I think she looks really cool :0 she is very well balanced with flaws and strengths, I think, and the curse is interesting for sure! she and sol kinda are twinning with their scars, albeit for very different reasons lmao

Although cool, I do think the curse mighttt be a little much, but I certainly like the idea of it? also I probably missed it, imma go back and re-read, but I didn't catch the origin. Otherwise, she looks super intruiging as a character - the only thing is that she would be the second albinistic character bonded to a dragon, which just, in terms of probability, doesn't make sense. So does the three halflings, for that matter, but if that's a big part of her character story and personality, etc., I would say again, don't change if you aren't inclined to do so. Just kinda wanted to bring it up. (p.s. her face paint and stuff sounds really cool, kinda simping *^*)
church of starry providence, and tempest, are terms I'm unfamiliar with in regards to the roleplay, and I'm sure can be incorporated into the world building with grimm's permission, I'm actively trying to figure out where they might fit in. (all world building, lore, religions, geography, etc. is on the first page of the roleplay). Also, where is she from?

also! maybe I'm thinking that azo is just,,, a very slow grower, so they tried flying, and maybe barely got off the ground and crashlanded because he was too smol, but now he finally grew to a decent height, so maybe they'll have a whole attempt to try again? |

Thank you ^^ I’m glad you think she’s well balanced, I was kinda tossing up if the tendrils were too OP or not.
I’m not too sure what I’m going to do about the curse, the idea itself is pretty solid but yeah. On one hand, I think I probably should tone it down quite a bit, the whole teeth falling out and the suffocating might be a bit much, but on the other, I kinda want to add in some more mundane stuff to it that would affect her more in her normal day to day. And then there’s my internal sleepy boi who thinks it’s good enough and just wants this finished.
I don’t know, I think I’ll finish the rest of the sheet and if I come up with any changes or anything beforehand then great but if not then that's just the way it’s going to be. I’ve held this up long enough and a lot of that stuff’s worst-case scenario anyway so it’s not like it’s going to be set in stone, I can always change it later if I want.
The Church of Starry Providence and all that I was originally going to detail in Céibhfhionn’s backstory, but I figured since the sheet’s already so long, instead of trying to shoehorn it in there I’ll just do a separate post here. At least that way I don’t have to worry about it being bloated and rush through it all, y'know.
Where’s she from? Like what kingdom/province? I haven’t decided yet. I was going to plop them on a small island somewhere, maybe near the fae since they seem to be the most involved with the sea or close to Sado so I don’t interrupt anything? I'm sure we'll work something out. |

what are the origins of the curse, again? or who cursed her? the reasoning behind it could help you decide the severity and effects of it.
also, I think she's generally a great character, I just think that that a very rare halfing type (I think, according to the sign ups, she's be the first in thousands of years) and her being the second albinistic character is a little strange in terms of probablity? Then perhaps, because it is a fantasy world, albinism is a more common thing? who knows.
and that makes sense! so, the southern seaside in the human kingdom would be most inolved in the sea, I would think? and technically, she could be from sado, if that's easier for you, because sado doesn't have defined religion or culture yet, and is easily flexible. So I dunno. It's not up to me baha, in the end, this is all your choice, I'm just tossing out ideas.

I know this isn’t exactly what you asked, but the base for this curse is in the RP Ceibhfhionn was originally written for, after she died the first time she made a deal with what we called ‘unseen forces’, these ‘deal with the devil’ types essentially, that she would never die again. So when she was eventually drowned instead of dying she became a rusalka for a century or so until she sacrificed her children. There’s a lot more to it but that’s the gist.
I get what you’re trying to say, and I agree, being a first in thousands of years halfling and being the second bonded albino to boot is snowflake-y as fuck. I haven’t 100% set it in stone how the curse happened in this rendition, but it all ties together, at least in my notes.
The church is very much an isolationist Jonestown/Waco type thing so it doesn't really matter where they are. Though I do like the idea of Céibhfhionn being Sadonian and, yeah, with it not really being developed it’s probably the best way to slip everything into the RP. Maybe the church spans an archipelago known as ‘the disputed islands’ or something and over the course of the war it’s been held by everyone at some point but is now independent and allies with the new empire(?)? I dunno, I think I’ll ask Grimm first before I get too carried away. |
