Sooo, just thought of a question-

What would happen if someone were to, say, cut the tattoo of one of the Earth's protectors?

Well, it might hurt more than if you just cut any other part of their skin, but it wouldn't actually affect their power or anything. The tattoos are basically just a symbol to prove who the group are, specifically on other planets. For example, the previous time holders made a pact with the people of 'Tatius,' who still hold a good relationship with the protectors. When visiting 'Tatius,' the current time holder always introduces themself by showing their tattoo as proof that they aren't intruders or impersonators.

Also, the tattoos are impossible to get rid of, you could cut them off and they'd just grow back, so-

The arena might (definitely will) see the tattoo whenever they cut his hair and all. That being said, they'd also probably see it as Aries trying to reclaim himself given, which they can't have and all. So if they were to, I don't know, twist it into something terrible (ie, just another brand) and then go on to cut an X over it before continuing with what they were doing before (also this being why they brand him again, further twist the tattoo into seeming like a brand that they need to cross out and create further proof of him belonging to the arena)

Anyways, uh, yeah- Any information I should know with all that being said?

I mean, the tattoo will eventually fix itself (after a few weeks), so even if there's scarring it will make itself either darker or work its way around it so that it can be seen again :)

Probably a lot, I have so much angst planned. They are going to find him in a terrible state whenever the arena thing happens.

I mean, literally have planned him being in The Room whenever they find him. Which basically means expect him to grovel and kneel and express his utmost gratitude and regret at misbehaving and swear loyalty and apologize as soon as that door opens to let him out.
