Agni, Kage, and Aries- The best group for beating people up in order to protect friends. Chile helping calm down Sky while glaring daggers at James XD - Yeah, in this roleplay, I'd probably have someone convince Quincy to either stay or come back. No matter what, he'd be disappearing for a bit. How it goes down usually- Aries & Quincy: Big fight because of Quinn constantly leaving. Words are said. Quincy: Leaves a note saying he won't come back because he bit off more than he could chew and now has to go. Aries: Suffers. Chile: Literally the glue to Aries's mental health. Arena: Kills Chile. Aries: Suffers even more. Jakob: 'Huh? Who's this random guy at this bridge with a gun/large knife to his head?' Aries & Jakob: #MeetCute. Aries: Suffers more, but everything's okay! Eventually Jakob & Aries: Break up. Aries: Suffers more, contemplating going back, begging for forgiveness. Troy: Look who's back! Back again! Aries: Clings to Troy. - Basically that. Not sure how much I need to change here lmao |

Indeed, lmao - Ah, I see. I think that could definitely work! I'd say Agnar or Akira would be the two of my characters that would be the best at convincing Quincy to come back. Maya might try, but considering how she acts when people leave, she probably wouldn't be the best option. Ingall would just let him go, both for Aries's sake and because he wouldn't know what to say or how to help anyway, and Kage and Sky... Well, if Skylar sees that Quinn's hurt Aries in any way he'll immediately go back to the mindset he had with James and just kind of drop Quincy. Kage, also having that trauma with James, would be more hesitant but would probably follow Skylar's lead in order to properly protect him from potential harm, sooo - Chile dying will be a complete disaster on pretty much everyone's part. A ton of self-blame from Ingall (though not as much as from Aries, because jesus christ that's a lot-), Maya scrambling to put everything back together and take care of everyone (especially Clio) while silently suffering herself, Agnar also having some self-blame (though not a ton) and trying to figure out the best way deal with the fact that he lost someone else, Kage losing his shit and threatening to murder anyone who had any part in killing his friend (more trauma for Aries there, I'm sure, lol), Skylar panicking, trying to help, then panicking more (plus lots of self-blame for him too, of course -), and Akira being effected by the chaos of the group, but mostly just worrying about how to get everyone to calm down and go back to relative normal so things don't keep getting worse. - And, uh, I hate to say it because Chile dying will hurt my heart, but thinking about it, that's actually a good way to fully drag Amar in as well... Ingall panicking will lead him to both falling back on old habits and also trying to find more income to stabilize the group again and provide proper food and such. Thus, turning to Amar :) |

Looks like it would be completely up to Agnar and Akira then, because none of my characters would even be trying to convince him to come back- Aries might would but he's too sad and traumatized haha. - Aries would have so much self-blame. Because the fight that Chile lost and died in was a fight against Aries. There is so much trauma going on there. Garvin and Devery wouldn't be too affected actually, similar to Akira and just trying to get everyone to get back on track a bit. Quincy, if he was back, would probably end up disappearing for a bit, just because he doesn't know how to deal/cope with all that. And then Oculi would be sad and have some self-blame. - Alright- So if I do kill Chile, that also means that Jakob will be in this too. And, honestly, that makes sense about Ingall. So... We like the idea of all the angst or do we want less angst and to change things up a bit with the Aries lore? |
