Haha, I'm not sure if I should add another or not. I plan to add Christmas accessories depending on what the user wants - scarves, headbands, ribbons, bows etc - but probably not backgrounds for the sake of my poor 'Ol sanity.

Ooo, I actually got my Christmas tree today ^^ First year we've gotten a real Christmas tree in the past 10 years which is a nice change of pace.

I don't think that so bad of a tradition, I mean black Friday is the best day to buy most things - why not a Christmas tree ;) When does your family normally put up decorations?

You can never get too much practice so it's nice you're working on your hobbies ^^

Real trees for me all the way! When I was younger my family had this dinky little fake tree we would plug in and call it a day. The holidays were kinda sad for us so we didn't really do much. That's no us now though! We put up decorations the day we get our Christmas tree. The place we go to get our tree has amazing decorations and we end up always buying more to add to our collection. We have garland going around the two banisters in our apartment and we have it on my bed frame and my mom's too. My sister isn't big on decoration so she doesn't really partake in the whole garland thing. Christmas is a big thing in my family. Any traditions you have that stick out?

Fair enough, I do agree that there are nicer aesthetics with real Christmas trees; which is to be expected, but it's a nice feeling. As long as you aren't putting decorations up in early October, black Friday isn't half bad.

Jeez - how many Christmas decorations do you have haha? My family rarely buys new decorations, we've kept the same ornaments for the past two generations so they have a nice nostalgic feel to them. It also means you have to be extra careful not to break them, but ours are pretty sturdy, having spent most of their lives in a box in an attic haha.

I'm more like your sister then; the rest of my family love putting decorations up and positioning things. Whilst I love the look of them, I'm not much for the whole set up. I guess I don't have an eye for Christmas decorating haha.

I wouldn't say we have too many odd traditions. Other than buying a turkey so large it lasts us a month of dried meat meals, which is always a joy.

Well, does it count if we put up our fall decorations in august? Yes, I know, we're bad. Holidays are big in my family. We celebrate big or not at all! Even if it means putting up things in august. :P

Haha, you'd be surprised how much we have. This year we couldn't even fit all the ornaments we have onto the tree. We only had a handful rest though. Mostly all the ball ornaments were left. We literally buy new ones every year. Same goes for decorations, though we still have some spots to put them for new ones.

Well, my sister is kind of like a scrooge. Her famous line is that we shove Christmas down her throat, haha. She has gotten way better though. I think she secretly likes the decorations. Kind of like you. Not liking putting them up, but instead loving to look at them.

Ha, well you must like meat a lot then. Turkey isn't my personal favorite but, hey, whatever makes you happy.
