Yes, this is another werewolf/vampire roleplay. What can I say? I'm a simple man with simple taste. With that being said, here's the half-assed plot. Just kidding! This is a fucking reboot because yeah, I need a roleplay to not die out on me and this one is one of my favorites.
It's the year 2023, and the Ravik pack has hit their peak. Their peace treaties with other packs in different regions hold strong and steady, and their territory thrives. Nothing threatens them, not even that beast that they had to take care of a little over a year ago now. Pack members have started to get civilian jobs out in the town, finding it better to be out there then at the pack house all day when the water is calm. The pack's alpha, Ikaris, is seemingly the same reckless man as always- despite his best efforts to change. Life wouldn't be life if he didn't manage to stir up some sort of worry, right?
That is exactly what happens one fateful night.
It started off as just one drink at the local bar in town, just one. As always, that one turned into two, then three, four, five.... it never took him long to succumb to the addicting liquid. This time, instead of picking a fight he could win, the werewolf managed to pick a fight with someone he most definitely could not beat. At first, the stranger's superhuman strength slipped his radar. It wasn't until he was quite literally thrown across the room that he realized he had royally fucked up. Ikaris had only heard about creatures like these in stories from his parents and grandparents, they assured him that they were long gone. Yet here he was, laying on the floor as a vampire looked down on him.
Towering above the werewolf was an auburn-haired man, his brown eyes flashing a crimson red as he smiled. Two fangs slid out from their hidden place under his gums, "See you later, wolfy."

This roleplay starts with Ikaris either stumbling his way back home to the pack house, OR him managing to call one of the pack members to come and pick him up. From there, the pack will either learn that vampires have returned to the town OR they'll think he's too drunk and imagined it all. It's really up to the pack to decide if they'll believe their alpha, intoxicated or not.
No matter what they choose, they will eventually find out about vampires. After all, the vampires are going to feed on living things to stay alive. Whether or not they're animals or humans is entirely up to the vampire themselves. |

The alpha is the leader, with their mate being the Luna/Lune. If the Alpha isn't present, then the Luna/Lune will take charge- and if they're gone, then the Beta pair will take charge until the Alpha or his partner returns.

The Rules

4.) Cussing is allowed, just don't swear every 2 seconds. 5.) All werewolf appearances have to be realistic or semi-realistic. Essentially no sparkle dogs. 6.) If you use a stock image, please make sure it's FREE TO USE and from a credible stock source (google isn't a stock source). You need to credit the image and use an image hosting site. If you use your own image of your character, please credit it!! 7.) You can have up to 6 characters!
8.) Hate the character, not the player 9.) Everyone has flaws, so don't make a character and say that they're perfect 10.) Make sure you guys actually have decent descriptions. At least one paragraph for their appearance and personality would be nice <3
11.) I can decline characters as I see fit. I generally give reasons as to why/give you a chance to fix your character before fully declining them.

Basic info for werewolves:
- They're more like wolf shifters. They turn into a wolf that stands taller than normal wolves by 5-8 inches.
- They can control when they shift... for the most part. Strong emotions/feelings can force them to shift against their will.
- When in wolf form, they are aware/conscious of what they do. Sometimes a werewolf struggles to hold onto the 'wheel' meaning they can act feral.
- They have the basics; superhuman strength, enhanced speed, heightend senses, and pack telepathy (in wolf form).
Basic info for vampires:
- They do not turn into bats! - They can eat and drink like normal humans. - While they are sensitive to light, it doesn't necessarily burn them to a crisp right away or hurt them. Think of it as them having sensitive skin!
- Vampires can control who they turn into a vampire. They can bite without turning someone, it just takes a lot of focus! - They can't turn a werewolf into a hybrid by biting them. - They have the basics; superhuman speed, enhanced senses, abnormal strength, desire/lust for blood (can be human OR animal), light sensitivity, and minimal mind manipulation (compulsion).
Basic info for hybrids:

- Hybrids are only made when a vampire and werewolf procreate (so it seems). The baby normally defaults to one or the other, but on rare occasions they are born as hybrids.
- They are severly frowned down upon.
- Stronger than the average vamp/werewolf.
- They don't experience bloodlust as often as vampires do.
- Capable of shifting into a wolf.
- Basically the traits of both species applies to them. |

Appearance: Ikaris stands roughly around six feet three inches tall, perhaps an inch above or an inch below depending on how you look at him. Either way he's not short. Kari has tan skin with a few stray freckles on his shoulders and back. Etched into his skin are a few different scars, one of which is always out in the open, the scar on the left side of his mouth. Another one of his scars is on the right side of his lower abdomen, reaching towards his right hip; it's relatively thin and reaches about five inches in length; it's also his newest scar, so it's not completely healed yet. Ikaris' last scar is on the palm of his hand; it's his deepest and oldest scar.
Kari's hair is blueish-black in color and long, reaching just below his shoulder blades (not to be mistaken as his shoudlers, they're different lol). You'll never see him with his hair down, unless you get the pleasure of being around him when he's drunk or if you have to go into his room and wake him up because he was drunk during the night and didn't wake up on time. Ikaris almost always has it in a bun, the quality of the bun varies. Normally it's a bit in-between tidy and messy. almost always a stray strand of his hair will fall out of the bun and lay at the side of his face, he never really bothers to move it.
The alpha's eyes are green in color, perhaps pine tree green if you wanted to get specific. A lot of times his eyes convey more emotions then his body and face. His eyes betray him, so you could honestly tell how he's feeling just by looking him in the eye... if you can get him to make direct eye contact. He's slightly caught on to the fact that people can tell when he's bullshitting them just because of his eyes, so he tends to avoid looking directly in the eyes if he feels like they're catching on to him/know something he'd rather not admit to.
Ikaris has an athletic build with broad shoulders, a gift from his genetics and his serious dedication to keeping his body in shape. While he does sport a subtle six pack, he doesn't exactly have that "fanfic body". The mans is muscular, but not that muscular. Ikaris really likes to keep himself in shape, it makes him happy and he personally likes how he looks when he's fit. #hotboysummer
Personality: When you first meet him, Ikaris can come of as a complete asshole. Ikaris isn't necessarily a fan of smiling, or talking. So he often appears to "have a stick up his ass" to new people. If you ask anyone he calls a friend, they'll tell you that he's a classic toughie on the outside, softie on the inside. Though he'll never admit that. Is Ikaris a guy who has issues with his pride? Yes. He does his best to make everyone see him as calm, collected, and mature. However, depending on his mental state, he might start slipping and lowering his facade. The days where he's like that he actively tries to avoid everyone, which undoubtedly doesn't make his situation better.
In truth, Ikaris is afraid of letting people in. He'd rather not admit his weaknesses to someone who's going to turn their back on him and use his weaknesses against him. He's a really paranoid guy. That and Ikaris is afraid of falling for someone. The last person he fell for ended up disappearing from his life. Whether or not she's still alive kind of bothers him. He used to tell himself that they were soul mates... he's come to realize that his 18 year old self was just being overdramatic and he may have dated her in retaliation for not being able to date the person he truly liked at the time.
When you get to know him, Ikaris can be a genuinely sweet and caring guy. He'll do whatever he can to make his pack members happy, even if it's platonically snuggling with them. He's an absolute sucker for snuggling.. surprise surprise, he'll never admit it; typical Ikaris. He'll go as far as risking his own life and safety to help his pack members, they're family. Due to the natural bond that werewolves have for each other, Ikaris often finds himself getting attached to people he never thought he'd get attached to. Thankfully he hasn't fallen for anyone, yet. ;)
Other than that, he thoroughly enjoys making jokes, watching movies, and writing poems. He used to play the piano, but it's been well over 6 years since he actively played one.

Dislikes: Not being able to adopt every dog from the local animal shelter. birthday cards, get well cards- any sort of cards with messages in them. sweet foods, he actively won't eat most sugary items. his fucking hair. it annoys him :')
Hobbies: Reading, writing, playing the piano (old hobby, likely to revisit it), going on runs, going to the gym, and watercolor painting.
Bad habits: Drinking, picking fights at local bars, over exerting himself at the gym, bottling up his emotions, depriving himself of human interactions/socializing. being insanely stubborn.

Appearance: Petite. Elle stands at roughly 5'1" and weighs a whopping 125lbs. She's small, but shaped nicely. Elle has a nicely toned body due to the sports and dance classes she took in high school, and she also maintains a light weight. With all of her clothes on, she looks normal- and without them/in more revealing clothes, it's evident that she's fit. Her skin is lightly colored, kissed with a multitude of freckles stretched from her face all the way down to her chest and the middle of her back. Three claw marks drag from the left side of her chest, dragging down by a few inches. It's pale in color, signifying it has healed. Her skin is smooth to the touch due to some expensive skincare routines she partakes in, she's a tad obsessed with having soft and beautiful skin.
Her hair is long, smooth like satin, and drapes across her shoulders in a cascade of golden waves. The hair closer to her face is colored a light blonde, slightly standing out more than her already light blonde hair. Most of the time her hair is down, reaching below her collarbone and right at the top of her chest. Occasionally she'll put her hair up in a bun or even put it in two buns, much like Leia from Star Wars. She's never cut her hair short before, and likely never will unless something forces her to/she doesn't have a choice.
Matching her golden hair, Elle has lovely light brown, perhaps hazel eyes. They often look judgemental/serious, though if you hang out with her and consider her a friend, they'll get so wide with joy and amazement. She loves nothing more than being with those she cares about it, and it's well known by the emotions she easily conveys in her eyes. 9 times out of 10 she'll have some dark eyeliner to make her eyes 'pop' some more and she'll even add on some masacara and the occasional little bit of eyeshadow. Other than some eye makeup and small little touch ups to make her skin look delicious, she doesn't wear a ton of makeup.
Personality: Sugar, spice, and more spice.
Elle was a kind woman who loved to support everyone around her and take care of them. She used to shower them with affection, love, and kind words. No one really knows what happened, especially her ex-boyfriend of 2 and a half years, Ikaris Ravik. He's one of the very few people who still thinks she's good, he'll even argue about it despite part of him knowing she's not the person he had loved. Elle loves that; having some sort of hold on him despite their fall out being two years ago now, and because she knows that she has a an impact on him still, she uses that to her advantage. If you think she'll try to play her cards to win him back? You'd be correct. She knows that he's like a big puppy dog, with a little bit of influence (treats) she could very possibly win him back.
Elle often gets blinded by herself. When she focuses on something, she goes into 'tunnel vision' and the surrounding things, that are often in plain sight, escape her. In her mind, no one is as perfect or pretty or smart as her. This woman is absolutely full of herself, and it shows. While she be able to act like she's not self-absorbed by the way she talks, the way she holds herself does. Her energy being something most men can't recognize, which has her in a constant false sense of security. She's never had to deal with another woman before when trying to score someone to use. Thus, she's unaware of how she sort of gives away her entire gimmick.
The kind and caring part of her is split. Most of it is the real her, but just enough of it is fake that it consumes her. She can be so genuine with her words and comforting actions, it's concerning. How can someone be so nice, genuinely nice, and then try to strip you of your pride just for her own benefit? That question will remain unanswered.

Appearance: Jackson isn't the tallest person ever, but he's not exactly short. He stands at roughly 5'8" to 5'9" and has a light complexion. His skin is free from freckles/blemishes apart from some faded scars on his abdomen and the scar from where he was bitten by the vampire who turned him, which is located on his inner left forearm. The scars are pretty damn near faded by now, only the bite one really remains noticeable. Other than that he has a few piercings; the bridge of his nose, a medusa piercing, a tongue piercing, and both of his ears are pierced. He plans to add some more piercings to his collection, he just hasn't decided where they'll go yet.
His hair is short and fluffy. It's naturally colored brown that's hinted with red, call it auburn if you'd like. He normally just says his hair is brown or sometimes he'll call it red, it depends on the day and his mood. Normally his hair appears brown unless he's standing in bright lighting. His hair is fair from straight, often appearing wavy or even curly. Jackson personally loves his hair and doesn't plan to let it grow out more and he most definitely does not plan to cut it shorter. If he was to ever do that, it'd have to be a really good reason. Unlike his hair, Jackson's neat eyebrows are a deep brown color, with no special hue to them- even in the sunlight.
Jackson really doesn't see anything remotely attractive about himself. According to the public nowadays, dark hair and light eyes seems to be what's 'attractive'. This vampire has brown eyes, the smallest hint of red noticeable when he's getting hungry/craving blood. They'll flash a more noticeable red/crimson when he reveals his fangs. Unlike some people (*cough*Ikaris*cough*), Jackson's eyes don't give away his emotions. He can easily hide his feelings and thoughts behind his eyes. Even if his eyes did betray him, he sort of has a 'death stare' that makes people uneasy, forcing them to look away.
Although Jackson blames it on being a vampire, his body is nicely built due to how active he is. He's not too obsessed with his appearance, but he does like to keep himself in shape. Not only because he knows it's a staple of being 'attractive' but because he genuinely enjoys having a healthy body. Jackson has a nice set of muscles on his abdomen, borderline six pack, and a decent amount of muscle becoming apparent in his arms/shoulders. Despite that, he still has a lanky-ish build. He's underweight for someone his height and age by roughly 10-15 pounds, and because of that his hipbones are easily noticeable- especially if he's laying down.
Personality: Jackson comes off as a pretty friendly person. He'll easily strike up a conversation with you! With that being said, he is a smooth talker. When he wants something, ohh you best be prepared to have this man manipulate you into agreeing/letting him get what he wants. Now, with that being said, he never uses it for anything horrible/vile, it's mainly for things like a joyride in a stolen car, singing and drinking wine together, or even straight up cuddling. He's a hopeless romantic and often thinks he has to smooth talk people into doing things when all he has to do is simply ask them.
This man can hold a serious grudge. It doesn't matter how long it's been, if you've done something wrong to him then he's going to remember it. Sometimes it's a bit too scary when he remembers everything down to a grain of salt. If you need anyone to remember anything, Jackson is the man to go to. Adding on to that, Jackson takes things to heart way too easily, which is why he can hold one hell of a grudge! This is partially because he lacks total control over his emotions, he blames it on being turned before he was an adult, claiming that he's still stuck in his teenage mindset. It may be true in some sense, but generally speaking he's just bad at controlling himself.
That lack of control can make Jackson dangerous. An example of that being the time he thought it'd be funny to fight a werewolf. Although the wolf was drunk, Jackson didn't hold back. He let the feeling of adrenaline and pure excitement override his emotions, and as a result he lost control. Not only will he do things he isn't supposed to do, but he'll do them to the extreme. He's predictably unpredictable. It's one of the many reasons why Jackson is merely an average vampire within the group- coven? He simply can't be trusted to be in a position of power. In short, he's too risky and emotional.
When you dig further into his psyche, you'll learn that he is an absolute softie. If you want to paint his nails or play with his hair, he'll let you do it so long as he gets to see you happy. Jackson aims to please, with little to no asking price. A smile is good enough for him, maybe even a hug. He's a very touchy/feely person. His love language is 100% physical touch/affection with a dash of quality time and words of affirmation.
