Victory used to be a stunning young woman, and maybe she still is, as long as you're into scars. Her body is COVERED in them from her many campaigns. Though there's a prominaet one that spans from her hip all the way down to the tip of her tail. No one really knows how she got it, but in comparison to the rest of her major scars, it's rather recent. Maybe the blood that was found on her hands when she [REDACTED) but no one really knows for sure.
As for her human half, she has nice tanned skin, but also vitiligo, typically located around her face, altering in a whiter hue than the rest of her skin. It's been changing, and there are splotches around her hands and elbows, as well as her lower back. Victory has a flower tatoo on her neck that also spans down around her back. The woman has a pretty big scar on her face she recieved from a nasty orca attack. She now hangs the orca skin out of her reef cave.
Victory has beautiful long wavy brown hair that comes down to her hips. It's probably the one thing she likes about herself. Her eyes are a penetrating red color as well, using holding a hatred in them. Victory is also usually decked out in jewerly. Just because she hates the upper class now, doesn't mean she can't absolutely serve. Maybe it's her way to telling people she's not done fighting.
Personality
Ever since her fall from grace, no one seems to know much about her. The young woman keeps to herself, and no one in the upper class seems to care much about her, though she feels the same about them. The one thing people do seem to know about her, is that she is HATEFUL. The woman rarely speaks, but when she does, nothing good ever comes out of her mouth. If looks could kill, she'd be a serial killer... or... maybe she already is. Afterall, the reason why she got kicked from rich living is currently unknown. Maybe because those people are scared she'd come after them if anything was said. All that really is known is that she was escorted out of the Upper Class reef with maximum secuirty, yet no one dared to put hand-cuffs on her. Now she lives here... in this hellhole. Surrounded by people who hate her for what she used to be. Well, she doesn't blame them. She hates herself too, but she hates the people who watched her fall all the more. If she could, she'd burn it down, and even though they're quite literally under the water, that woman is so determined she might find a way to. Everyday, her hatred grows. it grows, and it grows, and it grows, and it grows, and it grows, and it grows, and it grows, and it grows.... oh, if she doesn't get her hands on someone soon, she'll explode.
Though, maybe that's what she's doing when she disappears during the day. Some may think she's just scared, trying not to get jumped by the lower class merefolk. But that's the last thing. She couldn't care less if she got into a scuffle. Oh, she already has. Maybe that's why she hasn't gotten messed with since. They never did find all the pieces to his tail. And they never were able to prove Victory did it. And they never will.
Anyways, she's losing her mind.

Strengths (3 minimum)
ANGER - Maybe it's more of a weakness than a strength, but her undying hatred for everyone around her, including herself, is the only thing keeping her going. It's what keeps her strength up, and what makes her stay awake at night. She's always scheming.

Strength - One of Victory's strengths is... well, her strength. The woman used to be a warrior and has seen plenty in her days. She's strong, and never backs down from a fight, though she knows when too much is too much. She's not stupid. Well. Not TOO stupid

Combat Knowledge - Victory knows a thing or two about fighting. She, at one point, was prepared to give up her life for this place. Now, she wishes she had joined the very forces she'd fought and tear it down. That satisfaction of doing it with her bare claws...

ANGER - Yes. Where her strengths lies so do her weaknesses. Where the anger keeps her going, it also blinds her at times. It makes her do stupid things. Like lashing out. A short temper doesn't do well when needing allies, and if she goes out with her plan... she'll need help. And to believe, just a few years ago, she was calm headed.

MURDERER - The rep of a murderer isn't one that helps Victory. It makes people scared of her, which in some cases is good... she doesn't need people poking in her business. But it gets... lonely...

Stubborn - Victory is too stubborn for her own good. It doesn't mean she isn't open to new ideas, but like those around her, she tends to hate people based on their backgrounds. Except now, she just hates everyone.
