Apple prices go down during wolf party events. So yea, I think it would help. People usually go all out. So yea, they'll put it up for what they want but when it doesn't sell for 100, they'll start lowering it

There is no way to "up" a currently existing wolf's vitals- that is permanent and never changes. You can "breed up" the vital quality of your wolves and- of course- buy a Passion Flower to be used on your vital breeding female when they are pregnant.
