Basically, the poorer you go, the less futuristic and the richer you go, the more futuristic, but overall the architecture and stuff still tends to be at least a bit medieval. And yes, there are powers in this world, people are born with them and can sometimes have several.
Anyways- Everyone has a visor that allows the government to basically know everything about the person and spy on them. Only the rich are able to buy ones that don't do that. (I have so much more information about these visors if you want it but yeah)
Just about the only other thing I know about this RP idea so fair is that there's a rebellion going on.
-
Visors keep people focused on their jobs and also serves as a way for people to evaluate each other and see what rank they are in society by a color and use/abuse/do whatever with them if they are the lowest rank or the opposite if they are of a higher rank. So to reinstate rich people do still have to have the visors, they can just have ones that don't spy on them.
Anyways, usually visors let people do certain things that help with their jobs. Like a medic's visor might point out someone's injuries and what treatment is needed.
Not having a visor and being of a lower rank can lead to being arrested, so those in the rebellion smash theirs and create their own. Higher ranked people don't tend to be arrested immediately.
Visors can also turn off the spying system in other visors as long as that visors' rank is lower.

Rebellion has to work with the arena and that’s why Aries is there.
-
Rebellion has to work with Briar’s gang, very loose.
-
Rebellion has to work with Gorōta’s gang, also very loose.
-
I feel like Irfam and Revan are both already in the group, just very much different sides of it. Like, Revan's keeping things from getting out to the public and Irfam's over here just doing his job but for the rebellion too now. Making weapons (some of mass destruction).
I'm not sure how everyone would've joined the rebellion other than those two though. Especially people like Adbrei or Gorōta.
Garvin's pretty easy, if you offer him food then he's bound to show up. Aries would've joined due to the arena getting involved. And Mergen... Not sure about them yet either. But they'll probably be easier to figure something out for than Adbrei or Gorōta.
-
Akira's been against the government forever because of the home situation, so joining an actual rebellion was a no-brainer (plus, they've got food, so-), I'd say they're already in it. Nico would be relatively easy to get in too, they've been on the not-great side of society since they were born, and Adiar's probably all for it, so, if nothing else, they probably just followed their toxic boyfriend in
Sol... Probably followed Kano? Maybe?
I mean, he's honestly kind of a wild card at this point in time, so they're probably not even really aware of what the fuck he's actually getting into. Poor guy's completely scattered, lmao
Karma and Kostas are easy. Karma says fuck the government and Kos follows because 1, yeah, fuck the government, and, 2, if he doesn't follow, Karma's just gonna die somehow, so-
Ingall's the only one who's harder to gauge. In all honesty, he'd probably join just for the sake of Maya's memory, a kind of mini revenge on everyone who fucked her over in life. Oh, and, actually, the rebellion is probably a good hide-out spot to get away from Amar, so, there's that.
-
Revan joined due to Monta, and has stayed even as his life got even worse. He probably works with Promachus a bit to keep the rebellion under the radar. Not to mention the information he can get as a higher member of society.
Irfam and Alvis probably joined a long time ago, but after The Collapse, well, I mean- Alvis was dead and Irfam was not doing well at all. If I had to guess, he didn't show up for a while again but eventually did at around the same time he started to try and work on AI Child again. That being said, very much wasn't consistent with it until Promachus joined too and then Promachus was able to keep him coming a bit more consistently. Of course, at this point, he's very much unstable, so... There's that.
I can totally see Mergen and Garvin joining together, not sure which would be first though. Garvin probably heard about the rebellion first and ended up telling Mergen about it, since those two knowing each other kind of makes sense, and then Mergen basically said that they might as well check it out because why not and then they ended up staying.
Adbrei... Man, I've got no idea.
Gorōta probably joined because of his group. There's a few of them that totally would've joined and tried to get Gorōta to join too. Like Daiji, who probably would've brought both Hanu and Gorōta to try and stop some of the abuse going on in the group.
-
I feel like with some having joined already and some not having joined yet is probably a good place just so it's a bit easier
I want to figure out the base of operations for the rebellion first, whether or not members are allowed to just stay at the base or not, and just what all the rebellion is about. If I get all that stuff figured out then figuring out the rest is pretty easy, I think
-
I think that it might be easier if members had the option to stay at the base or not, that way we have more time for character interaction
As for what the rebellion is actually about, um, well, I'm not sure, I'm assuming it's something with the visors and not wanting the government to have that much control, but I'm not really sure about specifics

And that is all we have so far!
