There are two neighboring prides that constantly fight overterritory. There are also a few nomadic lions and maybe a few coalitions. The lions have to compete with each other, humans, the few creatures that prey on their cubs, and their ability to find food. There is also the sometimes turbulent pride hierachy, and politics.
