Lycus is a rather stunning stallion, though he isn't the type to flash it around or flaunt it to others. He has a good, solid build, one that is tall, muscular, and overall well balanced in figure. Standing at 16.3 hh, Lycus is certainly not the tallest stallion there is, but it's still an impressive and capable height, allowing him to hold his own in fights where he might be the smaller stallion. Typically in these situations his experience softens the disadvantage he might have for being smaller.
The stallion has a painted coat, it's color difficult to name without taking a closer look. Many would incorrectly call him a brown, or even bay, paint, maybe even a dark grey paint. However, neither of these would be correct. Instead, Lycus is a grullo paint stallion. His hooved are white as well, and his mane and tail match this, appearing white, though they tend to transition to a more blonde color at the ends, but that's just because he's a wild horse and a little unkept. Aside from his coloration, Lycus tends to stand out because of the bright, ice blue colored eyes he has lying within the greyish backdrop of his face.

- N A M E - Helios - A G E - 1 Year, 1 Month - G E N D E R - Male / Masculine / Stallion - H E R D - Prairie Herd - R A N K - Yearling - D E S I R E D . R A N K - Lieutenant - W H A T . D O . T H E Y . W A N T . T O . D O . ? - If Helios is being honest, he doesn't wish any conflict between the two herds that would lead to the loss of lives. He's content with settling things in a peaceful matter if possible, but knows that it's really up to the adults of how things play out. In his perfect world, the two herds coexist together instead of compete - A P P E A R A N C E -  Helios is a young creature, standing at 13.1hh tall at only a year old and still growing. It would certainly be concerning if he was only 7.1hh tall, considering he's a mustang rather than something such as a pony or baby foal. His coat looks white, but a proper term for this colt would probably be grey. Actually, throughout certain sections of his coat you can see darker patches of dark grey fur and hints of a beige. Most notably, there are patches on his face like his cheeks and forelock, neck, and even around and near both sides of his flank. His muzzle is a light grey color with a splash of pink over his right nostril, and legs are a caramel-grey color up to where his knees are from his dark grey, almost black hooves. His eyes are a dark brown color. His mane and tail are thick and mostly free from knots, albeit messy. His mane is a light cream color, while his tail is the same white as his coat and the ends of the hairs are a burnt caramel. Now, in terms of length you can certainly see that it's rather short in length. His mane lays over a bit of his neck and tail certainly classifies as short. In time, however, it will grow to be longer. Helios has no scarring across his coat yet, as he hasn't been presented with a situation where he's in the claws of danger by a predator. For now, this colt lacks definite muscle definition. He still has his lanky legs and the grace of a newborn foal to boot, but as he grows he will obtain more muscle definition to give himself a fuller frame. His posture is usually full of confidence, with his head held up tall and ears up proud. Rarely, you shall see this colt have his head down in embarrassment or shyness except for the times he manages to rope himself into an awkward conversation with an older herd member. In those times, his head will be lowered like he's about to graze while pawing the ground with his hoof behind his mother and mumbling bashfully. His voice is loud and commands attention naturally, and whenever he's not tripping over his own four feet, you'll find Helios is quick and agile. - P E R S O N A L I T Y - Now this is a yearling who thinks he has everything figured out. His place in the herd, his relationships with everyone, his friends and enemies, and even how to get future ladies (wink wink). He's a little dork who likes to flirt with the other yearlings (he would never flirt with a foal or adult, that's just weird to him) through cheesy pickup lines and fancy performances strutting around and usually making a fool of himself. He loves to put on a good show, whether it's through something physical like a prance or even telling some weird, made up story he came up with on the spot. Praise helps to boost his confidence and highly encourages him, and while he may not look like it this little guy is rather insecure. He can take criticism or reprimand from those older than him and take it into serious consideration, but just know it'll deal a blow to his pride and confidence for quite a while. Helios has thick skin to petty insults, but his pride is a fragile thing and sometimes words build up overtime causing him to have a moment of insecurity. He may seem irresponsible and incredibly childish for a yearling, however trust me when I say he can take the initiative and rally the crowd if need be and is a rather fearless soul, even if the odds are stacked against him. Helios can keep a level head even in the scariest of situations, and will tackle foes head on who dare threaten the herd he treasures. He drives towards his only goal of making sure as many horses as possible are okay in the end, and sticks strongly to his morals, unbudging to peer pressure and expectation. Something good to note about Helios is that he is also rather clumsy. From tripping over his own hooves, to an unfortunately placed rock, it's easy to see he's almost the complete and utter opposite of graceful but tries his best anyways. Don't get this wrong, Helios can run just as well as any yearling, however it's mostly when he's showboating that his clumsiness truly comes into play. The yearling is still learning about the wonders of the world, so he's a bit naive. The adult's words are usually his main source of knowledge, unless they are outlandish. He's naive, but not dull, and still has quite a bit of common knowledge that's kept him from totally believing the tall tales they'll tell him. Don't let his initial gusto fool you. He's more quiet and respectful around adults, and actually has a bit of a shy streak to him when it comes to striking up conversations. Arius’ coat is predominantly white, reminiscent of freshly fallen snow, with splashes of soft buckskin that create an awe-inspiring visual contrast. Starting at his hindquarters, his butt is mostly adorned with the soft, earthy tones of buckskin, reminiscent of the sands of a tranquil desert. This trail of buckskin continues to cascade up his back, creating an elegant transition from the predominantly white canvas of his body. Moving along his sides, they are predominantly a pristine white, like a blank canvas upon which nature has painted its most intricate details. Amidst this snowy expanse, it seems the artist's touch becomes scattered, creating patches of soft buckskin that seem to dance in the light. She likes being around others and socializing as much as she likes being in the background. She favors just listening and observing others, but she knows when she needs to speak up. She is also good at reading the room and adjusting to situations flexibily. This dame is highly intelligent and is almost always in deep thought or her mind is always full of plans and ideas. Her relationship with others can be quite complex. Rarely does she ever make the first move to introduce herself, but if she does, then something about you fascinates her or you are just rather special. She may come off as cold and uninviting when you first meet her, but if you're persistent she'll allow you to lay down next to her in silence - and if you're lucky engage in conversation. When you manage to become her true friend then she'll open up more and be more vocal around you. She is protective of her friends, and if you are trying to harm them then she will harm you. I guess you can say if you royally piss her off then this ice queen's sadistic side will show. This female is quite flexible when it comes to her role in a group . She's good at receiving orders, as she'll make sure her task is done to completion and be done before time. While she respects those in charge, if she doesn't like the person or think them worthy then she will be snide and icy towards them, but she'd still do the task. However, if the superior in charge makes a stupid decision, is rude to her, or dare abuses there power she may say something and it won't be nice or she'll find a way to expose them by scheming to have them reveal their true nature. If she knows she can't call you out immediately, but she has the patience to remain quiet and observe you - and the moment she has a chance she'll rat you out. However, if their is a secretive matter going on then she'll hold it as blackmail against you unless you convince her to drop it or to join you. While being a subordinate/teammate , she is also a good leader. She isn't the best in giving motivational or optimistic speeches, but she leans toward being more realistic, but can be borderline pessimistic. If a situation is bad then she won't sugar coat it, and she despises those who sugarcoat things. She also has a commanding aura around her when she gives orders, and her tone is almost daring you to disobey or displease her. If you do then you're in for a whirlwind of hurt. When punishing other for misbehaving and disobedience she isn't one to dish out the punishment immediately but she waits for an inconvenient time to make it hurt even more. While she is stern and strict with them, she still encourages them to be the balls of energy they are. While she enjoys being in quiet spaces, she'll tolerate loud foals around her but if they get too annoying then she'll kindly reprimand them. Every now and then she'll relax and show off some of her own mischievous behavior around them. She desires her own children, and she would be an excellent mother in her opinion. She would be stern with her children and give them tough love, as she doesn't believe in coddling. Whenever her children are naughty she'll have specific ways to discipline them and it will always end up teaching them a valuable lesson. She also doesn't believe in someone else disciplining her child [even if they deserve it.] unless they are family or a trusted friend. She will rip the poor fool who does such a thing a new one, and then she'll discipline her own child. She also respects the offspring of others and wouldn't dare think of telling someone else's child something to do, but rather consult the parent. When it comes to love, this female isn't the best at showing it. She's more of a mixture between a tsundere and kuudere, she may be more hostile and cold towards the person she likes. It's her own insecurity and anxiety about not being good enough for them. She also may appear to not care at all but she may sometimes unknowingly slip out small words of affection or tenderness towards them. She's also a jealous type if someone is flirtimg with her crush, but she'll play it off. However it may get the best of her, afterall she is rather possessive of what she considers 'hers' whether it be a potential partner or friends and family. And again - she would do anything for them, and that includes kill.
