”.
Aurelien Chevalier Thibaut (Lien)
One of his fellow Aeroum. Karou shortens his name to “Lien,” simply to be an annoyance. He’s a more laid back person, and definitely more quiet than some of the others. The two men are of about the same age, though Lien is definitely taller, much to Karou’s displeasure. Most probably couldn’t be taller than the other in any case, so there isn't much to be bitter about.
Finley Niel Blake
Karou is fine with him. He's calm and easygoing, also being rather observant. The man isn’t one to get enraged easily, thank goodness. Despite being the oldest of the Aeroum Magnums, he also happens to be the shortest, which Karou blatantly displays by using the other as an armrest.
Aztiello Menlo
At first, Karou was really tempted to call the other man “Azzy”. Mainly, he’ll just stick to not addressing him, or calling him by his last name. Overall, Karou enjoys his presence, but the general energeticness and cheer can sometimes be irritating, especially when Karou isn’t in a good mood. If you couldn’t tell, Karou is one to get irritated quite easily.
Josselyn “Jose” Matriahe
He likes her somewhat. She has a warm presence that he finds comforting, and she’s one to be rather good at music, and he loves music. Jose is an intelligent woman, and Karou gets complete no-nonsense vibes from her.
Kage Goto
Karou pronounces his name wrong on purpose, saying “Cage” instead of “Kah-Gay”. Kage is a liar, to put it plain and simple, with a trouble-making demeanor. Karou lets it slide with Kage’s love for music, similar to Karou’s own. He’s entertaining, though, so Karou doesn’t dislike the man entirely.
Belseleth “Seth” Arnold
Someone who Karou would believe to be a healer. Seth is solemn and has what Karou would consider a “cold” personality. He’s quiet and judgemental,and Seth also seems to be extremely speculative about every single person. Other than that, Karou doesn’t mind the man unless he starts to become obnoxious.
Aquene ‘Addy’ Addaloqus
Well, there isn’t much to say. He’s interacted with her a few times, but not really. Karou wants to get to know her better, as she seems like a genuine person, but then again, appearances are deceiving, are they not? All he knows is she’s rather… boisterous.
Asteria Celeste Alimont
She’s intelligent and impulsive, two rather conflicting traits. He doesn’t dislike her at all, though. On occasions he can get irritated with her, but he could get irritated at anyone. Overall, she’s a generally supportive and genuine person, and he wouldn’t mind being stuck in a conversation with her, but he’s definitely not entirely “close” to Asteria either.
Kaianus “Kai” Rose (Rose)
Though the others may resort to calling her “Kai,” Karou just goes by her last name. Previously he hadn’t known she went by Kai, and also didn’t want to mispronounce her full name, so he chose the second best option and used her last. He doesn’t like her more cunning and trickster side, so prefers to watch the theatrics from a distance.
Ranamaya Nyachyoo (Rana)
His opinion on her is similar to how he views Sunny. He’s shortened both of their names, simply because he doesn’t really care. The female is loyal and a hard-worker, he’ll hand it to her, but she’s also dramatic and bathes in her own self-pity. It’s more neutral for her, though her sarcasm is greatly appreciated.
Suneeta Nyachyoo (Sunny)
Though her name isn’t too much of a mouthful, Karou still sticks to calling her “Sunny” or “Sunshine”. It’s amusing. She’s not the most irritating person ever, not that he would know, but she also isn’t the best. Suneeta is more on the quiet, somber-appearing side, yet she’s also extremely overcritical. Either way, he doesn’t seek her company nor avoid it.
Amittai ‘Ami’ Zviad Mushi
Karou’s opinions on the person are, at best, neutral, to say the least. Ami can be a sensitive and possessive person, two traits Karou dislikes. The man is also a decent enough fighter. He could probably hold himself up in a fight, yet he prefers to remain as a passive person, not liking to fight. It’s rather ironic, considering Ami is a Magnum soldier.
Chloe "Finn" Finnigan
Well, he doesn’t dislike her. She’s sarcastic, which he thinks is a good trait because some people, surprisingly, don’t know what the word “sarcasm” is. Her impulsiveness and hard-headedness can be obnoxious at times, but a majority of the time, she’s not too much of a nuisance to deal with, so he’d be comfortable holding a conversation with her. At least comfortable enough to not get too anxious. She can be a bit stubborn, but other than that, she’s more on the likable side in his opinion.
