Since this is a gameplay question and not a question quite for the mods, it would go under Forums > Member Help for future ref, if I know my way around the forums at all, lmao. The community is pretty fast to answer questions there. :)

You can apply Warrior's Stones until the wolf is 2. There's no limit to how many you can apply as they age so theoretically you can keep a wolf forever. (Thank you to Eternity for confirming / checking my info with me, lol)
