Eiríkr is a formidable stallion. Standing at 18 hh, he is truly a creature of tall proportions. With an overall broad and muscular physique, the male is best suited for strength and power over speed and stealth. While he can keep his own pace, he is certainly not the swiftest stallion within the herd; his skills are more suitable for protection purposes.
Several scars remain upon his body, most having been obtained from his days as a bachelor, prior to joining the current herd. In terms of his coat colour, it remains relatively simple throughout. He was a chestnut, but is now greying out. The colour remaining consistent until you reach his face, to which it's bolder and darker. A single, random dot of white is seen upon his forehead, and runs slightly down, only to end abruptly.
His nose becomes a darker brown before fading into a near-black. When it comes to his mane and tail, they are greying out as well. Eiríkr has dark brown eyes to the point where they may appear black in certain lighting, and his voice is deep, yet loud.

Eiríkr possesses an overall calm and composed demeanor, rarely showing his emotion openly when busy. He maintains a dignified presence, even in challenging situations. The stallion may be considered overly cautious, approaching new scenarios with careful consideration and planning. He prefers to assess the risks before taking action in most cases, allowing him to avoid.. unnecessary dangers. After all, he is cunning.
Eiríkr has a sharp intellect and keen problem-solving skills. The male is quick to analyze situations and devise effective strategies to overcome obstacles, making him a rather valuable asset in any situation. If one thing is for certain, Eiríkr knows what he's doing. He is a master strategist, capable of seeing the bigger picture and planning several steps ahead. He approaches challenges with a calculated mindset, always thinking tactically to achieve his goals.
However, there are times where he may be considered more light-hearted. Despite his stoic exterior, Eiríkr possesses a subtle sense of humor and enjoys moments of levity with those he trusts. Brigh | Lead Mare | Confused
Eiríkr and Brigh had grown up in the same herd and were not only best friends, but also first loves. However, at the age of three, Eiríkr left the herd to become a bachelor. It was long overdue, given the looks he would recieve from the herd stallions, their patience running out. It pained him to leave Brigh, but as nature went, he had little choice. Without knowing, he had left a piece of himself with her. If he knew, he would have stayed or tried to reach a conclusion, but he didn't. Years later, after being a bachelor for a while, he ran into the herd Brigh was leading. She allowed him to join immediately. Eiríkr was overjoyed to see her, but when his feelings were not returned, and instead, he was shut out, their relationship grew strained. Brigh cannot even look at him now nor remain within a few meters of him, and Eiríkr doesn't know why. Was it something he did? Did him leaving cause such bitterness? In return, Eiríkr has distanced himself from her.
Ondina | Deputy Mare | Platonic Soulmate
Eiríkr met Ondina during his travels as a bachelor. As a result, the two decided to journey together, quickly becoming friends. Ondina is somebody that Eiríkr can rely on for anything and considers her family. In his eyes, she is his platonic soulmate. So, when they weren't sure if they would ever run into a herd, they decided to have a foal. It was a decision built on mutual trust and respect. Despite no romantic feelings ever being involved, Eiríkr knew that Ondina would be a perfect mother and could think of nobody better to co-parent with. His thoughts didn't change, even after finally finding Brigh's herd and joining it. Eiríkr would lay his life down on the line for Ondina and is a loyal friend to her, as she is to him.
Særún | Herd Mare | His Other Half
When joining the herd, Eiríkr remained on his own for a little bit before meeting Særún. At the time, she was a bachelor, and her personality was one in which Eiríkr swiftly grew smitten with. She didn't make it easy to gain her affection, but Eiríkr was determined. He was always clear with his feelings and how he felt for her, often showering her with gifts. Even now, having been her mate for a while, it isn't uncommon to see Eiríkr pursue small acts of service for her, or leave gifts to this day at her feet. She brings out the good in him, something that he is eternally grateful for. He loves Særún and would undoubtedly do anything for her. He is grateful to call her his mate and the mother of his children. It will always be Særún.
Archiebald | Twin #1
This colt is Eiríkr's pride and joy. There is never a time where Eiríkr would deny his son his company. He spoils the boy, perhaps too much, for his answer is often "yes" when Archiebald asks him for a favour. Not one to be humiliated by playing with his kids, Eiríkr often participates in small games or outings to entertain and teach Archiebald important survival skills. Eiríkr would be lying if he said that Archiebald doesn't stress him out at times, especially being born a twin.

Eiríkr adores Theo and, like Archiebald, keeps an eye out for him. At times, Eiríkr may be rather.. overbearing when it comes to Theo, given his stunted growth in comparison to his twin brother. As a result, Eiríkr spends more time with him, ensuring that he has the suitable skills needed to survive. This son of his is on the quieter side, so it's common to see Eiríkr take Theo out for small strolls and encourage him to open up more. This also involves him playing with him, and often encourages his son to join him. Often, Eiríkr will do humiliating things around the herd to help Theodore beat his shyness, hoping that he'll grow out of it as time surpasses and to show him that there isn't anything to worry about.
Atreides | His Son
Atreides is Eiríkr's firstborn son, and an individual whom Eiríkr practically worships. Eiríkr has a special bond with Atreides. He resembles his father, something that Eiríkr is beyond proud of. There is absolutely nothing that Eiríkr wouldn't do for him, and practically dotes on him. It is clear that he is proud, for he often boasts about Atreides and how skilled he is (and how much he takes after him). Eiríkr took careful time and consideration when it came to raising Atreides, ensuring that he became an experienced stallion. All of his knowledge, he passed onto his son, ensuring that he would be a worthwhile opponent dare anybody challenge him. Not only did he tell him any strategies or tricks that he had, but to this day, Eiríkr will often spar with Atreides to boost his confidence and experience. He loves Atreides like no other, and would throw himself into danger without a second thought if it meant that it would save him from harm. He is also never one to hide how he feels about Atreides, often telling him how proud he is of him. It is clear that Eiríkr would hang the moon and the stars for him. Nothing would ever stop Eiríkr from ensuring his son's survival, it has been that way since Atreides was a colt, and it still remains that way today.
