| This is super late to the topic and I missed most of it but dude, headaches and migraines are the worst. I have to drink 4 liters of water a day and 10 grams of salt due to health issues and literally any day I slack on that even just a little, or I get hot enough to sweat a little, they start up with a vengeance. I definitely relate to how sucky they are. I have a whole regimen and checklist I go through when I feel one because I dislike them so much |
