Haha, yay! Protective Briar! Also- If you're wondering why Aries is so set on protecting Briar... Chile is why. Chile's death in this one was somewhat recent, so Aries is still struggling a bit with all that. (If Briar in this situation was replaced with Nico, who has called him Ari like Chile used to, then this would actually be even worse)

Ah, yeah, that makes sense, lol Yes, yes, protective Briar! But, like, mild protective Briar because they don't see Horatio as an actual threat, just as an idiot, lol

Phew, that's good. Aries is just busy having a small breakdown meanwhile. The more he's reassured that he won't be hurt, the more he panics. Solely because of the mindset he's in right now, haha.

The post was amazing- And, yeah, time is just about the only thing non-violent that would work with how deep Aries is in his own head. Unfortunately, how much time he needs is quite a bit, since he's panicking too haha

There's the post! Enjoy Aries reacting by not reacting! Yeah. Dude is far gone. Fun little thing is that he's not exactly disassociating whenever he's in this mindset? Like, he's present (mostly, right now his panic is kind of getting to him).

The post was amazing! Not sure how my characters should react thoughhhh, hmmm I mean, Horatio's very certain that he's just making things worse at this point and Briar has mostly conceded to the time idea. Would any of your characters willing smack Aries atop the head at this point, cuz he might be stuck on the ground if not XD Technically, Juno might (though that may be worse knowing how Aries considered her), but only if she has reason to believe it was necessary (aka, Tio explaining the situation, which he may end up going and asking for help anyways, sooo) Edited at October 17, 2023 09:56 PM by Lost Memories

I- Honestly don't know. Gorōta and Gen'ya definitely wouldn't. Gorōta is basically a total pacifist, he's not even looking forward to learning to defend himself. Gen'ya... Would feel like shit if they had to, and they mostly wouldn't. Not unless they were 100% certain there aren't any other ways. And even then, if they hear that time might work, they'll fall onto that idea. Revan... Might? If the situation was explained to him. Would be insanely hard to get him to stop working long enough though, or really understand what's going on. - Honestly- The 'correction' needs to be harsh enough he comes back but not harsh to the point of immediately throwing him back into the mindset. But it does have to be either sudden or harsh or frightening (can't think of a better word) enough for Aries to actually go through the whole 'reboot' Juno being seen as a forger would actually help in making the correction seem (for lack of better word) frightening enough. Really, the main issue is not being harsh/sudden/frightening enough, because even if the correction immediately throws him back into the mindset, he won't be as deep into it that other stuff could probably work.
