Aris is 5 '8, has a decent build (like he works out, from time to time), short white hair (due to defect) (is based off an albino harpy eagle) tanned due to being outside most of the time. A scare on his right cheek, gray eyes (again defect) pointed ears, and fangs. Aris has several piercings, all on his ears except for a hidden tongue piercing he got because of a dare. He more often than not will be seen wearing a bodysuit, brown bomber jacket, combat boots, a pair of distressed black jeans, and his black gloves.

Likes:
The rain: he can't fly in the rain due to safety reasons, but it's still his favorite weather. He likes to glide low to the ground , or perch in a tree or on a building and just listen to the silence. (also free bath for his wings)
Nighttime: more specifically when it's dark out and everything is quiet and slightly cold. He feels it is the perfect time to think. And being the insomniac he is he has a lot of time to think.
Music: any music. But he hates country music, like if it comes on he will b*tch and moan about if till its turned off or replaced, but his favorite type of music is classical (Tchaikovsky is his favorite)
Deep conversations: when someone is talking about something they're passionate about he can't help but give them his full attention, and then he ends up falling in love with that thing because that person talked so patiently about the topic.
The smell of men's cologne: no explanation for this one. He just enjoys the scent.
Giving and receiving gifts
His birds: two parakeets, both female. One is named étoiles (stars in french), and the other named lune (moon in french). Both are Blue-winged parakeets.
Dislikes:
Sudden loud noises: (ex: screams, shrieks, music that he isn't in control of blasting, things hitting one another) it just throws him off.
Cats: allergic
Olives: hates them. Thinks they are the worst food ever
People touching his feathers :they are very sensitive. Ment to detect the slightest changes in temperature, weather fluctuations, and wind shifts. It hurts when people touch his wings. And the oils on their hands make his feathers dirty and are a pain to clean.
Strengths:
Communications: he can pick up languages fast, can hold multiple conversations at once without breaking a sweat. Knows how to talk to people.
Agility: he is light in his feet due to his lighter weight bones.
Heightened senses: a heightened sense of sight (before the accident. Now he seems like a normal person with 20/20 vision), and hearing due to evolution. It's no longer necessary because he doesn't need it to hunt for prey. But he still has the abilities.
Balance: due to being lightweight he has exceptional balance.

Limited stamina: due to his large wingspan it's very physically taxing to stay in air for a long period of time.
Weak: lack of brute strength compared to most, which makes him more vulnerable in melee combat
Vulnerable: to ground attacks when he is landing.
Difficulty moving: due to his large wings he can't fit through most tight spaces. Both because of the sensitivity of the wings (could be really painful) and because of the bulk of them.

Backstory: When Aris was young he would more often than not be found at his brother's side. Everything Parker did, Aris did. Everywhere Parker went, Aris was right there next to him. They were inseparable. Till Parker found himself trying to keep aris from getting hurt, growing up alongside your military driven brother made aris quite the dare devil at such a young age. Doing the craziest of things for the slightest amount of attention. Until one day when Aris was 15 he was handed a letter saying Parker had passed during battle. His whole life shattering before him. He got more resentful, more bitter, and started doing more dangerous things to feel something again. Trying to get that feeling he got when he saw his brother look up at him and smile in both shock and pride. But he never found that, it took him getting struck by lightning after flying in a massive storm losing partial vision in his eyes. To see that. Soon after his brother died his parents soon followed, due to old age. leaving aris alone. So when he heard of a sanctuary where he could be safe from hunters he leaped at the opportunity. Now this is where he resides, in a decent sized room that is located. A nest for a bed, a large window that is permanently open, and his two pet birds
