Hmm, I think I like Oh No! Personally, but like I said, I love them both, so whatever you decide is amazing - Ah, heavy angst then, got it XD Now to decide between the two, lol

Oh No! has a lot more switching around than Curses would, with Oh No! also being less direct angst. - Lovely, lovely- I'm sure whichever you choose will be great

Also, I just came up with a bittersweet headcannon for this RP as well as a full angst one. Both involving Garvin and Ingall :) - Bittersweet: Ingall wants to befriend Garvin (or at least figure out how to not make him hate him), but, as socially incapable, anxious, and intimidated by Garvin as he is, he has absolutely no idea how to do this without being snapped at. So, he picks up on the fact that Garvin loves food (not hard to figure out, let's be honest) and comes up with the idea of leaving him little presents of food at his door without actually coming into contact with him (because, obviously, he's terrified). He leaves short notes saying things like 'Hope you enjoy, I know it's not much. Sorry. -Ingall' He knocks and then runs away before Garvin can actually see him, and when Garvin actually approaches him, he freezes up and starts apologizing because 1) He's insecure as hell, and 2) he's paranoid about accidently offending someone Sweet but a little sad :) - Angst: Over time, Ingall starts developing feelings for Garvin (still a good ship or nah? Either way, this headcannon will work, them not getting together will just make it more sad, lol), which is mildly concerning considering how much Garvin doesn't like him, but, ignoring that somewhat concerning fact, he does develop feelings, but is very scared to act on them. So, rather than working through his emotions and trying to talk to Garvin, he panics (because relationship trauma is real, severe, and very fresh, yay!) and isolates himself even more (which is impressive since he was already isolating himself-), basically scolding himself for having uncontrollable emotions and convincing himself that Garvin hates him anyway, so it wouldn't matter, but, then, maybe he should just tell Garvin so that Garvin punishes him for feeling this way, and he falls farther into his cycle of depression, paranoia, and self-hatred. All of which are very prevalent for this timeline already. :D

Haha, yep. Garvin meanwhile is mostly just confused by what Ingall's doing. Confused with a mixture of complicated feelings thrown in there too lmao - I think I'll do Curses, I have a better idea of the format for that one lol

That's very fair, lmao - Sounds good! I think I've decided to go with Control by Zoe Wees for Ingall, so I'll get that up soon too! :D - For now, though, I finally finished something! Here's Karma and their parents! - All single portraits credit goes to lof@Tokiori on Neka.cc All duo credit goes to kyoumeikaitou on Neka.cc - Karma Bravo, currently 22. An overly traumatized bean that lives off of sarcasm, emotional distancing, and Kostas. They struggle with anything and everything that involves people (unless those people are Kostas and only Kostas... Previously Quill as well). They love to draw and write (only, it's not really writing, more so incomprehensible, angry scribbling), and they love Kostas. Who they definitely don't believe they deserve. - Gomi Bravo, currently 54. Asshole. Literally think of any terrible thing and Gomi has most likely done it or thought of doing it. Just for starters, he's homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, abusive in every way you can think of, and a serial killer. Plus some other stuff. He's fun. :) - Noshi Bravo, currently 53. She's just as bad as her husband. She's committed all the same crimes and is also homophobic and transphobic. Oh, and she's also a serial killer. She and Gomi have more of a working partnership (plus having sex) than an actual, functional marriage. - Gomi (43) and Karma (11). Um, well, this was terrible. Gomi was severely abusive to Karma the whole time that Karma was living with him and Noshi, and, when I say abusive, I mean, in literally every way that you can imagine. Without getting into too much detail, Karma was on the brink of death when they finally managed to run away at the age of 13. However, those last 2 years were spent in and out of Gomi and Noshi's house for... reasons. :D - Noshi (42) and Karma (11). Once again, this was terrible. Noshi, though not as physical as Gomi, was just as abusive towards Karma as her husband, often even encouraging Gomi to go farther. It was also rare for Noshi to have her emotions turned on when she was around Karma, so they only ever really saw their mother in a very detached state. She also had a tendency to be more manipulative and emotionally abusive than her husband was and was known to threaten physical harm (mostly by Gomi), and even death. It was believable too, all things considered. Edited at October 29, 2023 06:12 PM by Lost Memories
