The fluff is very true, your boy definitely did not have the Pyrenees fluff. His fur also did not appear to have the same texture as their coat. To me he looks more like a white golden than a Pyrenees.

Pyrenees are lighter-boned, much fluffier, and have floppy ears.

My dog has fur that lies close to his body, has no ears, and is way thicker than a Pyrenees. Not to mention he doesn't have a tail, either.

It's an epidemic in Denver. I used to be an EMT there and I cannot tell you how many times those "service" dogs tried to eat me for getting a boot in the front door.
