Like, he straight up becomes everyone on the Misfits go-to for any emotional situation or argument. He's got it. No strings attached.

Him and Aries are, like, the only reason Briar will become actually functional (though still mentally fucked up, obviously, so much angst-) and a good team leader relatively quickly. (Lux helps too eventually, but they kinda distance themself emotionally at first, so-)

And, in return, he gets a whole ass protection squad. He may not be a fighter, but his children will murder you if you look at him the wrong way XD

Man, I love Stellan as a character too. He's great.

Garvin got a lot on undealt with thoughts and feelings when it comes to the pirates so he is literally just conflicted on everyone and everything that reminds him of them.

Aries definitely likes the whole group though. Vee probably irks him a little at first, just because of his trauma from the arena.

Bernard is just thankful that someone was keeping Briar and Aries alive while they were gone. Thank goodness. Jeez. Totally apologizing for anything Garvin (Jack) says to Stellan, if anything is ever said.

Revan, of course, avoids them all. Best case scenario, in his opinion, is he never talks to any of them. The group is already too many people for him.

Very fair on Garvin's part, haha. Stellan will just give him space until he's ready

Also fair for Aries. Vee will probably irritate most everyone at first just because she tends to be closed off and quick to comment negatively when she's meeting new people. Luckily she'll warm up to the Misfits pretty quickly just because they were actually willing to take her in, which she hasn't had before, so with them we'll mostly see her protective side. When they reunite with the other protectors though, she'll certainly be sharp with her tongue, especially because of what she'll know from Briar and Aries. She might even threaten Akira until Briar and Stellan get her to calm down-

Lmaooo, luckily literally nothing Garvin says or does will be taken to heart. Stellan will just be waving off Bernard's concerns and promising that he doesn't have to be alone dealing with the chaos and struggles of the others anymore. Like, Stellan sees Bernard and immediatly clocks him as the care-taker, notes his age and goes "Yep, got it. You've done good kid, I'm proud of you. Now let me help you out here."

He's honestly probably the healthiest character I've ever made. He has trauma, but he's worked through it healthily and has surrounded himself with good people, ending up in a position of leadership (second or third in command of his tribe) by popular demand and is now just doing his best to help everyone else out. He's so precious-

Haha, which will be never. Garvin gets hit by the conflicted feelings and dives into addiction to avoid dealing with it very quickly. He has no plans on working through anything. Nope. None at all.

Well, more so irk Aries as in- Aries is ever so slightly put on edge by her. But, yeah, I can totally understand all of that haha. If Garvin wasn't so immediately hit by the conflicted feelings, he'd totally be egging Vee on to threaten/fight Akira. Probably.

Bernard is so relieved. He's so grateful. Thank you, Stellan, thank you. Unlike literally every other character of mine, he will accept the help very quickly, very easily. Totally still going to be apologizing about (his little brother) Garvin though because even if it isn't taken to heart, no one should be getting cussed out while they're just trying to help.

Very fair, lol. Surprisingly, Briar will probably jump in to try to stop Vee pretty quickly. Partially because they know someone will die if they don't and partially for reasons later revealed, haha

Awww, I kinda love their relationship already-

Bernard is 1000% being adopted within seconds and is going to be given so much encouragement and praise for doing what he's been doing. Stellan knows how challenging stuff like this can be, and it's certainly even worse at such a young age. And he'll probably chuckle a bit over being cussed at for helping, actually

Months with Vee and Kyra (and occationally Briar) make him pretty much immune to such things, but he'll appreciate the apologies anyway, lmao

Also, Stellan will probably actually be decently helpful with repairing at least some of Nico and Ingall's relationship eventually, as well as Ingall and Briar's relationship. Though he'll mostly let Briar and Akira handle their own shit while only mediating from a distance and making sure the others keep a distance too, actually (with the potential exception of Aries and maybe Lux for emotional support of Briar)

Jusepe has two powers, not one. He has Counterfeit and a power called Blackmail. Which. Yeah. He has dirt on everyone he meets, basically.

Bernard is totally trying too, he doesn't want (his little brother) Garvin to end up overdosing, after all. Honestly though, Garvin (Jack) might would calm down quite a bit if Stellan approached due to the whole addiction thing. Because that's not something Flood would do. At all. The pirates were... Dysfunctional at best. You'll never catch Garvin complaining about the pirates but fuck, they would not have actually been good parents. Anyways, yeah, no offense to Stellan. Chips wants to cry and hug Stellan every time he sees him and Jack wants to cuss him out, maybe even fight him every time he sees him. Garvin is very conflicted, very confused, and very against figuring anything out whatsoever.

Bernard's adoptive mother is still Linda Harper, by the way. So. He's still got a psychologist as his adoptive mother. He appreciates the praise and encouragement, and is beyond grateful that he has help. He also just wishes none of his friends had to be dealing with any of the stuff they're dealing with. (Also, something I've not stated yet is that Bernard actually recognizes just how much and how easily Garvin dissociates pretty quickly. He's very concerned. Garvin, of course, isn't very keen on talking about any of his issues though.)

Lovely, so everyone except Akira in the polycule actually has a good chance at making up. Probably. At least partly.

Yep, pretty much! Akira may actually have a redemption arc too, but I'm still not sure how they'd actually do with the polycule considering how much damage was already done.
