Question: How is the magic working? Is it a you either have it or you don't situation or could anyone learn magic? Also, with the sheets, is it an either-or situation with the weapon/magic?

Hmmm, ummmmm

I'd say anyone can learn magic, but it's highly recommended they learn it when they're young as it takes a few years of dedication. A lot of mages or magic users have been studying since a young age, but it's not unheard of for someone to pick up magic arts when older. You can have magic and a weapon, as long as it balances out
