Realizing that my Narin story may take longer than I thought, so here's a song for now, lmao

Song; to my siblings by Tessa Blasko
(With some adjustments to the lyrics to better fit the characters in some spots)
Characters; Narin. Calypso, Amara, and Tirion mentioned
Context; This takes place at about the same time as the story I'm working on (called Kill The Pain, I've decided :D), which is about a suicide attempt Narin made at 21. Narin very much thinks about his sisters in everything he does however, which is actually what ends up saving his life in the end (you'll get more context on that in the story), but this song kind of encapsulates his thoughts during the attempt, thinking of them even then. I also recommend you give the song a listen, it's even more heartbreaking, lol
TWs: Self-harm and suicide attempt.
---
Narin, with a newly emptied bottle of pills in his hand, crying as he thinks back on memories with his sisters, truely just hoping they don't blame themselves and can remember the good times as fondly as he does: "I hope you don't forget the way I curled up next to you, watched the airplanes fly across the canvas painted blue... I hope you don't forget the times I told you: I love you! I hope you don't forget about me..."
Narin, grabbing the bottle of whiskey he brought with him to the roof, downing some of it quickly before smashing it and grabbing the sharpest shard, shivering as his sisters' faces continue to cling to his mind despite the alcohol and pain: "I hope you don't forget the days we'd climb the backyard tree, or when we'd see who could go further out at the old beach... I hope you don't forget the song I'd sing to help you sleep! I hope you don't forget about me..."
Narin, staring at his newly slit wrist, vision hazy as his mind provides him with images of his sisters' growing up, reminding him of how they always clung to him: "Every day gone by, I hope the mеmories stay as strong. The years go passing by and suddеnly it's been too long..."
Narin, as the drugs he took start kicking in, shakily allowing himself to lay down on the concrete roof, letting go of the glass shard in favor of reaching for his phone, which he mostly just holds for a long while, slowly starting to question if this decision was the correct one: "If you don't remember, then just sing our song..."
Narin, only hanging on to consciousness by the images of Calypso and Amara, which refuse to let him let go: "I hope you don't forget about the time we played piano, making songs up as we went, the special code we used to keep our secrets from our friends. The time we had the same dream and thought that it was meant to be... I hope you don't forget about me..."
Narin, in a sudden burst of desperation to at least make sure his siblings aren't the ones who find him, pulling his phone up and dialing the most used number, thinking back on everything he's done and how he's held on for so long just for his sisters' the entire time: "I hope I don't forget the games we played at 2am, or lose the drawings from the book, I've kept them ever since! As I let go, and you're still here, I pray that nothing ends..."
Narin, shaking violently, fully aware he's about to die as the person picks up the phone, sobbing as he starts to beg for Amara and Calypso to be protected, even if he can't be saved: "I hope I don't forget about you..."
