I use the packet stuff and then put a shake or two of cinnamon in it. Top with mallows or whipped cream. |

I acctually have a keurig(i think thats how you spell it lol) and i get the little hot chocolate cup things and do it that way :D |

Really depends on how fast, chocolaty, and thick I want it. Most times I don't have the time or chocolate for making it all by scratch, so I'll use extra powder in hot milk. |
