Escape To The Woods Of Therius- * A group of teenagers. Best friends, living in regular houses, going to the same high school. They all share things in common, like their love for the outdoors, animals, and the feeling of freedom. They never were able to put their friendship and it's beginning into words, but it all started when they were young. Much younger than they are now. They had been at a playground, the old beaten-up one down the street from their elementary school. They became friends. * Their bond grew when one was caught with their secret. * One by one, they all revealed their secrets. * These secrets were animal features. Ears, tails, wings, etc. The bond grew until it formed a thick, golden chain around their friendship. They were destined to be together forever. To face hardship, triumph, and, eventually, victory. * Now, with their future at stake, they have all made the decision to run away from their terrible families. Their families would treat them horribly because of their differences. The horrible treatment escalated from small things to emotional, mental, and even physical abuse. * Will they survive the hardships of the outside world as they escape to the woods of Therius? * If you read this, put 'dino' in 'did you read everything * |

My Form!: * Full Name: Auburn Freehills Preferred/Nickname: Auburn Age(14-18): 17 Height: 6' 5'' Gender: Female, questioning Animal: Phoenix Wolf Mystic?: Yes Hybrid?: Yes Appearance (include human and animal descriptions, please): As a human, Auburn is a tall, slightly curvy figure with long legs. Her skin is in between fair-tan and slightly sunburnt, with freckles sprinkled across her nose and cheeks. Her eyes are a peircing yellow that appear to glow in the dark when she wants them to. Her bushy tail is fiery-colored with auburn and brown tones added in. Same with her straight, shoulder-length hair and ears. Her wings smoothly graft from fur to feather at the base, with shimmery flight feathers that apear to pulsate with heat. Her preferred outfit is a sleeveless black turtleneck shirt and bootcut camo jeans with rips up and down the legs, and black, steel-toed, scuffed up Doc Martens. She keeps her ears hidden in a black cap that she turns backwards. If it's cold, she wears a grey flannel jacket or a camo snow jacket with fitted sleeves and a furry hood, depending on the weather. As a wolf, her frame is large yet light and petite, her wings sprouting from her back. Her tail is large and bushy compared to the rest of her reddish-drown body with orange-brown points and stomach. On her hind legs, she stands at a whopping 5' 10''. Power/Special Ability(at least one): Firebending, Speed, Flight (which looks a lot like a vapor trail but with fire, only when she's going really fast.) Sexuality: Polysexual Personality: Auburn is a tough, fiery personality, and snaps easily. Beneath her tough, hardened exterior is a person who really needs emotional help. She takes blows, emotional and physical, silently with no appearance of experiencing pain. She would say she's fine if she belongs in the ER. Other than that, she's goofy, fun, and will support her friends no matter what. Full Name: Nicole Indra Blois Preferred/Nickname: Nic Age(14-18): 17 Height: 5'8 Gender: female Animal: harpy/mermaid (harpmaid) Mystic?: of course!! Hybrid?: yes Appearance: Nic's most noticeable feature is her hair. Long, inky black hair that somewhat resembles feathers. No one has ever made the inference that Nic's hair is brown. Contrasting nicely to her hair, Nic's skin has a sunkissed tan. Nic's eyes are silvery-blue. In some lights, they are mostly silver, and in others, they are mostly blue but never are her eyes one color or another. Nic is rather tall, standing at a good 5'8, and has a rather skinny body frame. Small scars cover Nic's body. The most noticeable is the one that runs down the right side of her face, narrowly missing her eye. Nic's wings resemble a kestrel's, her wings fading from feathers to skin just beneath her shoulder blades. In both forms, Nic's teeth are peculiarly pointed and sharp.
When submerged in water, Nic naturally shifts forms to that of a winged mermaid. Her wing's feathers turn to scales, and her legs turn into a scaled tail that loosely resemble a dolphin. Both her wings and tail are shades of green and blue, and her eyes darken to a deep blue, like the ocean during a storm. Nic swims with both her tail and her wings working in tandem, (like a weird penguin) and can gain some considerable speed. Nic prefers athletic clothing, tee-shirts and sweatpants, respectively, and a black armband that wraps around her left bicep. The band hides another scar. Power/Special Ability(at least one): flying, form shifting (legs become tail and wings grow scales), water breathing, water manipulation (very weak) Sexuality: straight Personality: Nic learned early on that to speak was to be punished. For this reason, Nic is very quiet, and rarely voices her oppinion. When she does speak, she does so with much consideration. Nothing is said unless she is certain it won't upset anyone. Nic is afraid of physical contact. Nic hates large crowds where she could bump into someone. This is part of the reason why she likes water so much. People tend to leave you alone when you're underwater. Despite these fears, Nic is not an introvert. She really opens up around her friends. Nic still doesn't like physical contact, but she speaks her mind freer than anywhere else.
In short, Nic's bird blood shows in her personality. Flighty, or preening.
